Chapter 274 Bruce, "Sleeping"

Xiao Xian picked up a bottle of essential oil and applied it to Selena's body. Suddenly, Selena gasped and instinctively covered her front with her hands. While Selena went into the locker room to change, Bruce secretly opened his eyes.

"Well done, Bin!" Bruce whispered approvingly. "I'll give you a bonus later." He turned to Li Na and winked. "Li Na, find an excuse to leave later and leave Xiao Xian and Selena alone. Don't worry, you'll get your reward too!"

After saying that, Bruce closed his eyes with satisfaction, pretending to still be fast asleep.

Not long after, Selena returned. Seeing Bruce still asleep, she breathed a sigh of relief, a blush spreading across her face. She felt uneasy about the upcoming massage, yet was also secretly tempted.

Selena quietly approached the massage bed and looked at Bruce, who was fast asleep. After hesitating for a moment, Selena gently shook his shoulder, trying to wake him from his dream.

"Bruce, wake up," Selena called out. "I need to talk to you."

Bruce slowly opened his eyes, looking half-asleep. "What happened?" he asked, feigning confusion.

Selena took a deep breath, trying to make her voice sound calm and natural.

"It's that Feng Xiong beauty essential oil. I want to use it, but Ah Bin said it requires a special massage technique and needs to be applied to the right areas."

Bruce frowned, feigning thought for a moment. "I see," he paused, then turned to Xiao Xian, "Does Li Na know this technique?"

Li Na shook her head and replied, "I'm sorry, Mr. Wayne, I don't know how to do that."

Bruce nodded thoughtfully. "Well, in that case, let Bin massage me. It's not much different from a gynecologist's checkup. I'm probably sleepy because I didn't get enough sleep last night. I'll sleep a little longer. Li Na, you don't need to massage me anymore once I'm sound asleep."

Hearing Bruce's words, Selena's last shred of worry vanished. After all, if even Bruce didn't care, what did she have to worry about?

Bruce had barely finished speaking when he immediately closed his eyes again, enjoying Li Na's massage. He began to snore softly at an astonishing speed, as if everything that had just happened was merely a dream.

Li Na stopped what she was doing, looked at Bruce, then at Selena, her eyes filled with a hint of embarrassment and helplessness.

"Mr. Bruce seems to be asleep, so I'll head out now," Lina said softly, preparing to get up and leave.

Selena paused for a moment, then realized she was in a very awkward situation. Her husband was fast asleep beside her, and she was about to receive a massage from Xiao Xian, which, although with Bruce's permission, was still clearly a bit awkward and ambiguous.

Selena opened her mouth, as if to say something, but ultimately swallowed it back. She watched as Li Na got up to tidy up her tools, then turned and walked towards the door.

"I hope you enjoy your massage, Mrs. Wayne." Lina bowed, then turned and opened the door, leaving gracefully and closing it behind her.

As the door closed, the massage room fell silent. Selena's gaze fell on her sleeping husband, her heart filled with conflicting emotions.

On one hand, Selena felt guilty and excited about what was about to happen. She kept telling herself that it was just a normal massage and she shouldn't have any other thoughts.

Xiao Xian stood up and slowly walked to Selena. His gaze was calm and professional, making Selena feel somewhat disappointed in her own thoughts. Did Xiao Xian have no feelings for her at all?

"Mrs. Wayne, please lie down and relax," Xiao Xian said gently, his voice carrying a hint of magnetism.

Selena took a deep breath and slowly lay down on the massage bed. She tried to maintain a calm expression, but her slightly trembling body betrayed her inner tension and anticipation.

Xiao Xian noticed Selena's nervousness and smiled gently, "Don't worry, Mrs. Wayne, Mr. Wayne is sleeping soundly and won't wake up."
