Chapter 630 The Shiny Ralts with its innate superpowers!

"Deoxys, do you want to stay?"

Li Luochen's words, though spoken casually, caused Deoxys to pause slightly.

It didn't respond immediately, but instead analyzed the sentence in its mind several times to make sure it hadn't misunderstood the human's meaning before sending a questioning telepathic message.

"Stay? You mean stay on this planet?"

"Yes." Li Luochen nodded. "Stay on this planet and live with me and my companions."

"As you can see, there are so many different kinds of Pokémon on this planet, and so many life forms you've never encountered before. It's much more lively here than drifting in space."

Deochis was silent for a moment before replying, "I have received your suggestion."

"But I'm not sure. I'm not sure if I'm suited to stay on a fixed planet. After all, we Deoxys have never had a fixed abode; we're used to traveling between stars."

"A planet's gravity, atmosphere, temperature, and ecosystem are temporary adaptations for us, not long-term choices. Are you sure I can stay in one place?"

"Why not?" Li Luochen retorted. "Do you Deoxys always act together?"

"No, we each have our own routes in the universe, and the time we meet is actually rare."

"That's it."

Li Luochen shrugged, a slight smile playing on his lips: "Since you weren't originally going to act together, what's the harm in you staying? Your people have their own routes, and you can make your own choices too."

"Staying here doesn't mean leaving our community; it just means having another route, a route that docks on Earth. You can leave whenever you want; no one will stop you. But before that, why not give it a try?"

At this point, Li Luochen understood why the Deoxys race never quarreled.

He had always believed that the reason the Deoxys race had no conflicts was because they were highly civilized, logically sound, and knew how to solve problems using data and consensus.

But now, listening to the story, he discovered that there was another, simpler, and more fundamental reason behind it.

They hardly ever spend time together.

They're separated by thousands of light-years, so they can't even start an argument.

They would occasionally meet, exchange information, and then go their separate ways. It was extremely rare for them to stay together for more than a planet's orbital period.

It would be a miracle if there were any friction in this kind of relationship.

Deochis stared at Li Luochen for a while before saying, "I'll consider it."

Li Luochen nodded and did not ask any further questions.

Some decisions need time to settle. For a Pokémon that has been wandering in the universe for countless years, getting it to suddenly accept the concept of a "fixed home" is not something that can be accomplished in a few words.

He didn't say anything more, but simply turned his gaze back to the opposite bank of the pond.

During the time Li Luochen was chatting with Deoxys, Manchong had already made contact with the Ralts.

The snake-patterned bear and the coyote under the tree had long been won over by the energy cube. The furry little creatures circled around Manchong's feet, eating until their bellies were round, and they had no idea about the blue orange fruit.

Without the guardian's obstruction, Ralts, which had been hiding in the bushes, finally mustered the courage to come out.

It cautiously approached the fully charged energy cube, its white skirt trembling gently in the breeze, and beneath its green bowl-cut hair, its eyes timidly scrutinizing the cube in its hand.

Manch squatted on the ground, palms up, without moving.

Man Chong seemed to notice Li Luochen's gaze, causing him to turn his head and look at Li Luochen across the pond.

Upon seeing Li Luochen, Man Chong's lips twitched a few times.

Li Luochen narrowed his eyes, deciphering Man Chong's words.

Brother Luo Chen, we need you here.

This made me chuckle softly.

This child, even though he had already reached the most crucial step, with Ralts so close, still instinctively turned back to look for him at the last moment.

It's not a bad thing, it's just that this little angel needs one last push.

Li Luochen straightened up from leaning against the tree trunk, brushed off the grass clippings from his clothes, walked around the pond, and strolled leisurely toward Manchong.

When Li Luochen walked to Man Chong's side and followed his gaze into the depths of the grass, he immediately understood why the child had asked him for help.

Another Ralts was huddled in the grass.

Unlike the white Ralts that had already poked its body out and was cautiously sniffing the energy cube in its palm.

This little guy has blue hair and an orange horn sticking up in the middle of his head. The two colors contrast sharply and make him stand out in the lush green grass.

It was smaller than the white one, hiding deep in the grass, with only half its head showing.

The energy cube in Manchong's hand was clearly a huge temptation for it, but it hesitated to take that step.

This little Ralts was clearly not in a good condition. Its body was curled up in a ball, and its little face was almost buried in its knees, as if it was trying its best to endure some discomfort.

[Pokémon: Ralts (Shin-colored)]

[Attributes: Superpower, Fairy]

[Level: 5]

【Characteristic: Telepathy】

[Movement: Omitted]

[Note: They are born with superpowers far exceeding those of their kind, and their mental energy is extremely active, allowing them to keenly perceive the emotional fluctuations of all living beings around them.]

However, his physical development lagged far behind his mental development, and he was so weak that he could hardly stand for long periods of time. He would feel dizzy and weak after even the slightest strenuous activity.

This imbalance between mind and body prevented him from fully utilizing his abilities and from integrating into the normal life of his tribe.

Li Luochen's gaze fell on the blue Ralts, and his eyebrows were slightly raised.

The unusual color is rare enough in itself.

But what truly surprised him was not the color, but the spiritual energy he sensed from the little creature.

Even from a distance of several steps, even as it weakly huddled deep in the grass, the surge of superpower was still as strong as an uncontrollable tide, forming a barely perceptible ripple of mental energy around it.

Such talent is probably one in ten thousand among the Ralts race.

But the body that bears this power is so frail that it can barely stand.

It's like stuffing the core of a champion-level Pokémon into the shell of a newly hatched baby; it will shatter if you're not careful.

If it were someone else, faced with such an extreme imbalance between talent and physique, they would probably only shake their head and sigh.

The superpowers are too great and the body can't keep up at all, which is almost an irreconcilable contradiction.

Conventional training methods are useless; forcing your body to train will only accelerate its depletion, while neglecting it is a waste of that one-in-a-million talent.

Most trainers, faced with this situation, would likely have no choice but to regretfully return the Ralts to the Pokémon Center and hope that it will find its own balance someday.

But the one standing here is Li Luochen!

He's an expert at helping people with superpowers!
