"My name is Bucktooth, my name is Bucktooth."

As Charles dug up the tubers, he looked at the buck-toothed man beside him with a mixture of amusement and exasperation.

The buck-toothed boy is learning the common language. Although it's just simple sentence structures, he's happy as he practices while digging for tubers.

Yesterday, Charles noticed that Bucktooth was muttering "Where's the goods?" while taking care of Red Bull. After asking him, Charles found out that Bucktooth had overheard him during the last transaction with John.

This guy was so diligent and eager to learn that he didn't care whether it was useful or not; he memorized a few syllables right away.

Following the idea that having more skills is never a bad thing, Charles decided to take some time these next few days to teach Bucktooth some common phrases.

"Hey, this is huge." Charles pulled out a tuber and tossed it aside.

Although hunting is no longer a problem, goblins still need to eat some starchy foods every day.

He sat on the ground, watching the broken tooth dart in and out of the shadows on the tree, and then, with a whoosh, it leaped from the tree into the shadows below, just like a high dive.

"Broken Tooth, be on high alert!" Ciel shouted.

Then he saw Broken Tooth quickly climb up the tree, disappearing into the shadows with only his fist sticking out, and nod twice as if to nod.

Since learning how to hide after breaking his tooth yesterday, he's been like a child with a new toy, jumping around and having a blast.

Charles felt as if he had done a good deed.

Speaking of which, he allowed his subordinates to eat two meals a day, no longer needing to eat strange food, and they even gained growth in their abilities. If there were a Goblin Dynasty, he would consider himself a "Goblin Emperor" to some extent.

"What Emperor Renzong? You should at least call me Great-Great-Ancestor," Charles said with a smile.

"Cut off the testicles, cut off the testicles," the buck-toothed man mumbled, repeating the syllables indistinctly.

"Get out of the way and keep saying my name is Bucktooth." Charles angrily chased his subordinate away.

After taking a break, he picked up a wooden stick to find the next "potato". "I need to add some tools to the next shopping list. The wooden stick is not useful at all."

A call to "Leader" rang out, and Charles immediately stood up.

A female goblin came to his side: "We encountered another group. White Fur sent me to fetch you."

"Other groups? How many of them are there?" Charles asked.

"Seven goblins, all carrying wooden sticks."

"Let's go." Charles ordered everyone to stop digging and hurry over with him.

In the morning, he sent White Hair with three female goblins to find wild red bulls to transplant into the burrow, but they unexpectedly encountered another tribe.

They hadn't walked far when Shire saw a group of goblins shoving and pushing the three little ones around in the distance.

"If you don't agree to join, we'll kill you all." A leading goblin shoved the white-haired man to the ground.

White Hair fell to the ground, but still tightly gripped a piece of wood covered in mushrooms.

"Red-eyed, attack!" Charles commanded, his eyes flashing coldly.

"You're all going to die!" Red Eyes took the long sword off his back and charged towards the opponent with astonishing speed.

Upon hearing the sound, the other side raised their wooden sticks, but it was too late. Chi Mu charged into the crowd and swept them away.

Screams rose and felled, and he felled three goblins in one fell swoop.

Charles's remaining men charged at the enemy with wooden clubs, and after a fierce battle, only two goblins remained alive.

This was at Charles's special request.

"Speak, what happened?" He looked down at the two goblins kneeling in front of him.

"Who are you?" one of them asked.

"Damn it, that Green Egg leader!" Red Eyes yelled.

"Shut up, call me handsome." Charles kicked Red Eyes.

The two foreign goblins looked at each other without saying a word.

"Not very cooperative." Charles smiled slightly, called over the buck-toothed man and whispered a few instructions, then said, "Take some men and drag this guy over there and beat him to death."

A goblin was dragged away by Bucktooth and several others, followed by screams from afar, one after another striking the goblin's psychological defenses.

"It's your turn. Speak." Charles wielded his sword and sat down on a tree stump. "Where did you come from? Who gave you the audacity to hit my men?"

"We belong to the Seven Caves tribe. Our chief sent us here to inspect the hunting grounds. If no one occupies them, this place will belong to our tribe."

"Can't you see this is my territory?" Ciel drew the short sword from his waist and planted it in the ground.

"You didn't insert the skull stick, so it's not yours. Whoever inserts it first owns it."

"Pretty tough, then let's settle this the usual way." Charles looked angry, but was secretly overjoyed.

Just when we realized we didn't have enough manpower, someone brought us oxen and horses.

In the jungle rules of goblins, if two people both want the same hunting ground, they will agree on a time to fight it, and whoever wins gets the hunting ground.

However, this rule is sometimes difficult to enforce, partly because goblins are not punctual, and partly because goblins will try to steal chickens even if they lose a battle.

"How many of you are there, and who is your leader?" Charles asked.

"There are 12 of us, and our leader is a short man."

"So few people dare to accept the challenge?" Charles wondered. He ordered one of his men to summon Bucktooth.

Then Bucktooth brought news: apart from the few that died, the remaining goblins on the other side were more than twenty fingers long.

"You're not being honest." Charles pouted, and with his red eyes, he launched into a brutal beating.

After the fight was over, Bucktooth sent another message: The opposing leader is quite powerful, and has won several duels with his men.

"If you don't tell me, I'll have no choice but to kill you," Charles said with regret.

"Our leader is very powerful. He has a 'Guangguang Fruit' that can scare away other tribes. We just need to follow behind and chase after them to win," the goblin confessed honestly.

"What is a 'guangguang fruit'?"

"It's a fruit that makes a sound when you throw it."

Fruits that make a sound? Charles frowned in thought. He knew of a sandbox tree whose fruit would explode when ripe. Could there be such a plant in this world as well? He wondered how powerful it would be.

He had Red Eyes beat up the goblin again, then called Bucktooth over and told him about the bang bang fruit. After a while, Bucktooth came back and said that there was one, but getting too close might result in being blown up.

"Wow, people really can die." Charles stared at the goblin in front of him. "Where did you get those 'Bang Bang Fruits'?"

"I don't know. Sometimes the chief leaves the tribe alone, and when he comes back, there are 'bang bang' fruits." The goblin honestly told him everything.

"Alright, drag it back," Charles ordered.

A few seconds later, the goblin that had been taken away was dragged back like a dead dog.

The two goblins, their faces bruised and swollen, looked at each other, both surprised that the other was still alive. They both thought the other had been beaten to death and was afraid to confess, but they didn't know that Shire had split up to get their statements from each other.

"Go back and tell your leader that we'll meet here for a duel after lunch today," Charles said, then chased away the two goblins.

"Let's go back for dinner," Charles ordered his men to follow, while simultaneously considering his options.

"Bucktooth, have you fought with them before?" Charles asked.

"We challenged each other before, but the goblin chieftain was always asleep, so we didn't go," Bucktooth replied.

"That's typical of goblin bears," Xia Er smiled.

"They outnumber us by nearly three times, and they have explosive fruits in their hands. It's a head-on battle," Ciel thought, sorting out his thoughts.

"I've got a plan. Let's go back and make some preparations."
