Luo Fei's figure swept swiftly across the clouds and soon arrived over northern Myanmar.

He arrived above the ruins of the Wang Family Manor, looking down at the rolling mountains and forests below and around him.

He quickly spotted a camp and immediately sped off in that direction.

The scene of the camp quickly unfolded before my eyes: wooden barracks were arranged in a neat and orderly manner, several patrolling soldiers were on guard, several trucks were parked among them, and a flag was flying on a tall flagpole.

Luo Fei descended slowly. When he was still more than ten meters from the ground, the soldiers below finally spotted him.

A soldier looked up, froze, then pointed to the sky, his mouth agape, and screamed in terror, "In the sky! There are people in the sky!"

All the soldiers looked up at the same time, and then they were all stunned—a young man was slowly descending from the sky, without a parachute, just floating down out of thin air, like a god.

Everyone instinctively raised their guns, more than a dozen gun barrels pointing simultaneously at Luo Fei, accompanied by tense shouts: "Don't move!"

"Who goes there!"

Luo Fei ignored them and continued his descent, his feet landing lightly on the ground as he calmly looked at the soldiers.

The soldiers were so nervous their hands were trembling; their fingers were on the triggers, but no one dared to pull them.

At that moment, an officer rushed out of the barracks and demanded sharply, "What's going on?!"

He squeezed into the crowd and froze when he saw Luo Fei.

That face… He’d seen it before! That night at the Wang family manor, it was this young man who single-handedly wiped out the entire Wang family; even explosives couldn’t kill him.

The officer's legs went weak, but he quickly recovered and yelled at the soldiers, "Put down your guns!"

The soldiers were stunned: "Sir, he..."

"Put it down!" The officer snatched a gun from a soldier next to him and glared at him fiercely.

The soldiers dared not disobey and quickly put down their guns.

The officer turned to Luo Fei and bowed slightly: "Mr. Luo, what brings you here?"

Luo Fei looked at him and asked, "Where's Mo Heng?"

The officer quickly replied, "The general is still resting; I'll send someone to fetch him right away!"

He turned and whispered a few words to a soldier next to him, who immediately took off running.

The officer turned back, a smile plastered on his face: "Mr. Luo, please come inside and rest. I'll have someone pour you some tea."

Luo Fei nodded. The officer personally led the way to a wooden house—a place specifically for receiving guests, clean and tidy inside, furnished with several rattan chairs and a tea table.

After Luo Fei sat down, someone quickly brought him tea.

He picked up his teacup and took a small sip.

After waiting for a few minutes, hurried footsteps came from outside the wooden house.

Moheng pushed open the door and came in. He was wearing a wrinkled military uniform and his hair was a little messy, obviously because he had come in a hurry.

Before entering, the officer whispered a few words in his ear, and Moheng's pupils contracted slightly—had he flown here?

His gaze toward Luo Fei suddenly held a hint of awe, but he quickly adjusted his expression and put on a big smile: "Mr. Luo! Why did you come in person? You could have just sent someone to tell me what you needed, and I came to visit you personally!" He walked up to Luo Fei, bowed, and lowered his posture considerably.

Luo Fei looked at him and said only one word: "Sit."

Moheng sat down on the chair next to him, his bottom only touching half of the chair, looking very reserved.

Luo Fei asked, "After that night, did your men continue to target innocent Chinese people?"

Mo Heng immediately shook his head, his expression serious as he assured him, "No, no! Absolutely not! After returning that night, I strictly disciplined my men, forbidding anyone from harming a single innocent Chinese citizen. Now, in northern Myanmar, my men avoid any Chinese tourists they see. Anyone who dares to bully them, I'll deal with them first!"

Luo Fei nodded and looked at Mo Heng, saying, "I'm here today because there's something I'd like to discuss with you."

Mo Heng immediately sat up straight: "Mr. Luo, please speak."

Luo Fei said directly, "I want to recruit you and your team."

Mo Heng was stunned. He opened his mouth, but for a moment he didn't know what to say.

Luo Fei continued, "I can provide weapons to help you take over the entire country of Myanmar. After that, you will be the de facto ruler of Myanmar. But there's one condition—you have to listen to me."

Mohen's mind was buzzing. Take over the entire country of Myanmar? This was something he wouldn't even dare to dream of.

His team isn't even in the top three in northern Myanmar, let alone the whole of Myanmar.

Luo Fei stood up: "Take me to your warehouse."

Mo Heng paused for a moment, then quickly stood up: "Okay, okay, Mr. Luo, this way please."

He led Luo Fei out of the wooden house and deeper into the camp, passing through several rows of barracks, until they arrived at a huge warehouse.

Two soldiers guarded the door, and when they saw Mohen arrive, they quickly opened the door.

The warehouse was piled with weapons, which looked rather shabby in the otherwise empty space.

Luo Fei glanced at it, then stretched out his hand, a thought forming in his mind.

The next second, the huge warehouse was instantly filled with all kinds of supplies.

Moheng and the officer who followed him in both stared wide-eyed and opened their mouths wide, but no sound came out.

Boxes of brand-new rifles, machine guns, and sniper rifles appeared out of nowhere and were neatly stacked on the warehouse floor; followed by boxes of ammunition, grenades, and rocket launchers; then, two heavy howitzers and four individual anti-aircraft missile launchers also appeared.

