Dryclaw Walker felt that fate was actually quite mysterious.

After most of the tribe's warriors were killed that day, he decided to leave the volcano.

There is a limit to the number of kobolds in the volcano.

Moreover, the kobolds were also killing each other. After losing so many warriors, the only way to survive was to leave.

So he chose a direction completely opposite to that of the adult, and because he dared not venture deep into the forest, he walked along the vicinity of the road.

Half a month later, it encountered the corpse of a kobold, which had strange crystals on its body.

After thinking it over, he decided to smash it into pieces and let the remaining kobolds eat it.

Sure enough, just as it had predicted, crystals appeared on all the kobolds.

These crystals also enhance their spellcasting abilities.

Walker also consumed these crystals, and he followed the kobold's trail all the way here.

And it was in a kobold tribe that I learned the whole story, which all originated from a kobold.

But how did that dog-headed man become like that?

After numerous inquiries and extensive searches, he finally discovered the lake.

It was so beautiful; the trees shone like crystals.

And it was there that they encountered the man in the black robe.

The man in black robes came here to investigate something, and Walker easily submitted to him.

In the eyes of the kobolds, submission is not shameful.

As long as there is profit to be made, as long as one can survive, then everything is worthwhile.

Walker lowered his head, letting his blood pool at his feet.

He wasn't afraid of the mage in front of him; it was the kobolds who should be afraid.

Dwight looked at the man in black robes and said loudly, "According to the contract, ownership of the dungeon will belong to the first mage."

"This dungeon belongs to me, the First Ring Mage of Ghostwood Town! Tell me, what brings you here, Mage!"

He spoke loudly, his eyes growing increasingly dangerous.

"Twilight Forest! Farion Leaf-Eater!"

The man in black robes revealed his name, and Dwight's expression changed drastically.

Even the faces of the mage apprentices turned even worse.

"An elf? You're an elf?"

Dwight spat out the words through gritted teeth: "Elves mingling with kobolds?"

Farion chuckled and said, "Kobolds are also part of nature. They eat the fruits of the forest and return their corpses to the forest as fertilizer."

"This is also the cycle of nature. Elves are nature's darlings, so why discriminate against a part of nature?"

Dwight's expression darkened further: "You're a spirit of the Natural Cycle School?"

"It's a naturalist school of thought, not a school of natural cycles."

Farion corrected him.

Dwight didn't want to say anything at all.

Bullshit about the natural school! Everyone knows that you natural cycle spirits are all more wicked than the last.

A naturalist? Would you dare say something like that in the Twilight Forest?

The other spirits can immediately start a fight to the death with you.

Dwight knew that the elves were divided into various factions, but each claimed to be a member of the nature faction.

Dwight paused for a moment; "I wonder what brings you here?"

"Nothing much, I just wanted to come and take a look around."

Farion said, "I'm very interested in the dungeons here."

Dwight said, "This belongs to me, and it belongs to the adventurers of Ghostwood."

Farion shook his head and said, "I didn't intend to steal anything, I just wanted to go in and take a look."

Dwight looked at the village: "Does this mean there's no intention to plunder, Lord Farion?"

Dwight wanted to kill the elf, but the elves were too petty.

Although they are fighting amongst themselves, they are giving it their all when it comes to external affairs.

Killing one elf might attract a whole horde.

He had no choice but to swallow this bitter pill.

Farion glanced at the village, then cast a spell. A huge vine shot up from the ground, destroying half of the village before disappearing.

"How about this?"

He was all smiles.

Dwight said, "The kobolds are too dangerous around the dungeon."

"Are you a kobold?"

Farion glanced at Walker.

Walker immediately said, "I am a subspecies of orc."

"Look, he's not a kobold, but a subspecies of orc," Farion said, spreading his hands.

Dwight wanted to say something more, but Farion said again, "Don't go too far, human."

Walker quickly said, "Master Mage, we orcs are famous for our labor. We can do a lot of things, and our wages are only half that of humans."

"Moreover, we are hardworking and willing to do anything. Even if we are punished, we will never complain."

Dwight glanced at it and then ignored it.

He simply said to Farion, "That's settled then."

With that, he turned and left.

The adventurers felt it was a bit of a pity that they didn't get to see the battle between the mages.

But in Dwight's presence, they were all subservient.

Walker was finally able to stand up, and he followed Farion toward the dungeon.

Farion smelled a certain odor as soon as he stepped into the dungeon.

"Ah, the resentment of the elves. A new kind of elf's."

His voice was somewhat strange, as if he were performing a folk song.

"The dungeon, the dungeon. The miracle of this world brings the past back to the present."

"I just don't know which race of elves was wiped out."

He stepped forward and looked at the rubble.

He took off his hood, revealing that his hair was covered with withered yellow leaves.

But here, the leaves are gradually turning green.

Farion glanced at the leaves, his heart filled with excitement.

"As I thought, death is the cycle of life. Death brings the power of life, and dead spirits bring life to living spirits."

As he said this, he tried to pick up the rubble.

However, the moment the fingers touched it, the skin immediately became as rough as tree bark.

Farion hurriedly stepped back, clutching his arm.

"curse?"

After a while, the skin gradually returned to normal.

"What a pity, the resentment of the elves inside was too strong. Even I couldn't resist it."

Farion murmured, "Perhaps those purist fools will like this news."

"But they should be close to finding this place. Those elven ropes are really too eye-catching. They're covered with too much elven resentment."

"It's impossible for an elf not to come and investigate."

"Especially those fools from the Pure Faction, they'll probably come and steal these bricks, then try to purify them and take them back to Duskwood."

"hehe."
