Apocalypse: The White Moonlight Became a Possessive Mad Dog
Chapter 88 Murder Must Pay with One's Life!
Su Han followed the men down the mountain and arrived at the campfire.
The woman remained kneeling by the campfire, refusing to get up no matter how much the others tried to persuade her.
Upon seeing Su Han arrive, the woman knelt and moved forward a few steps. Her figure was thin, her face withered, and her haggard appearance, coupled with her almost frantic movements, made those watching feel sorry for her.
"It was you!! You bastard, you killed my husband?! You evil spirit! You'll go to hell, you'll suffer a terrible death!!"
The woman rushed forward to grab Su Han's clothes, but Su Han dodged her.
"Shouldn't you at least provide evidence before accusing someone? Your husband tried to kill me first, and we killed him because he was outmatched. Now he's trying to bite you back. How interesting."
"You're talking nonsense! How could my husband do such a thing—he doesn't have any special abilities, he's just an ordinary person! You stole his rabbit and then tried to kill his people!"
Su Han wore a helpless smile, but there was no hint of amusement in her eyes.
He suddenly pulled out a dagger and held it to the woman's neck. The two children screamed in terror and flinched away, while several male superhumans instantly tensed up and raised their hands to stop him.
The woman's sobs stopped abruptly. She felt the chill on her neck and didn't dare breathe. She dared not feign grief or madness any longer.
Unexpectedly, Su Han did not make a move, but instead used the blade to lift the gold chain around the woman's neck.
"I think your gold chain is quite nice, and it's a men's style. Did you steal it from some dead person?"
Several superhumans were taken aback when they heard Su Han's words.
Yes...didn't this woman just say that her whole family lived on the mountain and had never come down from the mountain in the two years since the apocalypse?
Where did such a thick gold chain come from?
"This is...this was bought for me by my husband before the end of the world!" the woman tried to argue.
"Oh? You were a wealthy family before the apocalypse, how come you haven't even received news of humans establishing shelters, and have been reduced to the point where rich people have to hunt wild animals?" Su Han shook her head with a look of regret, "Things have changed... tsk tsk."
This left the woman speechless.
A look of panic flashed in her eyes, followed by a ruthless glint.
The woman suddenly pulled a knife from under her clothes and slashed it viciously at Su Han's thigh.
This slash was swift, precise, and ruthless, clearly aimed at an artery. She wasn't ignorant; she wasn't about to take Su Han's life outright.
If the artery had been cut, given the medical conditions at the scene, Su Han would have undoubtedly died.
Everyone was caught off guard, but Su Han had anticipated that the other party would suddenly attack. He kicked the woman in the chest, knocking her to the ground, and then slit her throat with a knife.
puff-
Blood spurted out, splattering all over him.
The woman's body twitched twice on the ground. Her eyes widened, and she frantically dropped the knife to cover her neck. But the blood flowed more and more, and she couldn't stop it. She couldn't make a sound, not even a cry for help; only blood gurgled from her mouth.
Finally, the woman struggled and died in a pool of blood.
Su Han stood up straight, her brows furrowed.
His clothes were stained with blood, and it was very uncomfortable. He needed to go back to Shen Chengyin to change.
Su Han acted swiftly and decisively, giving no one a chance to stop her.
The other superhumans stared wide-eyed at what they saw.
The two terrified children, seeing their mother dead, hid even more behind the cover.
While trying to hide themselves, they frantically sucked the remaining rabbit meat from their fingers, their faces filled with greed.
"Now you can believe what I'm saying, right?" Su Han turned around and looked at the superhumans.
The male superhuman snapped out of his daze and stared at Su Han in disbelief. "You just killed her like that?"
"Even if she did lie, it doesn't warrant the death penalty, does it?"
"If you ask me, you should have just killed their only breadwinner. Why did you have to kill all the adults and leave only the two children?"
"How could someone with superpowers like you lay a hand on a woman? Do you even know how precious women are in this apocalypse? Damn it."
Suhan:…………
System: [Holy crap, eight complete idiots!]
Is she blind? A knife in the hand of an invisible woman?
Does the woman have to stab those eight men in the eyes before she deserves to die?
Su Han took a deep breath.
If he had just thought it was better to avoid trouble, now he only wanted to kill all the people in front of him, leaving no one alive.
Su Han had barely raised his hand, the blood still clinging to the blade, when a gaping hole suddenly appeared in the chest of the superhuman standing before him.
A dark green vine, as thick as a bowl, pierced through his back and out his chest, passing straight through the man's body and embedding itself heavily in the ground.
With a loud bang, even the ground shook.
The vines moved too fast, bringing with them a fishy, pungent wind that brushed against Su Han's cheek, violently blowing the stray hairs on his forehead backward.
Before anyone could react, there was a second one, and then a third one.
That wasn't growth; it was execution. A precise and efficient massacre. Vines pierced out from different angles, tearing through the air, piercing through thighs, abdomens, and shoulder blades, lifting the body like a skewer of meat, then slamming it down hard.
Humans were turned into playthings; the cracking sound of bones shattering was clear and piercing, mixed with vibrations, instantly overwhelming everything. Gushing blood mixed with bits of flesh was scattered all over the ground.
Eight people were pierced through the vines one by one like candied hawthorns, their internal organs completely shattered, without even a chance to escape, dying with their eyes wide open in disbelief.
Su Han's pupils constricted. Just as he was about to retreat and dodge, he realized that the vines were also heading towards him.
This time, however, it wasn't as thick as a bowl, but rather as thick as a baby's arm, making it faster and more agile.
Vines grew rapidly, sprouting from his feet and wrapping around his ankles. The cold plants coiled and grew along his body, finally binding his wrists tightly. He was immobilized in a position where he could not exert any strength, his arms forcibly pulled apart, his body slightly arched backward due to the bindings around his waist.
Su Han was stunned.
This is... a wood-based superpower?
Whose is it?
The vines continued to tighten, the feeling of confinement growing stronger. Su Han even had difficulty breathing, tied up in the air, taking several heavy breaths.
A person slowly emerged from the shadows of the distant mountains and forests.
The first thing Su Han felt was that chilling gaze, cold, sticky, and coiling around her like a snake.
Never die.
