A massive, dark army of trolls was fiercely attacking a city wall built of coral and giant stones.

The city wall is about twenty meters high, with a slippery surface covered in seaweed and barnacles that can be used for attack.

The figures of the defending soldiers were clearly visible on the city wall.

They were a group of creatures about 1.6 meters tall, covered with fine blue-green or silver-gray scales.

Their heads resemble those of fish, with large, round eyes located on the sides of the head, and protruding mouths with short whiskers along the edges.

The translucent webbed fingers and toes are clearly visible, and a row of soft dorsal fins grows along its back.

These players are likely amphibious fishmen, and their equipment is very marine-themed, mostly made of seashells, coral, and sharkskin, and they wield tridents, harpoons, and javelins made of bone or coral.

Even some elite units rarely wear metal armor because the marine environment is extremely unfriendly to metal.

These fishmen are skilled at throwing weapons, and most of their spears are coated with sea snake venom, causing a continuous poisoning effect upon impact.

Behind the city walls, out of Liu Nian's sight, dozens of murloc shamans were chanting, summoning water spells such as water arrows and whirlpools.

Even more striking were the dozens of enormous creatures standing on the open ground behind the city wall—

[Level 199 Three-Headed Lizard]

It is about 25 meters long, as thick as an oil drum, and its entire body is covered with dark green scales. When it stands upright, its head is even taller than the city wall.

They have three ferocious snake heads, each with different attributes: the left one is dark green and can spit poison arrows; the middle one is purple and spits out strong acid arrows; the right one is white and spits out frost arrows.

The three heads can attack different targets simultaneously, and with a long range, they have essentially replaced the role of city defense weapons.

In addition, there were some giant dragon turtles lined up outside the city, using their amazing defensive capabilities to resist the trolls' advance at the front line.

Other strange and unusual marine creatures are also involved in the battle.

And the attacking side...

Liu Nian saw two familiar figures.

Zurkin and Manco.

Zuljin stood on a rock on the beach, brandishing a giant battle axe—clearly not his legendary weapon—and was now shouting himself hoarse as he directed the attack.

His equipment had become much more meager, indicating that he had indeed suffered heavy losses after being killed three times in a row.

Manco hid behind a squad of troll shield guards, constantly pulling out various bottles and jars from his backpack—poison, Molotov cocktails, explosives.

The trolls' offensive looks fierce.

Three thousand five hundred troll players surged towards the murlocs' defenses like a tidal wave.

But the results were very poor.

The murlocs held a significant advantage in terms of terrain.

Although the city wall was not high, its surface was slippery. The troll finally managed to break through the dragon turtle's defenses and try to climb up, only to find that there was no foothold at all. Moreover, the barnacles on top would launch painful stabs.

The city gate was made from a single piece of coral rock, making it incredibly thick and heavy, and tentacles would occasionally emerge from it to attack.

Actually, the murlocs' city defenses aren't that strong, but the problem is that the trolls don't have siege weapons!

Because they came from across the sea, their ships had cannons, but they couldn't reach the city.

There were only a few makeshift catapults on the beach, and the stones they threw hit the city wall without even leaving a crack.

Without siege equipment, without legion-level war magic support, and without air units—it's simply impossible to take down a city by relying solely on physical attacks!

But they had no choice. The reason they were going all in was to attack before the amphibious merfolk could completely build an impregnable city on the island. And indeed, the merfolk's city was far weaker in terms of defenses compared to the trolls.

Even though the gap is still significant, with the opening of the War Shop, the merfolk can now strengthen their defenses by purchasing high-level units.

Zulkin and Manko's men are already fighting desperately.

But sometimes, desperate efforts don't solve the problem.

Liu Nian felt it was time to add some spice to their lives.

His current angle is perfect for him to insert himself from behind.

Yeah, anal sex.

Liu Nian's gaze shifted to the several boats moored behind the beach.

Those were the trolls' means of transport across the sea—five simple wooden longships, now gently rocking with the waves.

There were only a dozen or so trolls guarding the ship.

"Juggernaut!" Liu ordered in a low voice, "Slam it!"

The deep-sea behemoth emitted a deep hum.

Its massive body began to rise, its back cleaving the surface of the sea, like a moving island, approaching the longships.

---------

Zul'jin cleaved a murloc javelin aimed at him with an axe and retreated, panting, to Manco's side.

"No! We can't get past it at all!" he roared, his eyes red. "The walls are like they've been greased!"

Manco's face darkened: "Attack again! The murlocs' defenses aren't complete yet. If we don't take them today, it won't be so easy to attack them again!"

Before he could finish speaking...

Suddenly, the horrific screams of troll soldiers came from behind.

They both turned around at the same time.

Then, they witnessed a scene that made their eyes widen in horror—

In the sea area where the five longships were located, a huge bulge suddenly appeared on the surface of the sea.

The bulge cracked, and a "small mountain" rose up!

That was a gigantic deep-sea monster!

The surging seawater shot into the sky like a high-pressure water cannon.

Snap! Snap!

Five wooden boats were easily tossed into the air... and then crashed down!

The ten trolls on the ship screamed as they fell into the water.

The giant whale leaped out of the water, then crashed back down with a deafening roar!

In an instant, all five ships turned into floating pieces of wood on the sea.

The colossal beast slowly turned its massive body, casting its cold gaze upon the troll army on the beach.

"It's...it's that thing!!" Manco's voice trembled. "He's here...he's here..."

Zuljin's face turned deathly pale instantly.

They are not afraid of the fishmen.

No matter how troublesome the murlocs are, they're just like turtles guarding a city. You can wear them down slowly, and at worst, you can just retreat if you can't take them down.

But they were afraid of Liu Nian.

I'm afraid of that monster that can punch through a city wall, whose bee-men under its command are all as powerful as a BOSS, and who also has eternal-level magical pets to help it!

"Retreat! Retreat!!" Zuljin roared.

But it was too late.

The giant opened its mouth again.

This time, it wasn't water that sprayed out, but... a swarm of bees!

Thousands of bee-man warriors flew out of its mouth and quickly formed ranks in the air.

Wielding poisoned rapiers, their bee-like wings vibrated rapidly behind them, like golden clouds of death, as they swooped down towards the trolls on the beach.

"Run—!!"

"The bee-men are here!"

"Run!!"

"I don't want to die, I only have one good piece of equipment left..."

The trolls' morale immediately collapsed.

They were already at their last gasp, and had no confidence in attacking the city. Now, Liu Nian had stabbed them in the back, and they even saw the overwhelming swarm of bee-men...

escape.

The only option was to escape.
