  Take a day off today!

   Originally, I was very confident yesterday, thinking that it would be five o’clock.

  However, today is a tragedy.

   My lower abdomen hurts more, and I feel restless.

  I went out for a walk all morning, and when I came back in the afternoon, the cold seemed to be unhealed, and the cold recurred again, and I had a headache.
