Lucifer casually swung his hand, the immense force knocking the Fallen One to the ground, the Spear of Longinus flying out of his body. The Fallen One stared in disbelief at this sight; how could such a divine weapon be so easily destroyed…

Suddenly, he understood something and began to curse loudly towards the sky. Indeed, an artifact stained with the blood of a god would naturally attract the attention of the gods. At this moment, it was the creator of the First Fallen, the madman he spoke of, who had caused the Spear of Longinus to fly out of his body. Although He had not appeared, He had indeed done something.

In addition, Zatanna, standing to the side, was surprised to find that her magic had been replenished, and that her clothes were undergoing strange changes. They began to turn pure white, and her fishnet stockings transformed into a long skirt in the white light, with strands of gold embedded in them, leaving intricate patterns.

Even Clark, who only threw one punch throughout the entire fight, received a reward. His plaid shirt remained unchanged, but Clark could feel something growing strong within him, a very warm sensation. He comfortably closed his eyes, but when he opened them again, he involuntarily screamed in fright. The next moment, he fell three meters into the air, but thankfully, Clark was thick-skinned and unharmed.

Satan lightly clenched his right hand, and the newly fallen felt as if something had squeezed their heart. He tightened his grip slightly, and the newly fallen's eyes rolled back as they lost consciousness. Satan showed no mercy, stomping heavily on the newly fallen's body. Black mist appeared and quickly dissipated, with faint screams still audible.

Rune finally breathed a sigh of relief, but he still had some questions. However, Satan had already walked over with outstretched arms.

"Oh, my dear, unseen friend, would you mind coming with me to hell?" A calm smile graced his handsome face. Rune spread his hands and shrugged. "Why not?"

He patted Clark, who looked worried, on the shoulder to indicate that he was alright, and then walked over to Satan. He was so relaxed because Rune believed that there was nothing about him that Lucifer could covet, and that there was no fundamental conflict of interest between them, so the possibility of Satan harming him was almost zero.

Furthermore, God has clearly stated his position, blessing the kind-hearted people present. Perhaps this is as a reward for saving the world, or perhaps it's to make these young heroes stronger for future great events. So where is the reward for the rest?

Rune saw that Constantine had already left the group and headed in the direction the Spear of Longinus had gone. That weapon stained with divine blood would probably become Constantine's final, decisive reward.

As for Iteragan and himself? They'll probably be rewarded by Satan himself.

Sure enough, Iteragan on the other side also approached obsequiously. He first gave a humble bow, and then a wisp of black smoke emerged from Satan's hand, revealing a key.

"This is the reward we agreed upon earlier." Satan tossed the key to Itregan, then waved him away like a dog: "Don't disturb my conversation with my distinguished guest."

To Rune's astonishment, Itrigan inserted the key into his head. Satan, noticing Rune's confusion, chuckled and said, "Never mind him. He's just strengthening his bond with that human. Jason won't need to chant the incantation to transform into Itrigan anymore."

"Is that equivalent to eliminating a weakness?" Rune nodded thoughtfully. However, Satan seemed to have seen through something and continued, "No, Itrigan is simply acting out of friendship, without the ulterior motives you're thinking of. You don't need to look at me like that; it's not that I've read anything in your mind, but rather that your expression tells me so."

As he spoke, a scepter appeared in Satan's hand. He pressed it to the ground, and Rune felt a sense of weightlessness. The next moment, he was transported to Hell with Satan.

"Ah, the familiar, suffocating heat and sulfur smell, I love it here!" Lucifer said, but his face was expressionless and his tone was completely devoid of joy.

Rune looked up curiously. All around him was a fiery red scene, with lava flowing across the ground, hissing intermittently. In the distance came the roars of demons and the wails of the suffering, making the entire hell seem even more terrifying and noisy.

Not far away, there was a city engulfed in flames, with hurricanes constantly blowing out and bringing scorching air. Everything inside seemed distorted, and screams echoed continuously.

"Shall we go there and take a look?" Lucifer asked. "Even in Hell, it's a scene unlike any other, all thanks to those humans!"

"Why?" Rune asked.

Lucifer, with a lingering, chilling smile, leaned close to Rune's ear and whispered the names of two cities. Rune narrowed his eyes.

"You may know the rules of Hell. Everyone here has to relive the most painful things they experienced in their previous life, and most people in those two cities share a common painful experience. This shared understanding among so many people together built that city of fire, and the demons absolutely love it."

Rune smiled and asked, "Would visiting this city be of any benefit to me...?"

"No, it won't work on you." Lucifer shook his head with a smile. "That's just their punishment, and only they can endure that kind of pain. It won't work on you."

"Then I'll have to trouble you." Rune smiled and returned the greeting, taking in the sights of the city. It was desolate and ruined, with burning flames and black smoke billowing from the ruins everywhere. Among them, there were many strangely shaped souls screaming. Their appearances were exactly like those in Cthulhu literature from his previous world, giving Rune a new understanding of shapeshifting.

"How is it? Is it beautiful enough here?" Lucifer asked.

"Beautiful? I wouldn't call it that," Rune said cautiously, glancing at Satan. "But it's magnificent enough to keep me coming back. I really love it here."

Satan laughed heartily and asked gleefully, "What do you think of those souls?"

"They deserved it," Rune replied.

Satan laughed again, and after a long pause, he patted Rune on the shoulder and continued, "Would you like to know what kind of punishment you will receive after you die?"

Rune nodded; he certainly wasn't foolish enough to think he was going to heaven. Given his nature, this fiery hell before him was his true destiny.
