Chapter 371 I'll give it to you!
Old Pym pointed to a spot on the map: "Darren stores all the data from his Cross particle research in a separate server room on the third basement level."
"And the timing is perfect," Pym analyzed sharply. "Because of that crazy Ellis policy, Darren must be in a terrible predicament right now. To protect his assets, he's probably busy dealing with those federal agents and auditors, leaving him no time to worry about the company's security."
As he spoke, Pym took out a miniature high-explosive bomb the size of a fingernail.
"We'll take advantage of this opening. Hope, put on your suit, and then all you need to do is..."
As Pym and his daughter discussed their action plan.
Darren, in his miniature form, could hear everything clearly from a few meters away.
As he watched Hope's profile as she intently discussed how to destroy his career, Darren's last shred of affection for her vanished.
"Bitch...you're just like this old bastard, you're using me! You've betrayed me!"
"Boss." A subordinate's voice came through the communication channel, breaking Darren's rage.
"Data cracking complete. But..." The subordinate's voice hesitated.
"But what?! Did you get the formula?!" Darren asked in a low voice.
"No, sir. The server... is empty."
"Empty?"
"Yes, sir. There are no formulas or experimental logs for the Pym Particles. Most of the data has been erased and cannot be recovered."
Darren turned to look in the direction where Old Pym was.
He got it.
The old man was overly cautious. He left no paper records, nor stored them on any server.
He memorized everything! Every time he finished synthesizing Pym particles, he would erase all records.
Now, in this spacious laboratory, there are only the red test tubes of finished products on the table, and a bunch of cold, impersonal synthesis instruments.
Without a formula, taking the finished product is merely a temporary fix.
"Since you've kept the formula in your head, I'll force you to say it out loud," Darren thought coldly.
He knew Hank Pym too well. This stubborn old man valued Pym particles more than his own life, and he would never utter a single word, even under torture.
However, Old Pym has a fatal weakness.
Darren's gaze locked onto Hope.
"You old bastard, aren't you the one who cares most about your daughter? Let's see if you can bear to watch her suffer."
Darren raised his right arm and made a tactical gesture to his three men behind him.
"Prepare to appear. Number one, number two, lock onto that old man and that Asian man. Number three, keep watch around. Hope, leave him to me."
Upon receiving the command, the three wasp soldiers unfurled their mechanical tentacles, and energy sources began to converge in the transmitters at the tips of the tentacles, illuminating them with a blinding yellow light.
While old Pym was still pointing at the blueprints and analyzing the building's ventilation duct layout with Hope,
"Go!" Darren gave the order.
The four figures, which were originally only the size of ants, instantly returned to the size of normal humans!
The change happened so fast that Hank and Hope had no time to react.
Darren Cross appeared behind Hope.
Mechanical tentacles shot out from behind him like venomous snakes. One roughly gripped Hope's neck, while others locked tightly around her waist and arms.
At the same time, two other soldiers pounced on Hank Pym from the left and right sides respectively, ruthlessly pinning the elderly scientist to the lab table.
The last soldier appeared behind Azu, and the mechanical arm locked Azu's shoulders and arms, firmly controlling him.
"Let her go!" Old Pym roared angrily, his cheek pressed against the cold tabletop.
Darren's helmet visor snapped back up with a "hiss," and he looked at Pym with a mocking expression.
"Good evening, teacher," Darren said with a forced smile.
"That was a brilliant tactical meeting; I almost applauded your meticulous planning."
His mechanical tentacles tightened slightly.
"Ugh..." Hope let out a painful groan.
"Darren! You madman! Let go of Hope! This was all my idea, it has nothing to do with her!" Old Pym struggled desperately, but his aged body was no match for the strength of the Wasp Warrior.
"Unrelated?" Darren sneered. "Hank, you're always so hypocritical. Just now, I overheard her planning how to blow up my servers. She's more vicious than you."
"Let her go, Cross!"
At this moment, Ah Zu, standing to the side, also displayed the anger that a "devoted boyfriend" should have.
He glared at Darren with eyes blazing with fury and roared.
"If you dare to harm a single hair on her head, I guarantee the Starr Corporation will use all its resources to hunt you down to every corner of the world!"
Darren glanced at Azu and curled his lip in disdain.
"Give me a break. With my homeland gone, do you think I'd be afraid of the Starr Corporation? Once I get my hands on the Pym Particles, you won't even be able to catch a glimpse of me!"
Darren's gaze returned to Pym, his eyes flashing with malice.
"Listen, old man. My patience is running out!"
"Write down the formula for synthesizing Pym particles. Now! Immediately!"
"Don't even think about it, Darren! You're a cold-blooded monster. Giving you the formula would be tantamount to pushing the world to its doom. I'd rather take this secret to hell!"
"I know you're not afraid of death."
Darren slowly turned around, controlling the mechanical tentacles to bring Hope, who was in mid-air, closer to him.
"But... what about her?"
Darren stared coldly at old Pym.
"I know you, Hank. Janet's death was the biggest nightmare of your life."
"But if you don't write out the formula..."
"Right in front of you, I'll slowly, bit by bit, break her neck. I'll let you experience again what it feels like to lose the most precious thing in your life!"
"No! You dare!" Hank Pym's eyes were bloodshot and his gaze was almost bloodshot.
"If you dare touch a single hair on her head, Darren, I swear! I will torture you in the cruelest way in the world! I will make you scream in agony every second!" Old Pym cursed angrily.
Azu immediately joined in Old Pym's emotions and began to struggle violently.
"Let her go! You piece of trash! You want money? You want skills? I'll give you anything! Just don't hurt her!"
"Three seconds to go, Hank." Darren ignored their threats.
"3".
Darren lightly pressed a button on the control panel.
"Sizzle—!"
The tip of the mechanical tentacle instantly releases a high-voltage current.
"Aaaaaahh ...
Hope let out a painful howl, her body convulsing violently.
"No! Hope!!"
Old Pym was heartbroken and extremely anxious.
"2".
Darren remained unmoved, and the intensity of the current increased again.
Hope's screams ceased, but the whites of his eyes rolled upwards.
"Stop! Stop! I'll give it to you! I'll give it to you!!"
