In the days following his return from Yunyangfang Market, Li Yuan would go down into the mine once a day.

Sometimes I would just sit cross-legged in the cavity for half an hour, and sometimes I would slowly walk along several branch paths to examine the backflow and nodes more closely.

The more stable the mineral vein, the more visible the spiritual energy veins hidden deeper within it become.

A narrow gap, just wide enough for one person to pass through sideways, was revealed behind.

The spiritual energy was faintly emanating from here.

Without hesitation, Li Yuan suppressed his aura and went inside.

Beyond the narrow crevice lay a deeper and quieter underground space than the previous karst layer. It wasn't very wide, resembling a flattened stone belly, with faint flashes of spiritual light occasionally appearing on the gray-white stone walls. The deeper one went, the purer and thicker the spiritual energy became.

After walking several dozen feet, the view finally opened up before us.

Li Yuan stopped in his tracks, his gaze slightly narrowed.

He saw the main vein.

Not the entirety, but only a section of the exposed edge of the main vein. Yet even this section was several times larger than the branch vein we had seen before. The spiritual energy no longer seeped out like thin threads, but instead pressed heavily between the stone layers and the ground, like a vast but silently flowing underground river.

He quickly realized something was wrong.

The area around the main vein is not clean.

The first anomaly was the presence of several small branch veins that branched off from the main vein. These branch veins should have been pure in spiritual energy, but two of them had very faint traces of demonic energy remaining on their edges.

The demonic energy wasn't strong, and the era wasn't particularly new, but it was definitely not naturally formed.

There are hidden restrictions at several points where the branch veins connect with the main vein.

It wasn't something openly displayed, but rather hidden within the layers of stone and the flow of spiritual energy. If Li Yuan hadn't already reached the pinnacle of array formation, possessed the ability to analyze spiritual patterns, and had a clearer divine sense, he would likely have simply perceived these things as natural barriers created by the earth's strata.

But now, if you look closely, you can see that something is wrong.

These restrictions were added artificially, and their patterns and designs are very similar to the old restrictions deep within the ruins.

Li Yuan squatted down and carefully examined the edge of one of the branch veins for a moment, his expression gradually darkening.

This restriction is not simply a road closure.

It's not meant to block people; rather, it's more about concealing, isolating, or even cutting off outsiders' access to the true flow and scale of the main artery.

Li Yuan stood still, watching for a long time, without making any rash moves.

At this point, the situation is completely clear.

The Dark Abyss Society and the Demonic Sect have at least touched the edge, and even ventured in and out along the branch veins a few times, but they clearly haven't truly mastered this place yet. Combining the previously found branch breaks, abnormal mineral flow, direction of the ruins, and the location of the main vein now exposed, the entire underground spiritual vein finally closed into a complete outline in his perception.
