“But it doesn’t have Three Immortals’ karma.” The old man said: “This limits it.”

“Yes, missing that extra something so not quite a legacy yet. No wonder why it was left behind. No patience and decided to ascend first.” Li Qiye said.

“So not a complete legacy but still a perfect crafting material, enough to deter anyone.” Nameless stared at the blue liquid before glancing at Fog.

“I don’t remember how strong it was. From the information I gathered, it came from Silver Dragon Mecha. I don’t know how it ended up with us.” Fog said.

“We don’t need it as long as you’re still here. Just keep it the same for now.” Water smiled.

“I will die in time.” The old man said.

The others were taken aback briefly. Nameless sighed and said: “Right, we will die eventually but this place should continue. I don’t see how without us though.”

The current ghost market was perfect for them so they considered it as a new home.

“I don’t want something like Soulcast Land, the current one is far better.” Water raised his voice and said: “Redoing it will just turn it back to Soulcast Land, it won’t be comfortable staying here anymore.”

“That’s for sure.” Fog agreed: “We can’t let it revert to anything like it.”

“It’s not unsolvable.” Li Qiye said.

“You have an idea, Sir? Please tell us.” Water said.

“Melt it and one of you can fuse with it, that will work.” Li Qiye said.

The five exchanged glances. Whoever it was would become the Ghost Monarch.

“It’s a shackle.” Fog said: “In control of the laws but also becoming part of the law. There needs to be a balance too, so no more biases.”

“Yes, whoever it is will no longer be himself, only live for the laws. It’s a tough life.” Li Qiye said.

“No different than death.” Fog said.

“No, the laws are alive but the self will be abandoned after the fusion.” Li Qiye said.
