While the Vimoas were recharging, Tsubasa Kanno and Akira Fukamachi simultaneously activated the beam generators on their foreheads, and beams of scorching heat shot out one after another.

Before the Vimoyas behind them could react, they were all targeted by the high-temperature beams, their bodies pierced with charred holes, and they fell onto the cold metal floor, emitting wisps of smoke.

Seeing their companions fall one after another, the remaining Gagirs did not retreat but became even more ferocious. They wildly swung their claws and roared as they charged towards the two.

However, having lost remote support and containment, they were now showing signs of exhaustion.

Heat gushed from the vents on the cheeks of the two Captains, and Tsubasa Kamino and Akira Fukamachi each took a breath to recover their depleted energy.

Kamino Tsubasa nodded, walked to the door, aimed the orange blade at the lock, and quickly thrust it in.

Once the vault was full, Tsubasa Kanno and Akira Fukamachi exchanged a glance, then turned and rushed out of the vault without further delay.

At the end of the corridor, the footsteps of more beastmen could be heard—clearly, the command center, having discovered the vault had been raided, had dispatched more troops.

"Report! Lord Bakas, two Kep have appeared in the upper vault area. The two squads of beastmen guarding the vault have been completely wiped out!"

"One of the forms of Kapp... is a completely new design that has never appeared in the database before!"

The report coming from the communicator, filled with barely suppressed panic, shattered the silence of the laboratory.

Hamil Bakas's fingers, which were manipulating the control panel, clenched suddenly, his face filled with disbelief: "Impossible, absolutely impossible! How could there be a new Kep?"

"Bang!" He slammed his hand on the table.

"There are only three bio-armor units in the world, and they're all already activated. Where did this fourth one come from?! What is this...?"

A jumble of thoughts churned in his mind, but a series of urgent reports came in one after another, leaving him no time to delve deeper.

"Now is not the time to think about these things!"

Bakas shook his head violently and began issuing orders rapidly: "Immediately connect to the Third Control Room and release all of the Insem II Modified units that are still undergoing testing!"

"But, Doctor!" came the hesitant voice from the communicator.

"The beast transformation of this batch of Insems is not yet fully complete, and their neural synchronization rate is insufficient. If we forcibly release them now, their full strength will not be able to be unleashed, and their remaining lifespan will be greatly reduced..."

"So what?" Bakas sneered, his tone sinister.

"They're just disposable supplies anyway, send them all to the middle-level passage! Seal off all evacuation routes, and make sure to stop those two Kepp inside! Besides..."

His gaze slowly shifted to his side, landing on the petite figure standing in the shadows, a malicious smile curling at the corner of his lips:

Meanwhile, Richard Geo and his group followed the silhouette of the clone out of the shrine.

The trees on both sides of the mountain road rushed past, and the mimic transformed into a yellow afterimage, running wildly along the rugged mountain road without the slightest hesitation.

Suddenly, at the bend in the mountain road ahead, a black Lincoln sedan came to a steady stop.

The car door opened, and Makijima Jato stepped out quickly—he had received news from the base's insider about "Kap's appearance" and had driven here from nearby.

When he saw the speeding yellow figure clearly, his pupils contracted sharply, and his voice was filled with astonishment: "Yellow... Kep ​​the bastard?!"

However, the yellow figure in the distance did not react at all. Its running rhythm and even the amplitude of its limb movements did not change in the slightest, as if it had not received the message at all.

"How dare you ignore me, Makijima Agito?!" Makijima was so angry that the veins on his forehead bulged and his eye sensors lit up with a white light.

He pushed off with all his might and chased after him, with only one thought in his mind—he had to catch this damn bastard.

The black Keppelin sped along the mountain road, almost catching up with the mimic, but just as it was about to cross the ridge, it bumped into Geo and his group who were coming from the other side.

"Geo?!" Makijima's figure suddenly stopped, as if a car had braked suddenly.

The black-clad Captain's feet screech against the ground: "Why are you here...?"

"Makishima Agito!!"

Upon recognizing the newcomer, Richard Geor's emerald eyes instantly blazed with fury, and his aura erupted like a tsunami:
