The aliens who were picked up by Superman at the beginning

Chapter 202 A Pair of Enemies
"They can't have gone far! Chase after them!"
Starting from his neck, Superman, whose face was mostly bruised and covered with black veins, looked around at his companions and gave orders in a stern voice.
The infected Flash got up from the ground, shaking his body rapidly to shake off the rubble that had landed on him after he was knocked away and crashed into the tunnel wall, while warily watching the giant bat lying to the side.
Superman, infected by the virus, doesn't know what it means to hold back. Although it was just a casual slap, if Batman hadn't already begun his mutation process, he would probably be dead by now.
Even though its body mutated and it briefly gained the ability to heal rapidly under the influence of the virus, the giant bat, which had withstood a casual blow from Superman, was still vomiting blood continuously.
The sprayed blood was initially a normal red, but it quickly turned as black as the blood from other infected individuals.
"What about Bruce? We all know how difficult he is."
"You go and hunt them down. I'll stay here and have a good chat with our old friends."
Superman's face, which should have represented warmth, sunshine, and justice, is now filled with a sinister aura.
With a ferocious expression, he walked to the giant bat that was trying to get up, stepped on its back, and pressed down hard, rendering it unable to move. It could only flap its wings on the ground in vain.
Although Batman, who has been transformed into a bat-man, has bloodshot eyes and the madness brought on by the virus is gradually magnifying in his eyes, he still retains his human consciousness as of now.
Batman's willpower is no weaker than Jason's, so even though the virus altered his physical structure, it will take some time to adjust before he can be controlled in the same way that the Justice League can be controlled.
Under Superman's "tyranny," the other Justice League members quickly turned and chased after him out of the tunnel, with the Flash taking the lead and dashing through the streets and alleys of Gotham City in a flash.
When only Superman and Batman remained in the secret room, the giant bat finally spoke in a hoarse voice.
At first, he could only let out inhuman hisses, but after a few seconds, the virus in his body sensed Batman's desire to speak and began to rapidly reconstruct the host's vocal cords.
"Ugh, Clark! Wake up, Clark!"
"Don't call me by that name!"
Superman frowned and increased the force of his foot, stomping half of the giant bat monster's chest cavity into the ground.
The giant bat let out a muffled groan, and a little more black blood seeped from between its sharp teeth.
"Clark, this isn't you!"
Superman's pupils began to glow red, and his gaze was even focused on the back of the giant bat's head.
"You know, I don't necessarily need to assemble a complete Justice League."
"If Jason and I can maintain a certain level of self-awareness, there's no reason you can't. You're just being controlled by another Superman implanted into your brain by a cosmic patch. Show your own will, Clark!!!"
one second.
two seconds.
three seconds.
Superman's ferocious expression suddenly vanished, and he even slightly lifted his foot.
The giant bat quickly folded its wings, flipped over, and turned to look at Superman.
But instead of Superman's smile as he broke free of control, he was met with an even colder expression and a more intense, crimson gaze.
"Wrong answer, bat."
"Yeah?"
The giant bat was not disappointed; it simply raised its hand and claw and threw a black ball at Superman's face.
Superman abruptly shifted his gaze, and the heat vision he unleashed instantly extinguished the black sphere.
"You think I wouldn't be wary of your kryptonite bombs? I have all the memories of our past, including how that weakling was so stupidly fooled time and time again!"
Superman sneered.
"I'm absolutely not—ah!"
His body went limp, and his gaze dropped. The giant bat had somehow produced a kryptonite solution syringe. The needle, mixed with kryptonite, plunged directly into Superman's ankle, and a tube of highly concentrated kryptonite solution was forced in by the bat's claws.
The giant bat raised its head and bared its sharp teeth at Superman.
"That was just a regular sonic boom grenade. You've been fooled again, Superman."
Superman, who had lost his superpowers in an instant, almost collapsed to his knees in front of the bat. However, he was no longer a pure Kryptonian. The virus that had replicated all of Superman's abilities was supporting his body and he began to recover his strength rapidly.
Instead of relying on solar radiation, the virus itself modifies Superman, essentially giving him the same superpowers that make him immune to Kryptonite.
Superman grabbed the giant bat by the shoulder, his ten fingers digging deep into the thick black bat fur.
Even a starved camel is bigger than a horse; with the support of the virus, Superman, who hasn't yet fallen to rock bottom, still possesses immense strength that the Bat Monster cannot contend with.
He only needed one ten-thousandth of his strength to make the bat monster's shoulder bones crack and pop.
While feeling the power he had lost due to the kryptonite rapidly recover, he gave the bat-faced man a cruel smile.
"I'll grind you into powder, bit by bit, so you'll never be able to fool me again."
The giant bat groaned in pain as his shoulder was about to be crushed, but then pulled out several cryogenic grenades that Tim had given him during the earlier chaos and retaliated with the same retort.
"Between Superman and Batman, Batman will always come out on top."
Within the Shadow Dimension, Rachel's face had turned deathly pale.
Mar cautiously peeked out from a thick patch of shadow, then quickly withdrew, shaking his head with a grim expression.
"No way! The Flash is running all over Gotham right now. I only went out for a second, and golden lightning flashed four times in front of me. And I swear he felt my gaze on him the fourth time!"
After he finished speaking, he glanced at Rachel with a somewhat dejected expression.
-
"We can't stay in the shadows forever. Rachel is almost at her limit in keeping so many of us hidden."
Mia and Cassandra exchanged a glance, and then silently stood up.
Looking at Mia's fingers gripping the bow handle, Mar blinked, then looked on incredulously.
"You guys can't be serious? That's an entire Justice League!"
Mia shrugged and shook the quiver off her back more easily.
"Isn't that more challenging?"
Tim, who had been silent all along, only revealing shadows through two fingers, suddenly lowered his head, listened attentively for a while, and then raised his head again with an excited expression on his face.
"We are not without a chance. Batman just told me through a special magical communication stone that this virus can have its activity weakened by low temperatures!"
After Tim finished speaking quickly, he suddenly looked back at the direction in which Li Zhen had briefly appeared in the shadow dimension.
To be honest, Tim doesn't dare to completely trust everything Batman says right now; he can only hope that Lee Jung will make the judgment.
"Um, Batman said he's not completely under the virus's control yet, and he's even temporarily restrained Superman for us. I think we should—"
"On this point, I believe it can be believed."
Li Zhen, who was sitting cross-legged in the darkness, responded.
"Give it a try. We have to leave this place and step into reality in order to communicate with other magicians. Anyway, the worst outcome is probably that I will avenge you after my heroic sacrifice, and then we will meet again in hell."
Marc blankly caught the three cryogenic grenades that Tim threw to him, then shivered and couldn't help but complain.
"Instructor, your joke isn't funny at all."