Finally, Luo Fei also took out a small unmanned reconnaissance aircraft.

The whole process took less than a minute. The once empty warehouse was now completely filled with active-duty American equipment, some of which even still had their original factory-sealed packaging.

Mo Heng's legs went weak, and he knelt down, his hands trembling as he stroked the cold guns, his eyes burning with fervor as if he were looking at priceless treasures.

The officer was completely dumbfounded, muttering to himself, "God, this is God..."

Luo Fei clapped his hands and said calmly, "These are just the first batch, enough to arm your current troops. As your territory expands, there will be more. I have planes, tanks, and artillery."

Mo Heng suddenly looked up, his eyes filled with awe and ecstasy as he stared at Luo Fei. He took two steps on his knees, his voice trembling, "Mr. Luo! You are my savior! If you tell me to go east, I will never go west! From now on, I will ensure that no Chinese tourist in Myanmar suffers the slightest injustice!"

Luo Fei reached out and pulled him up: "Get up, don't kneel so easily. I said, you work for me, and I'll help you take over Burma. Here are the weapons, how you fight, who you fight—it's up to you. I only have one request—"

Mo Heng immediately perked up his ears: "Please speak!"

"Do not let the war spread to the borders of the Dragon Kingdom, and do not harm innocent citizens of the Dragon Kingdom."

Luo Fei's eyes suddenly sharpened. "If I find out that you took my weapons and then used them to harm innocent Chinese people, you know perfectly well where those weapons came from. I can give them to you, or I can take them all back, and I'll take your life as well."

The sharp gaze sent chills down Mo Heng's spine. He quickly swore an oath: "I, Mo Heng, swear to heaven! My troops and I will never lay a hand on any innocent Chinese citizen. If I break this oath, may I die a horrible death!"

Luo Fei withdrew his gaze, his expression returning to calm. He took out a pen and paper from his pocket, wrote down a number, and handed it to him: "This is my phone number. Call me if you encounter any problems you can't solve. You can also call me if your opponent has outsiders involved, such as people from the US or Japan."

Mo Heng took it with both hands, carefully folded it, and put it away close to his body.

Luo Fei didn't say anything more. He walked to the door, and suddenly his body rose into the air, disappearing into the sky in an instant.

Mohen and the officer looked up, remaining motionless for a long time.

After a long silence, the officer swallowed hard and asked, "General, is this even human?"

Mo Heng touched the note on his chest, then looked back at the warehouse full of brand-new weapons, his eyes gradually turning fanatical: "Whether he's a man or a god doesn't matter, what matters is that we'll follow him from now on! With this batch of weapons, let's see what those old fogies can use to fight me! Pass down the order! Summon all officers of company rank and above for an immediate meeting!"

Special operations brigade, in the hangar.

Yang Zhenguo and Zhang Qiming were still circling around the 2-B, like children who had never seen the world before, touching and looking at it.

Just as Yang Zhenguo's hand touched the wing, he suddenly heard a noise behind him. He turned around and saw that Luo Fei had returned sometime earlier.

Yang Zhenguo was startled: "When did you get back?"

Luo Fei said, "I just got back. I just wanted to let you know I have to go now."

Yang Zhenguo waved his hand: "Alright, let's go."

Luo Fei turned and left.

Zhang Qiming watched his retreating figure and muttered, "That kid comes and goes without a trace..." Yang Zhenguo ignored him.

Luo Fei drove back to the villa. In the yard, Zhao Lin was squatting on the ground, idly fiddling with tree branches. Luo Fei parked the car and walked into the yard.

Zhao Lin looked up and exclaimed in surprise, "Brother! You're back!"

Luo Fei nodded and asked, "Have you packed everything?"

Zhao Lin stood up: "Everything's ready! Mom's all set!"

Luo Yumei came downstairs, wearing a casual shirt and smiling. "Xiaofei, you're back? Shall we go?"

Luo Fei nodded.

Chu Yue also came downstairs and looked at them.

Luo Fei said, "Chu Yue, could you please cook at home? I'll take them there and be right back." Chu Yue nodded.

Zhao Lin ran back to her room and brought out two small suitcases.

Luo Yumei was also carrying two large suitcases.

Luo Fei took the box and put it in the trunk.

Luo Yumei followed Luo Fei's car in her Bentley, heading towards Xuefuyuan.

After entering the residential area, I parked the car at the entrance of the building.

Luo Fei carried all the suitcases down.

Upon reaching the fifth floor, Luo Yumei took out her key and opened the door. The interior had been completely renovated.

Luo Yumei stood at the door, looking at her new home, her eyes welling up with tears, but she quickly smiled and said, "Come in."

Zhao Lin was the first to rush in: "Wow! My room!" She ran into her room, rolled around on the bed, and excitedly said, "So soft! So comfortable!"

Luo Yumei followed her in, and seeing her daughter's happy expression, her smile softened even more.

Luo Fei stood in the living room, looking at this cozy little home.

Outside the window, the sun was shining brightly, and in the distance, the teaching building of No. 1 Middle School could be vaguely seen.

Tomorrow, Zhao Lin will be going to school there.

Luo Ying has already flown to Kyoto to prepare for the start of the new semester.

My aunt's company is about to get on track.

Everything is developing in a good direction.
