Chapter 57 Evelyn

"Ladies and gentlemen, let us raise a glass together to welcome this new companion to the Arcane Tower!"

City of Dawn, Arcane Tower.

In the City of Dawn, at the top of the Arcane Tower, which is the second tallest building after the Wizarding Guild headquarters, the Stargazing Tower.

The wizards gathered together.

They welcomed Russell, the newly minted wizard.

Andrei personally raised his glass in welcome, and the wizards in the audience responded enthusiastically, drinking together.

Although the wizards present only comprised a portion of those residing in Dawn City, their numbers were still substantial enough.

There were at least a hundred of them.

In fact, the vast majority of them were second-tier wizards!

A second-tier wizard is already considered a mid-tier wizard in the Wizarding Association, belonging to the upper-middle class, and enjoys excellent benefits and treatment.

There are many ways to earn contributions.

Unlike first-tier wizards, who are either stationed in the wizard tower below Dawn City or dispatched to guard the borders with other races.

"It seems somewhat familiar." Russell, dressed in a black tuxedo, sipped his glass of smooth red wine with a hint of acorn, lost in thought.

Then, he suddenly remembered that Xi Lin had not only copied the contribution method in Panlong Mountain.

The first, second, and third-level wizard apprentices seem to be no different from the first, second, and third-level wizards of the Wizarding Association.

So, does Shillien consider himself the King of Wizards? That seems rather arrogant.

Russell took another sip of his drink, trying to put the past behind him.

Compared to the cloyingly sweet black tea, these red wines were surprisingly to Russell's liking, even though he had never drunk alcohol before.

"Lord Russell, you haven't booked a room in the Arcane Tower yet. Would you like to stay in my sister's room tonight?"

A woman wearing a tight red dress with a high slit on the side, revealing a slender waist and a charming appearance, walked up to Russell.

Her hair and eyes were a bewitching wine red, and her breath was sweet as orchids when she spoke.

A slender hand with red nail polish gently rested on Russell's shoulder.

The woman's eyes were gleaming as she stared intently at Russell, her tongue darting out to lightly lick her alluring red lips.

Wizards can gain long lifespans by modifying themselves.

Therefore, changing one's appearance is incredibly easy.

But Evelyn, who had seen countless wizards, could tell at a glance that Russell's handsome appearance was completely natural.

There was not a trace of wizard modification.

"Ahem, Lady Evelyn, you've had too much to drink." Russell chuckled awkwardly.

"Oh? Could it be that, Lord Russell, you prefer someone more innocent?" Evelyn blinked, a hint of youthful naivety flickering in her wine-red eyes.

Russell took two steps back, feeling somewhat overwhelmed.

Evelyn, a second-tier wizard, even belonging to the top tier below the third-tier wizards.

She was also very beautiful and famous throughout the Wizarding Association.

Many wizards, both men and women, were proud to have slept with Evelyn.

After all, this person has exceptionally discerning taste.

"Have you heard any rumors outside that are detrimental to me?"

Evelyn put on a pitiful look, naturally exuding a seductive aura.

"You have to believe me, those are just jealous female wizards deliberately trying to smear me!"

Her hand slid quietly from Russell's shoulder to his chest, her eyes brimming with a seductive charm that seemed to overflow.

"Ahem, Lord Andrei, I'd like to offer you a toast."

Russell took another glass of red wine from the waiter's tray and looked at André, who was smiling broadly.

"Um?"

Andrei and Evelyn were both taken aback.

Immediately, the fervor in Evelyn's eyes intensified.

She was, after all, an arcane wizard specializing in souls, and no humanoid race could escape Evelyn's "bewitching humans".

Unless the opponent's strength is superior to Evelyn's.

Of course, Evelyn wouldn't use magic against Russell; she only revealed a hint of her aura.

But that's enough to kill any first-tier wizard.

Andrei knew this, but wizards have long lifespans, and it's normal for them to find some fun in their spare time from their research.

They have a rather detached view of relationships between men and women; if they hit it off, they can find a room and have sex.

Anyway, this didn't do Russell any harm.

In fact, it might even be somewhat beneficial to him. Therefore, Andrei simply watched the situation unfold with amusement.

However, Russell seemed unaffected by Evelyn's influence and even took another glass of wine to toast him.

"Little brother, I'm getting more and more interested in you."

Evelyn giggled, "Before I get you, my 'first time' will always be reserved for you."

She leaned close to Russell's ear and whispered something, then turned away from the group of eager wizards and witches.

"Evelyn has never been this interested in anyone before."

Andre smiled, took a glass of red wine, raised it to Russell, and took a sip.

"Please stop teasing me. Right now, all I want to do is quickly condense the soul runes and become an arcane wizard," Russell said with a wry smile.

"You're still too young."

Andre shook his head and laughed, saying that it was indeed rare to see such a green young man as Russell.

But thinking about it, it makes sense. Russell is only seventeen years old this year, and he's still a few months away from adulthood. I almost overlooked that.

Thinking of this, Andrei's gaze toward Russell became increasingly satisfied.

"If you want to become an arcane wizard as soon as possible, perhaps agreeing to Evelyn's request would make things go more smoothly," Andrei continued.

"You mean... a gigolo?" Russell asked hesitantly.

As a second-tier wizard, second only to third-tier wizards, Evelyn's wealth can naturally be described as immense.

A second-tier wizard like Willis, who is at the bottom of the hierarchy, is simply no match for him.

"Cough, cough cough."

Andrei coughed twice, somewhat amused and exasperated. "What are you thinking, kid? Have you ever heard of the 'Elves' race?"

"Of course, it is said that they are a race that could rival wizards in ancient times, and that they possess a spirit god who is comparable to a holy spirit wizard, or even a god."

"However, he was suppressed by the wizards for many years, and now he has fallen from grace and is only a fourth-tier Elf King."

Russell almost mentioned the taboos of wizarding, but quickly corrected himself.

Andrei didn't take Russell's words to heart, after all, it was the truth, and only some old fogies who clung to ancient glory would consider it taboo.

"Elves are one of the races blessed by the world. Their souls are blessed from birth, making them extremely powerful. Every member of the race is born at the first rank, and their lifespan is incredibly long."

"Having intercourse with an elf can also bring some blessings and immense benefits."

"And Evelyn possesses elven blood, which she has activated, even successfully reverting to her ancestral form!"
