This country is essentially a primitive tribe that obtained computer parts and weapon parts that grew out of the soil. They don't need to conduct too much advanced research or technological breakthroughs. They only need to develop these computer parts a little to turn them into computers and achieve a leap in productivity.

This is why this country still primarily uses cold weapons. Although their cold weapons can launch energy attacks, they are still cold weapons in essence. Ultimately, Wakanda is just a feudal kingdom that possesses vibranium, a supernatural metal, and seems very advanced, but in essence, it is just a feudal kingdom. In fact, calling it a kingdom is a bit of an exaggeration.
