American comics: Praising the sun, starting from Gotham!

"Free time now! Whoever finds the hidden sunflower will get an extra cookie as a reward!"

At Hugh's announcement, the children cheered and scattered. Some rushed towards the shimmering, crystal-clear river, trying to catch the slippery little fish made of light energy. Others, led by Jenny, formed an expedition and headed towards the forest Jenny had said had dancing mushrooms.

Solomon was then entangled by a group of older children who climbed onto his broad shoulders, using him as a portable viewing platform. The giant smiled憨厚ly, letting the children climb on him.

Serafina, the girl who had just arrived in the new world, after a brief hesitation, mustered up her courage, took Lucelli's hand, and joined Jenny's expedition.

Xiu En looked at all of this and nodded in satisfaction.

Then, he looked at the metallic plant that had been quietly standing behind him since the beginning.

"Alright, everyone. They all have somewhere to go."

Xiu En smiled and patted the leaves of the man-eating flower.

"Now, it's my turn to show you your new home and your new neighbors."

Black Gold shook its metal bud.

It could feel that the world was very friendly to it. The sunlight here made every metal cell feel comfortable.

Xiu En led it deeper into the botanical garden.

Along the way, all sorts of strangely shaped plants paid him their respects.

As soon as Shuen walks by, rows of Peashooters will simultaneously fire a line of green energy beans into the sky, symbolizing welcome.

Several tall, seemingly grumpy torch tree stumps, upon sensing the golden crow aura emanating from Xiu En, would have their flames burn even more intensely.

When Shuen and the Black Gold Man-Eating Flower passed by an area filled with Spikeweed and Steel Spikeweed.

The spikes retracted into the ground in unison, clearing a flat and safe path for them.

The black gold carnivorous flower looked at these plants that were showing it kindness with some confusion.

Finally, Xiu En led it to a special area filled with chomp flowers.

This is where the Ximu Realm deals with all sorts of garbage, such as the unlucky otherworldly monsters that occasionally fall in from dimensional rifts.

Countless purple violets were lazily basking in the sun, yawning.

When they saw Xiu'en arrive, all the flowers immediately perked up!

They swayed their flower buds, making sounds that seemed to welcome them and beg for food!

However, when their gaze fell upon Xiu En's back, upon that super-similar plant that was entirely black and shimmering with a metallic luster!

They can sense it.

The massive black creature before them emanated a powerful aura of bloodline suppression!

If these ordinary big-mouthed flowers are just ordinary clay soldiers that Ivy sculpted from clay and her life energy.

So, this black gold man-eating flower in front of us is the final weapon that Ivy and Xiu En strengthened with divine gold and Gengxin metal energy!

One is a mass-produced grunt.

One is the only general!

The Black Gold Carnivorous Flower, somewhat reserved, entered the flower field with encouragement from Xiu En.

It looked around at its distant relatives, who looked somewhat like it but were completely different, with a sense of bewilderment.

The large-flowered violets instinctively lowered their buds and proactively moved their stems backward, making way for the new big shot to reach the sunniest spot in the very center of the flower field!

Black Gold walked step by step to the very center of the flower field.

It felt the life-giving energy in the soil beneath its feet.

It raised its head to bask in the golden sunlight, similar to that of Gotham.

It unfurls its enormous leaves.

Then it opened its flower bud, large enough to devour everything.

"roar--!!!"

It is the king of this field of carnivorous flowers!

A giant flower monarch with a metal skeleton!

It's like a Dark Knight BOSS with max level gear who ran into a newbie village!

"I knew it! I knew it!"

Xiu En stood by the flower field, looking at the scene before him, and a fatherly smile of satisfaction appeared on his face.

"I knew you could do it, big guy!"

He happily gave a thumbs up.

"That aura! That imposing presence! From now on, you're the boss here!"

Xiu En could sense the joy and sense of belonging that Black Gold was exuding at this moment.

This is more satisfying than feeding it any amount of high-purity alloys.

Xiu En called out to his sunflower, his tone filled with undisguised pride.

"Xiaohua, did you see that? Isn't my corporate culture building and employee belonging cultivation plan a great success?"

"snort!"

Sunflower snorted, but anyone could hear the laughter in her voice.

"At least we've accomplished something worthwhile."

"but."

"It seems a bit too excited right now. The energy here is a bit too much for it. I feel it needs to neutralize it."

"snort!"

Sunflower snorted, but anyone could hear the laughter in her voice.

"At least we've accomplished something worthwhile."

"but."

"It seems a bit too excited right now. The energy here is a bit too much for it. I feel it needs to neutralize it."

"Neutralization?"

Xiu En stroked his chin and began to think.

