He was selling gashapon toys in Marvel Studios, and at the beginning, Tony turned into Kuuga.

Chapter 304 Do you want to be a dog for life, or the mayor of Gotham?

Jack loosened the other man's collar and patted Copport on the shoulder.

Cobblestone shrank back in fright, afraid that something might turn into a toy next to him.

But he soon discovered that he had not changed.

"Don't be nervous, I won't turn you into a toy." Jack shook the rain off his hands. "At least not now."

Copeport let out a long breath, his heart still pounding.

"What do you want? I am a member of the Falcone family."

Copeport tried to bring out his backers, but he clearly lacked the confidence.

"Falcone?" Jack's smile vanished upon hearing the name.

He grabbed Cobblestone by the collar and pulled him close again.

"I know you're that old man's dog, but it's obvious you've been exiled, isn't it?"

"I...I'm in charge of the smuggling routes here." A look of humiliation appeared on Copperfield's face, but it was quickly masked by fear.

"Smuggling what? Guns? Explosives?" Jack's eyes lit up.

"They all have..."

Cobbler answered honestly that he was now filled with fear of the madman in front of him.

That kind of power is not something a human should possess.

But at the same time, a hint of greed rose in Copport's heart.

If we could harness this power...

His status in the Falcone family will absolutely soar to new heights, and he might even replace them!

"Great!" Jack released his grip and laughed. "We need to discuss a big deal, Mr. Penguin."

"What kind of business?" Cobblestone straightened his disheveled tuxedo, his eyes gleaming.

"I'm going to overthrow Falcone." Jack stared into his eyes. "I'm going to turn him, and all those idiots under him, into toys to be directed and made to laugh."

"You're insane! Falcone is the king of Gotham! He has hundreds, even thousands, of men under his command!"

Copeton gasped.

"So what?" Jack spread his hands. "I'll turn into as many as they come."

"Tonight, I've already wiped out dozens of their elite troops."

Copport was stunned.

He knew Falcone had sent men to the civilian district tonight, could it be...?

He glanced at the two crazy nutcrackers on the ground and felt a chill run down his spine.

"You have power," Cobbett's mind raced, "but you have no money, no intelligence, no weapons."

"Smart." Jack snapped his fingers. "That's why I need you."

Jack, dragging his injured leg, walked around Cobblestone once.

"You provide me with heavy firepower, and you provide me with information about Falcone's whereabouts."

"And I will help you clear the obstacles to your rise to power."

Jack whispered in Copport's ear.

"Think about it, the Penguin, the king of Gotham's underworld!"

"Doesn't this title sound much better than 'the lame penguin guarding the chemical plant'?"

"And, I think there's a position that would be a good fit for you?"

Copeport's breathing became rapid.

This proposal is crazy, but also incredibly tempting.

Ever since he started out in the underworld, everyone has treated him like a dog, and he's had enough.

Moreover, this madman in front of us does indeed possess abilities that are incomprehensible to ordinary people.

"What position?"

Jack smirked. "The Mayor of Gotham City!"

Gum!

How can I trust you?

Cope swallowed hard, clenched his fists, and tried his best to suppress his excitement.

"You have no choice." Jack grabbed the black umbrella from the ground and shoved it into Cobbard's hand. "Either cooperate, or turn into a wind-up penguin right now."

Jack's bloodshot grin looked incredibly sinister in the dim light.

Cobbler looked into Jack's irrational eyes, his back already soaked with cold sweat.

He knew this madman wasn't joking.

"Fine..." Cobblestone gritted his teeth, "I'll provide you with weapons and intelligence."

"That's right!" Jack clapped his hands happily. "Let's shake hands for our friendship."

Jack stretched out his blood-stained right hand.

Copeport looked at the hand and hesitated.

"Don't be afraid, I told you I wouldn't turn you into a toy," Jack urged.

Kobot exhaled sharply, swallowed hard, and prepared to reach out and complete this crazy deal.

Sudden.

Swish!

In Gotham, a light suddenly shone.

The bat logo appeared in the Gotham night sky.

"Close the windows! Quickly!"

Cobbler growled in a low voice, clutching the hem of his tuxedo tightly.

Jack tilted his head, looking at the bat symbol in the night sky, a strange smile appearing on his face.

Gotham's Heroes?

His former idol?

Batman?

"What fantastic stage lighting!" Jack clapped his hands.

"Shut up!" Cobblestone was sweating profusely, reaching out to cover Jack's mouth. "Do you want to attract that guy's attention?!"

"Those are bats! The most terrifying monsters in Gotham!"

Cope's eyes darted around, and his voice trembled violently.

"How about we do it tomorrow during the day?"

He tentatively suggested it, swallowing hard repeatedly.

"He won't come out during the day; it's safer then!"

"It's just a bird that's afraid of the light, what's there to be afraid of?" Jack slapped Copperfield's hand away and laughed so hard he almost fell over.

Jack walked step by step to the bottom of the exhaust window, and opened his arms to welcome the light that was leaking through the clouds.

"Gotham is in such a mess."

"How many blocks can he manage all by himself?"

Jack pointed to the nutcracker on the ground.

"Look, didn't your bats fly over to save them?"

Cobbler stared at the lifeless wooden toy on the ground; the only sound in the silent factory was the echoing of leaking water.

He swallowed hard, finding the madman with the blood-red smiling face in front of him even more sinister than the flying bat.

"You..." Cobblestone pointed to Jack's trouser leg, which was almost soaked in blood, "You should take care of your injuries first."

"If you keep bleeding like this, you'll bleed to death before you even make Gotham laugh."

Jack looked down at the small pool of blood at his feet and shrugged indifferently.

"That makes sense. You always need to touch up your makeup before going on stage."

Deep within the chemical plant, a hidden underground medical clinic.

The underground doctor was a bald old man. When he saw Jack's blood-stained face, he almost dropped the medical tray in his hand.

"Jack? Did you fall into a meat grinder?"

The old doctor knew Jack; Jack had helped him a lot when he worked at the chemical plant.

"Pretty much, I also took a few friends to the fairytale world."

Jack plopped down on the cold stainless steel operating table.

The old doctor, too lazy to deal with the gang's internal affairs, picked up a pair of scissors and cut open Jack's trouser leg.

The bullet hole was in his calf, the flesh was turned inside out, mixed with mud and clothing fibers, a truly gruesome sight.

"The bullet is still inside; we have to take it out."

The old doctor turned around and took out an anesthetic from the medicine cabinet.

"Lie down, and half a minute after this injection, you'll lose all feeling in half of your leg."

Snapped!

As soon as the old doctor raised the needle, Jack reached out and slapped the syringe away.

The glass tube shattered against the wall, leaving a trail of shards, and the clear liquid medicine flowed down the wall.

"What are you doing!" the old doctor roared. "Don't you want this leg anymore?"

"I don't need that thing." Jack grinned, his hands bracing against the edge of the operating table. "Let's get started."

The old doctor was stunned, and Copeport, who was standing next to him, also stared wide-eyed.

"Are you crazy? That'll hurt like hell!"

"Pain can keep you awake; I need to remember that feeling."

"I will remember every gift this city has given me."

"You're a fucking lunatic!"
