"Oh, right, Yao-kun, I have another request. I won't call you teacher."

Fubuki stood in front of Lin Yao, slightly raising her chin, and spoke with a hint of stubbornness and reserve.

"I am your sister, it is only natural for you to guide your sister to become stronger."

Lin Yao couldn't help but laugh at her feigned toughness.

"Okay, okay, if I won't be the teacher, I'll be the older brother. Surely an older brother guiding his younger sister is fine, right?"

Fubuki's cheeks flushed slightly, and she turned her head away, softly humming in agreement.

She had her own reasons for not acknowledging the teacher-student relationship. In her mind, the teacher-student relationship was too distant, while the brother-sister relationship was closer and longer-lasting. More importantly, the sibling relationship meant there was a possibility of going further in the future—although she didn't dare to voice this idea yet, at least she wanted to leave herself a way out.

Actually, she had been struggling with this for a long time before this. She wanted to become stronger and surpass her older sister, Long Juan, but she was unwilling to simply be Lin Yao's student or disciple. What she wanted was a closer relationship, not that cold master-disciple relationship.

Later, she realized that becoming stronger through learning didn't necessarily require becoming a disciple or apprentice. Her brother guiding her was perfectly acceptable.

Ultimately, Fubuki still wanted to become stronger. Otherwise, with her older sister's overwhelming prowess, she would forever live in Tornado's shadow. Compared to her childhood friends—her older sister and Lin Yao—Fubuki felt like a mere appendage. Her sister was the second-ranked S-class hero, hailed as the strongest esper in the Hero Association; Lin Yao was also an S-class hero, his strength unfathomable. And her? She was merely the first-ranked B-class hero, top-tier within B-class, but utterly insignificant compared to S-class heroes.

So she wanted to take a shortcut. Even if the other person was a powerful older sister whom she respected, she had to overcome her fear first.

This reflects her confidence in Lin Yao's abilities.

Although rumors circulated that Lin Yao was merely an S-class hero below her sister, Fubuki could sense that her childhood friend was even stronger than her sister. This was both an intuition and an understanding accumulated over many years of getting to know each other.

Otherwise, her older sister should have been inseparable from Lin Yao, her childhood sweetheart, like a toy meeting true love, instead of being so aloof. She knew Long Juan's personality all too well—if she really met someone stronger than herself, she would either fight tooth and nail to defeat them or be completely won over. But Long Juan's attitude towards Lin Yao was subtle; she neither deliberately got close nor deliberately distanced herself, maintaining just the right amount of distance.

This made Fubuki even more certain that Lin Yao's strength was definitely not as simple as it seemed on the surface.

In fact, Fubuki's guess was correct. Before joining the Star Palace, Lin Yao's strength was indeed only slightly stronger than Tornado's—just enough to suppress her powerful desire for control, preventing her from becoming too arrogant, but not strong enough to completely eliminate her hope of catching up. He maintained this delicate balance, neither letting Tornado feel too weak nor letting her feel too strong.

Now, having activated the Star Palace cheat, Lin Yao's strength has transcended the heavens. His original strength, already greater than Long Juan's, has now increased many times over. However, he hasn't shown it, so the outside world's perception of him remains at its original level.

Fubuki, somewhat by accident, grasped this point directly, dispelling some of her reservations. In a sense, this allowed her to become stronger at a faster pace—because she trusted Lin Yao and was willing to entrust her future to him.

Meanwhile, Saitama and Genos returned from the House of Evolution.

Genos's equipment was completely revamped; the armor was thicker and the lines were more streamlined. He had brought back Dr. Genos's research data, and after some sorting and digestion, his equipment received a comprehensive upgrade. His arms were equipped with new energy cannons, and thrusters were added to his back, increasing his overall combat power by more than one level.

Upon returning, the first thing Genos did was challenge his two teachers.

"Saitama-sensei, Lin Yao-sensei, please spar with me!" Genos stood in the courtyard, his gaze fixed intently on the two. "I want to test the results of my training over this period!"

Saitama scratched his bald head and said somewhat helplessly, "Again? I just finished eating and don't want to exercise."

"Please!" Genos bowed deeply.

Saitama sighed and had no choice but to stand in the middle of the field: "Alright, alright, then come and attack."

Genos took a deep breath, bent his knees slightly, and then suddenly exerted force. Blue flames shot out from the thrusters on his back, propelling his body toward Saitama at an incredible speed. His right arm deformed, revealing the muzzle of an energy cannon, and an energy bullet shot toward Saitama's face.

Saitama tilted his head slightly, and the energy blast grazed past his ear, blasting a large hole in the wall in the distance.

Undeterred, Genos continued his attack. His arms contorted in a series of transformations, unleashing a barrage of energy projectiles at Saitama. But Saitama's body moved like a weightless willow catkin, swaying effortlessly amidst the dense barrage, easily dodging every attack. He didn't even move his feet; a slight sway of his upper body was enough to deflect all of Genos's attacks.

"Too slow," Saitama yawned. "And the angle is too predictable. You can't even touch the hem of my clothes with that kind of shooting."