For a dark lord with a heavy metal style like this, shouldn't we give it a more hardcore main course?

Watching the black-gold carnivorous flower stretching its body freely in the flower field, excited by its excess energy, Xiu En stroked his chin.

Ivy's reminder was right. This big guy is like a fully charged power bank right now. If we don't find a place for it to discharge, it might break itself.

It needs a job that can both consume energy and perform its duties!

He decided to put his previous ideas about the Sun Judge into practice in a live setting!

"Hey everyone, stop sunbathing! Your onboarding training and equipment distribution are starting now!"

Xiu En extended his right hand, palm facing up.

A sphere of liquid metal, formed from the condensation of solar energy, slowly rotated in his palm.

"The first step is to have a sturdy base. Black gold has a special body, so the ring also needs to be special."

Under his control, the divine metal quickly condensed into a ring prototype, dark gold in color and with a texture like tree rings on the surface, which floated and took shape in his palm.

The ring is the perfect size to fit onto one of the metallized vines of the Black Gold Carnivorous Flower.

"Okay, the embryo removal is done. Next is the implantation of the core functional modules."

Xiu En looked up and called out to the dark figure chasing butterflies in the distance. The little dog had actually separated from its little owner and started playing by itself.

"Little black dot! Time to get to work!"

Lucerne, who was frolicking on the grass, heard the call and rushed to Shuen, swishing his tail.

It nuzzled Xiu En affectionately with its head, making soft, whimpering sounds.

"Stop rubbing against me, big dog."

Xiu En chuckled and patted its head.

"Now we need you to contribute some of your expertise."

He crouched down and placed his right hand on Luceries' forehead.

"Don't be nervous, relax."

Shuen's divine sense probed into the very essence of Lucery's soul.

"Let me read you the instruction manual for your soul-biting technique."

Luceria sensed a warm will exploring something deep within its soul.

"Found it!"

A few seconds later, Xiu En's eyes lit up!

In his divine vision, he saw the law imprinted by Lucifer within the core of Lucifer's soul.

【Punishment Agreement v1.0 (Hell Special Edition)】

[Function: Automatically targets enemies (sin value > critical point), forcibly extracts the soul, devours and purifies sin, and returns pure energy.]

"Perfect!"

Xiu En expressed his heartfelt admiration.

What he needs to do is copy!

Shuen's divine sense slightly modified this complete "Discipline Agreement" from Lucery's soul and copied it!

Then, he turned to look at the dark gold ring that had been prepared for the Black Gold Carnivorous Plant.

"Paste!"

A soft chime!

That part, the copied imprint, entered the interior of that sun ring!

A layer of purple patterns, woven from hellish runes and sun god symbols, emerged from the dark gold ring!

[The Sun Ring (Inquisitor - Plant Version) has been generated!]

[Core features: Eye of Truth (activated), Disciplinary Agreement (loaded).]

"Alright! Big guy, here's your new toy!"

Xiu En smiled and handed the ring to Black Gold.

Black Gold extended a metal vine and carefully put the ring on.

The instant the ring touched the vine!

A burst of energy, interwoven with gold and purple, erupted from the ring and spread along the vines throughout the entire body of the Black Gold Carnivorous Flower!

Purple divine patterns also appeared on its originally black body, which was just shimmering with metallic luster!

It sensed a completely new instinct within its body!

It can now not only devour its enemies.

You can also take a look before eating to see if the other person deserves to be eaten!

"roar--!"

Black Gold roared excitedly once again!

It excitedly patted the ground with its leaves!

"Don't worry, there's still some for you."

Shuen looked at Lucerne, who was staring at him expectantly with his tail wagging like a propeller.

He smiled and condensed another ball of divine gold from his palm.

"You deserve the most credit, so you shouldn't be treated unfairly."

This time, he refined Lucery's own devouring instincts and incorporated them into the ring.

[The Sun Ring (Inquisitor/Cerberus Edition) has been generated!]

[Core Functions: Soul Devouring (Enhanced Version), Divine Fire Resistance (Intermediate)]

The only purpose of this ring is to make Lucerne eat more enjoyably and safely, and to provide some defense against other fire-attribute opponents like Ghost Rider.

"Here, the collar."

Shuon placed the sun ring, which was more like a ring than a ring, around Lucerne's neck.

"From today onwards, the two of you are the sole members of the Sun God Cult's beta version of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee!"

"To celebrate your inauguration."

Xiu En cleared his throat and spoke in a tone as if announcing a major decision for hope Yao.

"I've made my decision!"

"We are issuing you your first glorious yet challenging system testing task!"

Black Gold Carnivorous Plant and Lucerne stopped their playful antics upon hearing the word "mission," and looked at Shuen, awaiting their boss's first instruction!
