"Locke, take Miss Andy Hagen and get out of here quickly. I'm going back to help the chief. Don't feel guilty; you're just a newcomer and shouldn't be involved in this level of combat."

Sieg solemnly pushed Locke into the coffee shop.

The coffee shop is now the only safe place here.

Locke frowned. "Sieg, be careful."

He had no reason to persuade Sieg to stay with him; Rhaenys really needed support.

Sieg gave Locke a reassuring look, then charged up the hillside with his pig-faced expression.

The vines beneath his feet swirled him into the air, but after only three meters, the whites of his eyes once again filled his entire eye sockets.

He turned to look at Locke, a strange smile spreading across his face.

"Nima."

Locke cursed and slammed the coffee shop door shut.

Sieg rushed over and kept banging on the door.

Fortunately, the glass door of the coffee shop seemed to have a special strength, unlike ordinary glass which is fragile.

Andy Hagen also broke free from Locke's hair, reached out and grabbed Locke's neck with both hands.

Locke's long hair shoved Andy Hagen out, and her body collapsed onto the sofa in the coffee shop.

She slowly got up and, like a zombie, charged forward, her body contorted.

Locke kicked her in the stomach, and as she fell to the ground, his hair wrapped around her again, binding her tightly like a mummy, leaving only her nostrils and mouth to breathe.

To prevent Andy Hagen from attacking him again, Locke swung his hair back and forth several times, tossing her between the ceiling and the floor. Only after confirming that she was unconscious did Locke breathe a sigh of relief.

He dislikes being betrayed.

Next up is Sig, located in front of the coffee shop.

The coffee shop seemed to have a mind of its own and opened its doors automatically.

White-eyed Sieg walked in, grinning as he looked at Locke.

Two black vines sprouted from the longsword in his hand and attacked Locke.

Locke's hair transformed into a shield, protecting him from attacks.

He pulled a mirror out of his pocket and threw it onto the seat opposite him, intending to hide inside it in a critical moment.

Sieg threw out a talisman and chanted the incantation to activate it. Flames instantly enveloped Locke's hair.

The shield was burned.

Locke managed to cut off the long hair that made up the shield in time, thus avoiding being burned by the flames.

Sig's vine-sword pierced through again.

Locke took out the Shadow Candle, lit it, and shadowy figures rushed out of the candle, tearing at Sieg.

Sieg tried to move forward, but the shadows consciously formed a wall, blocking his way.

Sieg kept slashing with his sword, but found that the shadows seemed endless.

Meanwhile, Locke had already circled behind him, extending his long hair again, trying to trap him like a dumpling, but the strange object on Sieg's ring twisted its direction, and his hair missed its target.

Sieg took out a holy light-type talisman, and with a beam of holy light descending, all the shadowy figures turned to ashes amidst their contorted expressions of pain.

Locke frowned and looked at the mirror beside him.

He wanted to try and see if he could imprison Sieg inside the mirror instead of hiding inside himself.

The rules of the "Mirror Trick" are that anyone reflected in a mirror can hide inside it, but only one mirror can be used at a time. Furthermore, only one person can hide inside a single mirror at a time; if someone is reflected in the mirror, the person cannot enter.

After dealing with the Shadow, Sieg charged at Locke again.

Locke pretended to hide in the mirror and ran towards it.

Sieg followed closely behind, and just a second before entering the mirror, Locke used his balance to avoid it.

Due to inertia, Sieg rushed into the mirror.

In just one second, Locke, who was supposed to hide in the Mirror World, became Sieg.

After entering the Mirror World, all the negative effects on Sieg disappeared.

His pupils returned to normal, and he gradually regained consciousness.

"Locke, what's wrong with me?"

He asked Locke outside the mirror.

Locke said, "You've been controlled by this weird coffee shop and lost yourself. You should stay inside for now, so that you won't be unable to help at all when you come out and end up affecting me instead."

"Excuse me, Locke, where am I?"

"You are now in the world of mirrors. Be careful not to explore the dark spaces around you, lest you encounter misfortune."

Locke gave a reminder, then looked at the battle scene outside the coffee shop.

I just happened to see the scene where Rhaenys was stabbed through the heart by Krista.

Rhaenys is dead!

Locke's pupils constricted.

Surprisingly, even Chief Renis couldn't beat Krista.

It's also possible that this world was created by a coffee shop, and Christa is the main character, giving her a home-field advantage.

Fortunately, it was Renis's shadow that died, not Renis herself.

With that in mind, Locke threw Sieg out of the Mirror World without hesitation.

After killing Renis, Krista turned her head slightly toward the coffee shop; her next target was Locke.

Locke entered the Mirror World and released his shadow clones.

Fortunately, the coffee shop was bathed in sunlight, unlike the dark and gloomy world outside.

Otherwise, even shadow clones wouldn't be usable.

When Christa rushed into the coffee shop, she reached out without hesitation and grabbed the clone.

Her power was immense, and her shadow clones were completely unable to resist it.

She strangled the shadow clone to death and looked at Sig beside her.

Sig's eyes turned white again, indicating that he was completely under control.

Krista didn't lay a hand on Sieg; instead, she sat down on the sofa in the coffee shop.

In the deserted coffee shop, the tables and chairs that were damaged during Locke and Sieg's fight are gradually being restored.

Krista's flowing hair gradually sank, the red in her eyes and the anger in them disappeared, and her clothes returned to the original green dress.

A short while later, a group of people poured into the coffee shop.

Krista walked to the door, seemingly waiting. Sure enough, Nate, dressed in a suit, wearing a top silk hat, and carrying a silver cane, walked in, and the two repeated what they had said before.

Krista said as she sat down in an empty seat and waved for a waiter.

"Give me a vanilla coffee, and remember to add extra milk and sugar."

“Yes, Ms. Krista.”

"The gentleman next to me is just like me; in fact, he likes sweets even more than I do."

Christa said to the waiter with a smile.

The waiter nodded, smiled, and walked away.

Nate sighed helplessly, "If only there were more coffee shops in town. There's only one, and we have to walk a long way every time, and my shoes always get covered in mud."

"Stop complaining. I only dressed so formally because I knew you had a job interview today."

"No, I'm not here for the interview; I'm here for something very important today."

A man named Nate suddenly knelt down on one knee in front of Krista.

"Christa, marry me. I fell in love with you the moment I first saw you."

Nate took out the ring and put it on Christa's hand.

Krista covered her face, staring at Nate in disbelief.

"Are you serious? You, you, are you serious?"

"Of course, Christa, will you marry me?"

"Okay, I do!"

Krista threw herself into Nate's arms.

Everyone in the coffee shop stood up to cheer for the couple and offer their blessings.

Locke's shadow clone was also miraculously revived. He and Sieg sat together, clapping and cheering, immersed in the joyful atmosphere.

Locke witnessed everything in the mirror.

They then left the coffee shop again and went to the church on the hillside.