Genos gritted his teeth and increased the frequency of his attacks. His arms were so fast that they left afterimages, and the energy blasts almost formed a straight line. But Saitama continued to dodge leisurely, as if he were taking a stroll.

"That's about enough," Saitama said, then casually threw a punch.

The punch didn't strike Genos directly, but merely grazed his cheek. Yet, the air itself was torn apart by the force of the blow, producing a sharp, explosive sound. Far behind Genos, a mountain range exploded with a deafening roar, sending plumes of dust billowing into the sky and creating a massive gash. The gash was perfectly straight and smooth, as if cleaved by an invisible, gigantic blade.

Genos stood frozen in place, cold sweat beading on his forehead. He could clearly feel that if that punch had landed, he probably wouldn't even be left with ashes.

"Alright, it's my turn." Lin Yao stepped forward, cracking his knuckles. "Genos, get ready."

Genos quickly braced himself and assumed a defensive stance. He knew that Lin Yao's strength might be even greater than Saitama's, so he dared not be careless in the slightest.

Lin Yao looked at him, smiled slightly, and then disappeared instantly.

Genos's pupils contracted sharply. His visual system couldn't detect Lin Yao's movement at all, and there was no signal on his radar. Lin Yao seemed to have vanished into thin air, disappearing without a trace.

The next second, Lin Yao appeared beside Genos, raised a finger, and gently tapped.

A terrifying power was gathered on that finger—the power of stars, vast and profound, as if containing an entire starry sky. That power did not strike Genos directly, but grazed his side and shot towards the open space in the distance.

boom--

With a deafening roar, a mushroom cloud exploded in the distance. Smoke and dust billowed into the sky, and flames rolled outwards, forming a massive crater hundreds of meters in diameter. The shockwave swept in, whipping Genos's hair and clothes wildly.

Genos stood frozen in place, not daring to move an inch. He could feel that if that finger had touched him, he would have been reduced to ashes on the spot.

"Not bad." Lin Yao withdrew his finger and clapped his hands. "Your reaction speed has improved a lot after your equipment was upgraded. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement."

Genos swallowed hard and nodded with difficulty: "Yes...yes, teacher."

Fubuki stood aside and witnessed the whole process.

A look of astonishment crossed her face. She had thought Lin Yao was strong, but she hadn't expected him to be this strong. The speed at which he vanished in an instant, the terrifying power he released with such ease, completely exceeded her understanding of S-class heroes.

And that bald guy next to him—although he looks a bit weaker than my brother Yao, he's still pretty strong. The force of that punch he just delivered was enough to shatter a mountain range; if he hit a monster with that, wouldn't it be one punch per monster?

Could this be what they mean by "birds of a feather flock together"? Do monsters also keep each other company?

Fubuki couldn't help but ask, "You-kun, how did you and that Saitama-san become so strong? Is there some secret?"

Lin Yao smiled and casually replied, "Just work hard and you'll get there. Don't worry, you'll definitely become a powerful S-class hero someday."

He spoke casually, but he knew in his heart that there was some element of comfort in his words. His own strength was built up by the power-up of the Star Palace, while Saitama's strength came from breaking his limiter. Neither of these paths could be replicated by ordinary people.

However, he was confident that he could train Fubuki to reach S-rank strength.

Upon hearing Lin Yao's words, Fubuki's eyes revealed a look of longing. She then turned her questioning gaze to Saitama, wondering if this bald powerhouse had any insights to share.

Saitama didn't hold back when it came to Fubuki, who had a close relationship with Lin Yao. He sincerely shared his training methods: "100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run every day, for three years."

He paused, then added, "But you'll go bald."

Fubuki's lips twitched slightly.

What kind of outrageous training method is this? 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run every day—isn't this just regular physical training? You think you can become that strong after three years? Who are you kidding?

She felt that Saitama didn't want to share his true secrets. After all, Saitama was just a friend of You-gege, not her friend, and they were too far apart. It was only natural that he wouldn't want to tell her his most treasured skills.

Luckily, I have my brother Yao.

Thinking of this, Fubuki felt a deep sense of satisfaction. Her gaze towards Lin Yao held a newfound dependence and trust.

From then on, Fubuki arrived at Lin Yao's house on time every day and began to cultivate diligently.

Unlike in the original story, she didn't try to take shortcuts—such as forming the Blizzard Group or gathering a group of B-rank heroes to bolster her reputation. She saw Lin Yao's strength and what a true powerhouse should be like. She knew that the only right path was to steadily improve her own abilities.

Lin Yao's body is a fusion of energy systems from various worlds—the power of stars from the Douluo Continent, the Armament Haki from the One Piece world, the Qi from the Dragon Ball world, the Qilin power from the Classic of Mountains and Seas world, the Five Elements Emperor power from the Armor Hero world, and the Chaos power from the Immortal Cultivation world… These power systems have given him a tremendous foundation, making him a very solid instructor.

He could easily discern Fubuki's strengths and weaknesses in her psychic abilities and devise a targeted training program based on her characteristics. He guided her on how to control her telekinesis more precisely, how to concentrate her mental energy into more powerful attacks, and how to remain calm and focused in battle.

