Pokémon, who made him the gym leader?

Chapter 3: The dojo must have unique features!

"What did Uncle say?"

Seeing Guxin's expression, Eileen couldn't help but feel curious.

"He didn't say anything; old Deng is still as unserious as ever."

Gu Xin calmly folded the letter and put it back into the envelope, muttering a complaint about the old rascal.

"Pfft~ How can you talk about your own father like that? And what does 'Old Deng' mean?" Eileen covered her mouth and chuckled.

"Just take it as a compliment," Gu Xin replied after thinking for a moment.

"These two elves were prepared for me by him. I don't know what they are. Let's go take a look."

Then Guxin curiously picked up the two Poké Balls.

"Okay," Eileen replied, equally interested.

The two went to the backyard, and Guxin threw out the two Poké Balls.

Two flashes of white light appeared, and two elves appeared before the two.

The elf on the left has a rather peculiar appearance, with ten tentacles hanging down like hair to cover its body. However, the tentacles in front are very short, so its purple body can be seen.

This is precisely the good and bad star.

The one on the right is also quite peculiar in appearance, looking like a shell-less snail with a pale purple body, green polka dot patterns on both sides of its cheeks, and two antennae on its head.

Guxin was somewhat surprised, because this was Goomy! Its final evolution is Goodra or Green Goodra, one of the pseudo-legendary Pokémon.

Nume-ryu, one of the pseudo-gods!

Of course, "pseudo-legendary" is a common term used by players. Pokémon like Goodra and Dragonite are officially known as "late bloomers".

"Drip~ Goomy, Dragon-type, mollusk Pokémon"

Characteristics: slimy

Special moves: Dragon Breath, Water Gun, Absorb, Tackle, Double Up (inherited)

Description: The weakest Dragon-type Pokémon. It can't breathe if its skin gets dry, so it always stays quietly in the shade.

"Ding~ Good-Bad Star, Poison/Water type, non-star Pokémon."

Characteristics: Unrighteous and unjust

Special moves: Regeneration, Venomous Impact, Bite, Wide Guard, Poison Sting, Peck, Black Haze (inherited)

Description: It uses the venomous spikes on its head to stab its prey, and when the prey is weakened, it uses its ten tentacles to seize it and kill it instantly.

Eileen took out her Pokédex and started looking up information about the two Pokémon. Although she wasn't a trainer, she had of course bought a Pokédex.

Having just been released, Sticky Baby curiously looked around, while Good and Bad Star on the other side was quite quiet, seemingly a little shy.

Shin-Ye-Nyan took a few steps forward, looking at her two future companions with great curiosity.

"They're all quite excellent."

Guxin had naturally checked the information of the two Pokémon as well. But that made sense; his father would never give him a bad Pokémon.

"Hello everyone, from today onwards I will be your trainer. Please take care of me from now on."

Gu Xin crouched down and spoke gently, handing over Dragon-type and Poison-type energy cubes respectively, while a strange, mysterious fluctuation also emanated from them.

"nian~"

Sticky Baby was noticeably more outgoing. It opened its mouth and took a small bite of the Dragon Energy Cube, its eyes immediately lit up, then narrowed into crescent moons as it joyfully called out to Guxin.

Good and Bad Star remained quiet and shy, but did not resist Guxin's energy cube.

Energy Cubes are made from nutritious tree berries. They can be used as a staple food and taste delicious, making them a popular type of elf food.

"I'm glad you like it." Guxin's smile was still very healing and warm, making the two elves very close, and the mysterious fluctuations continued.

Yes, this is his special ability, the Power of Everlasting.

The power of Viridian is the power of nature, a gift from the Viridian Forest.

Children born in Viridian Forest have a chance to receive the blessing of Viridian Forest. Those who possess the power of Viridian are naturally close to spirits and not only have the special ability to heal and communicate with spirits, but may also have other special abilities.

With the help of Viridian Power, Energy Cube, and Gushin's gentle attitude, the relationship between Goo Goo and Gushin in the Good and Bad Star Chart is rapidly improving.

"No matter how many times I see it, Guxin, your ability to gain the friendship and trust of elves so easily is truly amazing."

Eileen watched the two elves frantically flashing energy cubes and sighed softly to Guxin, who had just stood up.

"That's why I love Pokémon and want to become a trainer; it's a talent that nature has given me," Guxin replied with a light laugh, his eyes sparkling slightly.

Viridian Power is an ability that only exists in Pokémon specials and does not exist in the anime or games.

So this isn't just the world of anime?

Compared to the anime and games, the spirit world in the special episode is actually far more dangerous.

However, it's certain that Lance is the current champion of Kanto, but in the special episode, Lance is a major villain, so there are still some differences.

"Speaking of which..."

Guxin glanced at Xinye Miao, then at Nian Nian Bao and Hao Huai Xing, and finally fixed her gaze on Hao Huai Xing.

Based on the Pokédex, Good & Bad Star's growth level is clearly higher than that of Newleaf Cat and Gooey.

"What's wrong, Guxin?"

Seeing Gu Xin's thoughtful expression, Eileen was somewhat puzzled.

"No, I just thought of something, Eileen. Do you know how to make a dojo famous quickly?"

"what?"

"A unique feature is essential for a dojo to become well-known." Gu Xin snapped his fingers, his eyes brightening slightly.

"For example?" Eileen was still puzzled.

"It could be made into a landmark feature, or a battle feature, but most of all, it could be an attribute feature."

Guxin explained.

"For example, the current Cerulean Dojo, although it has the reputation of being an officially recommended dojo, is still very popular because of the underwater dance skills of the current acting dojo leaders, the Cerulean sisters."

"Although their skills are terrible, they dance beautifully, which is a unique feature of theirs."

Guxin roughly knew what path he could take in the early stages. Since his current Pokémon strength was only average, it was nothing short of a pipe dream to attract challengers by increasing the difficulty of his Pokémon.

Eileen was puzzled but impressed.

"Good and bad star, come here, I'll show you something interesting."

"?"

After finishing the energy cube, Good and Bad Star tilted its head in confusion, looking at Guxin who had approached.

There's something strange about this trainer's smile.

Meanwhile, Guxin was taking out one TM card after another, which is a tool that allows Pokémon to quickly learn special moves.

Normally, Pokémon can learn special moves on their own, through special training, or by learning from other Pokémon; there is no need to buy a TM.

Gu Xin's family was wealthy, so his father bought a lot, since it was convenient.

After teaching Good and Bad Star more than a dozen moves in one go, Gu Xin smiled with satisfaction.

All we need to do now is train hard for a few more days, and then we can wait for challengers to come to us.
