Guyver Armor: KAP-2

Chapter 66 The Chase, The Appearance of the Mysterious Boy

"Beast! God! Transformation!"

The three syllables exploded like thunder, and a dazzling oval light suddenly appeared on Richard Geor's forehead. The blinding light burst forth instantly, illuminating the entire area in a ghastly white light.

The surrounding air was distorted by this enormous energy, and the loose rocks on the mountain path were suspended in the air.

Makijima Jacques stiffened, his entire suit of armor instinctively tensing up.

The memory of being utterly and brutally beaten by Geo's Beast God form is still fresh in my mind—

The terrifying power, the impenetrable defense, and the pathetic state of being utterly helpless flashed through my mind in an instant.

Cold sweat instantly shot up from Juandao's spine to the top of his head, soaking his inner clothes.

Seeing that Geo was completely devoid of martial ethics and would suddenly transform at the slightest provocation, Makijima Agito dared not hesitate for even a moment longer.

He hurriedly sent another telepathic wave to the yellow-clad figure, his tone filled with barely concealed anxiety and pleading:

"Hey, you yellow guy! This guy isn't someone you can just take on easily!"

He gritted his teeth and took the initiative to lower his stance: "I'll be magnanimous and forgive what happened before. This time, let's join forces to deal with him and take care of this madman first..."

However, this wave of intent, which the island thought was full of sincerity, was like a stone ox sinking into the sea, and received no response.

Not only that, the yellow figure was running faster and faster, gradually turning into a blur as it flashed past at the bend at the end of the mountain road, about to disappear completely from sight.

After all, among the instructions that Tsubasa Kamino implanted into this bio-armored body, there were only two: "attract attention" and "rapid retreat," but there was never any "team up with someone to fight the enemy."

"You yellow-haired bastard, Kepp! You tricked me again!"

Makijima roared in grief and anger, looking at Geo who was about to complete his transformation, and dared not linger any longer.

He turned abruptly, his black-clad figure transforming into a shadow as he dashed headlong into the dense forest on the other side.

A moment later, the white light around Geo slowly dissipated, and he reappeared in the same spot after completing his Beast God transformation.

Its massive body has sharp, powerful lines, and the red crystal in the center of its forehead emits a dazzling light. It is surrounded by heart-pounding energy fluctuations.

But when he looked up and focused his gaze, in the short few seconds that he had transformed, the yellow Cape had already disappeared, leaving only an empty mountain path.

Meanwhile, the black figure on the other side of the island was about to disappear into the depths of the dense forest.

"A bunch of useless trash!"

Geo whirled around, looking at the beast-like soldiers, the "Royal Guards," who stood in a fan-shaped protective formation, watching helplessly as their target escaped. He was furious, and his roar shook the leaves.

"You're just going to stand here and watch them escape?!"

"But, Commander, your safety is more important..."

A beastman standing nearby braced himself and answered cautiously.

"Ah—" With nowhere to vent his anger, Geo stomped his foot, and a deep pit instantly cracked open in the ground.

"You idiots, what are you waiting for?!"

He activated his gravity manipulation, instantly reducing his own weight, and raced after Makijima Jawman in the direction he had fled.

Behind him was a group of beast-like soldiers of various forms, known as "Royal Guards," who were desperately chasing after him.

At this moment, ahead of the direction in which the Capp-2 bio-armored android was running.

In the middle of the mountain path, which was originally empty, ripples suddenly appeared in the air, and concentric circles of distorted purple light spread outward.

Within the halo, a pitch-black rift slowly unfolded in mid-air, like a portal to another dimension.

Faced with this astonishing sight, the mindless mimicry (in a physical sense) showed absolutely no reaction and continued to rush forward blindly.

Just as the mimic was about to rush through the area, a young and handsome boy slowly emerged from the black crack.

The young man had blond hair and fair skin, dressed in a simple white suit, with black leather gloves and a uniquely shaped badge on his chest, resembling an evil eye and inlaid with green gemstones.

He was surrounded by a faint golden light, as if shrouded in a hazy filter, exuding a strong sense of oppression.

What's even more astonishing is that the boy's ears are pointed at the top, like those of an elf in Western mythology. Coupled with his inhuman golden vertical pupils, he exudes a mysterious and inhuman aura that seems to belong to another world.

He stared calmly at the yellow, bio-armored creature hurtling towards him, his face devoid of any emotion, as if he were looking at a menacing house cat.

The mimic's program only contained the instruction to "continue escaping." Without pausing, it maintained its extreme speed and crashed straight into the boy.

But just as it was about to touch the boy's body, the mimic's movements suddenly froze in mid-air—

The seemingly soft golden light transformed into an invisible vortex the moment the boy raised his hand, firmly binding it within.

The mimic's eyes flashed rapidly with yellow light, clearly unable to comprehend its situation. It could only struggle desperately based on its fighting instincts, but to no avail.

A hint of curiosity flashed in the boy's pale golden eyes. He stretched out his gloved hand and gently pressed it against the forehead of the mimic.

The moment the fingertip touched the clone, golden energy flowed into its interior, causing the clone to gradually stop struggling and the yellow light in its eyes to slowly dim.

"Interesting creations."

Completely unlike his youthful appearance, his voice was dignified and deep. He stroked the mimic's armor with interest:

"You mimic the appearance of the Guyver armor Kapp, yet you only possess a shell composed of Guyver cells, lacking a soul and control core... Who created you?"

His gaze followed the direction from which the mimic had come, as if piercing through the mountains and revealing the chaotic commotion deep within the base.

"Kep? Since it's a 'gift,' I'll accept it and take it to Bakas to see." He chuckled, but there was no joy in his tone.

"Hmm, the ruins base is in this direction."

He composed himself, focusing his mind on sensing the energy fluctuations around him, his golden eyes narrowing slightly:

"Oh? Geo's aura is actually there, and he's even entered the Beast God Transformation state... Let's go check that out first."

Before he finished speaking, he lightly touched the ground with his toes, and without any unnecessary movements, his entire body rose as lightly as a feather and slowly floated into the air.

As his body moved toward the other side of the mountain, the mimicry enveloped in golden energy followed him motionlessly like a puppet, completely silent.

He didn't linger and flew at high speed toward the direction where Geo was chasing the island.