In just a few days, Fubuki noticed a significant change.

Her telekinetic powers were more concentrated than before, and her control range was wider. Previously, she could only manipulate a dozen or so items simultaneously; now she could control dozens. Previously, her telekinetic barrier could only withstand ordinary bullets; now it could withstand light artillery fire. Previously, she needed a long recovery time after unleashing a telekinetic attack; now her recovery speed was almost twice as fast.

Feeling the positive feedback from her body, Fubuki became even more proactive. Every day, she arrived at Lin Yao's house early, actively completing her training tasks and even doing extra practice. She was no longer satisfied with simply completing the tasks assigned by Lin Yao, but began to actively think about how to further improve herself.

That afternoon, Fubuki finished her last training session and sat down on the ground, panting. Her forehead was covered in sweat, and her hair was stuck to her cheeks, but a happy smile graced her face.

"Yo-kun, I feel like I've gotten stronger again!" Fubuki exclaimed excitedly. "Today I tried using telekinesis to lift a three-ton boulder, and I actually succeeded! Before, I could only lift things weighing two tons at most!"

Lin Yao sat on a chair to the side, holding a cup of tea, and smiled as he looked at her: "Not bad, you've improved very quickly. Your telekinesis is much more solid than before, and the precision of your control has also improved considerably."

"It's all thanks to your excellent teaching!" Fubuki stood up, walked to Lin Yao, her eyes sparkling. "Yao-kun, when do you think I'll be able to catch up with my sister?"

Lin Yao pondered for a moment and said, "Your sister's superpower is innate, and she awakened it at a young age, so she has a very strong foundation. It will take you some time to catch up with her. However, as long as you persevere, you will be able to do it one day."

"Yes!" Fubuki nodded vigorously, then said somewhat shyly, "You-kun, thank you for your hard work these past few days. Thank you for being willing to guide me."

"Why are you being so polite with me?" Lin Yao waved his hand. "You're my sister, who else would I help if not you?"

Hearing the word "little sister," Fubuki felt a slight pang of disappointment, but quickly composed herself. She smiled and said, "Then I'll continue training!"

"Wait a minute," Lin Yao called out to her. "You've already trained for six hours today, it's time to rest. Overtraining is actually bad for your health."

"But I'm not tired yet..." Fubuki wanted to say something more.

"Listen to me." Lin Yao's tone was gentle but firm. "Haste makes waste. Your body needs time to adapt to and digest today's training results. We'll continue tomorrow."

Fubuki had no choice but to nod: "Okay, I'll do as you say."

She walked over to Lin Yao, sat down in the chair next to him, and took a sip of the teacup on the table. The two sat quietly, enjoying the peaceful afternoon.

After a while, Fubuki suddenly asked, "You-kun, do you think... my sister knows I'm studying with you?"

"She probably doesn't know," Lin Yao said after thinking for a moment. "Isn't your sister busy dealing with that weirdo association lately? She shouldn't have time to pay attention to you."

"That's good." Fubuki breathed a sigh of relief. "I don't want her to know yet. I'll give her a surprise when I become stronger."

Lin Yao smiled but didn't say anything.

Just then, he suddenly raised his head and looked up at the sky. His pupils contracted slightly, as if he had seen something unusual.

"What's wrong?" Fubuki noticed his unusual behavior and quickly asked.

"Some space debris has fallen down," Lin Yao said casually.

Fubuki paused for a moment, then said, "Space junk?"

Before she could finish speaking, her phone suddenly rang. She took out her phone and saw the words "Tornado" clearly displayed on the caller ID.

Before Fubuki could even speak after answering the phone, Tornado's urgent voice came through the other end: "Fubuki! Where are you? Take shelter immediately! A meteorite is hurtling towards Z City, a Dragon-level hazard! It's expected to hit the ground in ten minutes!"

Fubuki's face turned deathly pale: "A meteorite?!"

"That's right! I'm on my way to the scene, but you're too far away, I can't make it in time! You should find a safe place to hide!" Tornado said and then ended the call.

Fubuki gripped her phone, her palms sweating. A Dragon-level disaster—that's a catastrophe capable of destroying a city. If the meteorite were to actually hit Z City, the consequences would be unimaginable.

She glanced at Lin Yao instinctively, only to find that he had already stood up and picked up his coat from the hanger.

"Yo-kun, where are you going?" Fubuki asked hurriedly.

"I'm going to save the world." Lin Yao glanced back at her, a smile playing on his lips. "Don't worry, I won't let it fall."

After saying that, he pushed open the door and went out.

Fubuki watched his retreating figure, her heart involuntarily quickening. The setting sun cast a golden glow upon him. His steps were calm and firm, as if he were facing not a meteorite capable of destroying a city, but a trivial matter.

That confidence, that composure, that strength...

Fubuki suddenly felt that her heartbeat was so loud that it could be heard throughout the entire room.

She clutched her chest, feeling her heart pounding wildly, and a blush rose to her cheeks.

"Yao-kun, you're as handsome as ever, no wonder you're..."
