Moni immediately pulled Meli and sat on Chleo's lap while Meli was on Chleo's left. Kendrich sat on Chleo's right while the twins and Priscilla were behind Chleo's chair, and Celdrich and Henrich were on either side of Chleo's legs with their heads looking at Chleo's phone screen.

Max smiled gently at Chleo, who was surrounded by small faces he had never seen before.

Chleo facepalmed in shame hearing overly excited cousins who sputtered those shameless questions.

At the same time, Chleo was amazed at the man who answered each of her cousins' questions patiently and wisely. Sometimes he didn't answer directly but gave ambiguous results. The way he spoke was enjoyable, as if the man was the same age as them.

The man could match the language style of his interlocutor at any age. If the man talked to young people, his speech had more slang, and his body language was amicable.

But when talking to older people or his age, Max's demeanor was different. He looked much more mature and only gave a small smile as a form of politeness.
