"This is probably the funniest joke I've heard all year."

Gu Yun's laughter wasn't loud, but it felt like an invisible slap in Scott's face.

The confidence and enthusiasm that Scott had just regained on his face instantly froze.

He felt his blood rushing to his head.

joke?

He said that our beacon of peace, which he claims is a joke?

This is the most thorough denial and humiliation of their country's core values!

"Mr. Gu Yun! What do you mean by this?!" Scott's voice rose in anger.

Are you denying the blood we shed and the sacrifices we made for world freedom and peace?!

"Sacrifice? Bloodshed?" Gu Yun's smile slowly faded, and his eyes turned cold.

"Mr. Scott, do you seem to have some misunderstanding about the word 'peace'?"

He took a step forward, his gaze sharp as lightning, staring directly into Scott's eyes.

"Let me help you recall what enormous contributions your beacon nation has made to world peace since World War II."

Gu Yun's voice wasn't loud, but every word struck like a drumbeat, resonating in everyone's hearts.

"In 1950, you, under the banner of the United Nations, brazenly invaded the Korean Peninsula. A war resulted in the deaths of millions of civilians, and the entire peninsula was reduced to ashes. Is this your 'peace'?"

"In 1955, you intervened in Vietnam, in a war that lasted twenty years. You dropped more bombs on Vietnamese soil than in the entire Second World War combined, and used the highly toxic Agent Orange, leaving countless Vietnamese people still living in the shadow of cancer and birth defects. Is this your 'peace'?"

"In 1999, you bypassed the United Nations and openly bombed Yugoslavia. Precision-guided bombs destroyed bridges, hospitals, television stations, and even our Chinese embassy! Is this your 'peace'?"

"In 2001, you invaded Afghanistan under the pretext of 'counter-terrorism.' Twenty years of war left the country devastated and its people suffering. In the end, you packed your bags and left, leaving behind a mess. Is this your 'peace'?"

"In 2003, you used a small bottle of unknown white powder as evidence to invade Iraq, overthrow the government of a sovereign nation, cause the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians, and leave a once wealthy and stable country mired in sectarian conflict and terrorism. Is this your 'peace'?"

With each word Gu Yun spoke, Scott's face grew paler.

He didn't use any strong words; he was simply stating a fact.

It recounts the postwar "peace history" of the United States, a history filled with bloodshed and lies.

In their own textbooks, this history is glorified as a glorious achievement of "defending freedom" and "spreading democracy".

But today, as Gu Yun laid bare these "deeds" one by one before the world, everyone saw the filth and bloodshed hidden beneath that glamorous exterior.

[Holy crap! It's here again! Gu Ge's face-slapping moment is back! His memory is amazing! He knows it all like the back of his hand!]

[Awesome! So satisfying! That's how we should do it! Expose all the shady things they've done! Let's see how they pretend to be the world's policeman now!]

The US's concept of peace involves reducing others to ruins, then "helping" them rebuild, and incidentally stealing their oil and resources.

I always thought the United States was a good country, but now I realize they are the world's largest terrorist organization!

Scott's face turned deathly pale, as white as a sheet. He certainly hadn't expected Gu Yun to know so much about their country's dark history.

This is a real debate! Let the facts speak for themselves! One by one, they'll leave you no room to deny it!

On stage, Gu Yun looked at Scott, who was already speechless, and the sarcasm on his lips deepened.
