Crimson's Revenge

For her father, the man did visit her once [1] or as she assumes to be her father as he did not actually did really see him, she didn't feel any different than how she would feel towards strangers.

Despite knowing her friends, relatives or even father well wishes and warm feeling she didn't feel anything else unlike when she was with Hue and Wisteria, the feeling of a warm family that she once vaguely knew was there.

Right after she was discharge she was actually afraid of what she was going to do next as her friends and relatives didn't offer her help and only gave their consolations but all her worries were for naught as Hue and Wisteria took everything into account like her leave of absence from school, her day to day allowance and meals as they invited her to stay with them.

As she did not have any other person to turn to despite feeling greatly embarrassed to impose on them she still accepted their offer, however the guilt and fear of them eventually thinking of her being a burden was still their so their asking her to be their adopted daughter made her ecstatic.

Reen pretended to think about it while looking at them with nervousness in her eyes.

Actually she really was thinking hard about whether or not they will actually take back their offer as she though it was just in a moment of "sense of obligation and pity that they were adopting her but seeing their sincere love and care for her she could not help but tear up looking as though a frog stuck on their throat [5].

But knowing that it was not an occasion for tears, she grinned, grabbed them and tightly hugged them both instead to hide her joy and embarrassment.

"Of course I'd love too!" She said as she shouted and laugh

Thinking that the nervousness, guilt and embarrassment that Reen showed was Reen being her mischievous self they took her arm around their necks as they tickled her.

"You little!" Wisteria said with a little anger and relief. Hue merely tickled Reen in silent joy.

After a few minutes, the little family calmed down

"But… how about my dad? Wouldn't the courts be against you adopting me as he is still alive?"

She could not help but bring this issue up, despite her being naïve and young she vaguely knew about these things which she was not even sure how she knew about it.

"The adoption process as far as I feel is not as easy as what Hue and Wisteria seems to be showing." She thought to herself

Hearing this Wisteria assured her,

"Don't worry, leave this to us!" She winked at her.
