Chapter 48 Running into the Women's Restroom

Chapter 48 Running into the Women's Restroom

Robin took out his wand and cast the Alohomora Opening Charm.

pat!

The lock cylinder popped open automatically, and Luo Bin pushed the door open and went in.

Compared to the men's restroom, the women's restroom has the same layout except for the absence of a row of urinals.

Opposite the five light blue cubicles is a row of yellow and white washbasins, with a large mirror above them.

"Luo Bin, get out of here right now, or I'll shout 'There's a pervert!'"

A soft, husky voice, yet tinged with anger, rang out from the cubicle against the inner wall.

Robin stepped forward, looking at the 1.8-meter-high partition door, and said, "Everyone's gone downstairs for the banquet. Even if you shout until you're hoarse, they won't hear you. If you're really angry with Ron, why don't you punch him?"

"Beat him up? That would violate school rules, and I don't want to cause Gryffindor to lose points. Besides, he's right, I don't have a single friend at school."

No friends?

So that's what made her sad and upset!

Robin leaned against the door with one hand and clutched his chest with the other, feigning hurt as he said, "Hermione, we were deskmates for three months, worked together to concoct five different potions, and even jointly adopted and cultivated a pot of snake fairy grass. And with you, I can't even earn the title of friend. I even kindly helped you cover up your 'peeping at the opposite sex in the bathroom' during the first week of school."

"Shut up!"

Hermione clenched her teeth.

Shut up?

Absolutely impossible!

Just as Robin was about to continue speaking, Hermione suddenly lifted the door bolt, and most of his weight landed on the door, causing him to fall heavily into the cubicle.

The instant his back hit the toilet seat, he swore to the god of magic, Merlin, that the culprit had laughed, and laughed with extraordinary joy, though the smile only lasted for a second.

"Hey friend, you've had enough of making a fool of yourself, can you help me up now?"

Upon hearing the word "friend," a strange emotion flickered in Hermione's brown eyes. She pursed her thin lips and asked in a slightly questioning tone, "You really consider me a friend?"

"What else would you do? I'm ignoring all this delicious food and going sightseeing in the women's restroom! Hurry up, my back is killing me!"

"I'll help you to the school clinic."

Robin knew the importance of going all out when putting on an act. When Hermione pulled his shoulder, he deliberately didn't use any force. When Hermione helped him walk towards the bathroom door, he deliberately frowned, grinned, and pretended to be in great pain.

Before they even reached the door, a stench assaulted their nostrils.

The smell was comparable to that of a public dry toilet in the summer.

"Luo Bin, did you just smash the toilet?"

Hermione leaned back and looked at Robin's... well, it was all perky, without a single drop of moisture.

"What are you staring at?"

"It's nothing, let's go!"

"It seems we won't be able to leave!"

Robin subtly flicked his arm, and the ebony wand slid down his sleeve and into his palm.

He stared intently at the doorway.

The body odor is already wafting over; how far away can the appearance of a giant be?

The original text describes trolls as creatures with incredible strength but very low intelligence.

They are naturally irritable and easily angered, often attacking without provocation. They prefer to eat raw meat, but are not picky about their prey, whether wild animals or humans, they will become their hunting targets.

dong dong!dong dong!

Whoosh!Whoosh!

The floor beneath my feet trembled, and heavy, booming breaths approached the women's restroom from afar.

"What's outside?"

Hermione asked nervously.

"I don't know what that thing outside is, but I do know that if you keep grabbing it, the flesh on my waist will turn completely purple!" Luo Bin said quietly.

"what?"

Hermione looked down and realized that her arms around Robin's waist had tightened unconsciously, so much so that her nails were almost tearing his robes.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!"

Hermione had barely finished speaking when a sound suddenly came from the doorway.

Robin raised an eyebrow and saw a guy with a gray, cocoa bean-shaped head, blinking his clear, stupid dead fish eyes, peeking through the crack in the door.

"Robin, why didn't you close the bathroom door when you went in?"

"Uh, it's a guy like me going into the women's restroom, shouldn't I close the door? Watch out, that guy at the door is coming in!"

After the creature squeezed its little head through the crack in the door and laboriously squeezed into the room, Robin and Hermione realized just how enormous it was.

It is about 3.7 meters tall, and its gray, dull skin makes it look like a monster pieced together from several huge pieces of mud and gravel.

Its body proportions are very disproportionate, with a small head, an elongated upper body, and an extremely short lower body. However, its short legs, as thick as tree stumps, and its large, flat, calloused feet, as flat as boats, are more than enough to support its two-ton body.

Its arms were very long, and it held a thick wooden stick in its hand. With each step it took, the stick scraped against the floor, making a harsh sound.

"It's a mountain troll. I've read about it in books. It eats people."

For every step the troll took forward, Hermione dragged Robin back five steps, and soon they were back at the very back of the room.

"Let's hide first."

Hermione pulled Robin into a cubicle, praying that the professors would come quickly and defeat the troll.

On the other side, the not-so-bright giant couldn't figure out how his two sweet prey had suddenly disappeared.

It swung the wooden stick forcefully, pounding the floor and the cubicles, just like it had done when hunting in the mountains, trying to scare the 'small animals' out.

Hermione, her face deathly pale, clutched her chest in distress, her heart pounding along with the clanging sounds outside.

"I...I don't want to be eaten by a troll! That's too embarrassing!"

Luo Bin: What's the point of having a face when you're already dead? Besides, with me around, you're not going to die.

Clang! Clang!

The door to the cubicle where the two were hiding was smashed by the giant.

The troll, seeing its sweet prey reappear, let out a grating, guttural laugh. It raised its wooden club high and smashed it down on the brown-haired girl's head.

Hermione closed her eyes in fright and let out a piercing scream of terror.

At the critical moment, Robin stopped pretending to be injured. He moved to stand in front of Hermione and secretly used the "Heavy Punch" skill of the punching willow, delivering a punch to the giant's big belly.

The power of that punch was no less than that of a charging bull. The giant staggered back several steps. If it weren't for the stone wall just 2 meters away from the cubicle, it would have definitely fallen.

"Hermione, I'll hold off the troll. Go find the professor for help."

"Huh? I'm not dead?" Hermione exclaimed in surprise as she opened her eyes.

On the other side, the giant, having regained its footing, swung its club again. Robin, pulling Hermione along, bent down and slipped under its arm.

Clang!

It also smashed the last remaining toilet stall.

Missing its prey, it roared, turned around, and swung its wooden club at the prey.

The two nimbly dodged again, but the giant, wielding its wooden club, continued its pursuit.

The troll was bulky and moved very slowly, but it had long arms, and its toilet wasn't very big either.

Hermione.

After evading pursuit once again, Robin gestured to Hermione to go first.
