American comic book: Absolute Spider-Man

Chapter 70 Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch

Dr. Banner, the peacemaker, stopped the two from escalating their argument. Although Steve remained wary of AI, he knew he couldn't stop Tony.

Peter also felt that the Avengers should have their own artificial intelligence, not like Jarvis or Friday, which can only act when ordered by the user, but like Thor and Vision, which can act autonomously.

The main purpose is to prevent villains who are good at information warfare from using them in normal combat.

Vision was incredibly high-class when he appeared in the movie, but he turned into a complete mess in Infinity War.

After the conflict ended, the pre-war meeting continued, and Peter joined in.

Because of the time constraints, and fearing that the scepter they had finally located might disappear from sight again due to various factors, everyone boarded the Quinjet after all the action plans were finalized. Peter didn't even have time to be alone with Gwen.

On the fighter jet, the Avengers were listening to Peter recount his experiences in another world. Of course, he kept some things to himself regarding Hell and Diana, partly because he didn't want Gwen to worry about him having died once, and partly because... those who know, know.

They were both surprised that the upper class of the absolute universe was controlled by supervillains and that the superheroes had to face systemic darkness, and they questioned the authenticity of the Kryptonians.

"You mean there's an entire planet of people who, under the yellow sunlight, possess power comparable to mine—Sol Odinson?" Thor said incredulously.

"Yes, although that planet was destroyed, quite a few people survived in spaceships," Peter said.

Saul laughed. "Peter, you must be kidding me, right?"

Peter didn't speak, but just looked at Saul with an expression that said, "I'm not lying to you."

Seeing Peter's genuine expression, Odin's foolish son felt his worldview crumble.

Tony then searched the hard drive Peter had given him and, sure enough, found detailed data on the Kryptonians' physical structure.

Tony used his armor to project a diagram of the Kryptonian body structure, showing that in order to resist Krypton's gravity, which is millions of times stronger than Earth's, the Kryptonians evolved cellular structures that can generate force fields that distort the surrounding space.

Tony stared at the projection, lost in thought.

After a moment, he asked Peter, "Peter, do you think there's a way to modify the human body to resemble that of Kryptonians, like the Extremis virus did?"

Peter immediately thought of the Doomsday virus: "Tony, I think with our current technology, even analyzing the Kryptonian genome is difficult. I'm afraid that what we end up creating is a monster that will destroy human civilization."

When Steve heard that Tony, who had only been behaving himself for a few minutes, was about to pull off another ruthless act, the veins on the centenarian's forehead began to bulge.

He's just a veteran who wants to retire; can't the Stark family's foolish son please stop tormenting him?

The Quinjet hovered over the dense forest near the Hydra base in Sokovia, and the crew jumped out of the rear door of the jet, landing in a superhero-like fashion.

Captain America raised his shield and roared, "Avengers, assemble!"

Peter looked at the Hydra soldiers who had surrounded them and silently criticized Steve's sense of ritual.

The battle was about to begin, and the Avengers scattered to fight.

Tony fired palm-fire at the soldiers while shouting through the megaphone of his armor at the no fewer than two hundred enemy soldiers present: "You are surrounded! Lay down your weapons and surrender obediently, and we might spare your lives..."

"Bang!" An energy cannon modified from a Chitauri weapon fired a projectile that hit Tony, sending him flying hundreds of meters away.

The armor, with its paint chipped off, automatically repaired itself. Tony flew back to the center of the battlefield, energy gathering in his chest, and fired a salute at the energy cannon and the soldier controlling it.

Peter was also surrounded by dozens of Hydra soldiers. Instead of using the terrain to his advantage and fly his kite through the dense forest to defeat the enemies one by one, he stood openly in the center of the encirclement.

His spider-sense was constantly triggered, and following his body's instincts, he hopped and leaped to dodge the dense beams and bullets, while continuously shooting spider silk at the Hydra soldiers surrounding him, unleashing a tomato combo: "Tomato booger! Tomato pork! Tomato chicken! Tomato scrambled eggs! Tomato scrambled eggs! Tomato porridge! Tomato rice! Tomato stir-fried rice noodles! Tomato stir-fried rice vermicelli! Fried rice! Fried water! Fried..."

"Roar!" Hulk, like a hundred-ton king, elbowed past Peter, casually sending several unlucky Hydra soldiers flying in his path.

Peter watched the Hydra soldiers fly hundreds of meters away and muttered to himself, "Will they come back for dinner?"

Inside the Hydra base, watching the battle lines retreat steadily, the base leader said to his assistant, "Send out the twins to destroy the data at the precise time."

He then rallied the troops in the base: "Never surrender!"

The soldiers inside the base raised their weapons and shouted, "Never surrender!"

After the mobilization was complete, the person in charge whispered to his assistant, "If things don't go well, we'll surrender."

……

Outside the base, the Avengers were clearing out the remaining enemies, while Tony had already flown inside and eliminated the resistance forces within.

Hawkeye Clint, Black Widow Natasha, and Soldier... no, Captain America Steve Rogers were suddenly struck by an invisible force and collapsed to the ground.

Intense firepower quickly enveloped them, and Peter, seeing this, quickly unleashed several Bolsat Lightning bolts at the Hydra soldiers who were firing at them, thus relieving them of the encirclement.

Suddenly, Peter's spider sense was triggered, and his body instinctively and gently kicked out a whip kick towards the empty space on his left.

Then, a figure was tripped by Peter and slid more than ten meters across the woodland.

Peter looked at Quicksilver, who was lying on the ground panting, and smiled smugly.

Oh dear, we didn't even need the Ancient One to help us find her; the Scarlet Witch just delivered herself right to our doorstep.

Peter shot several webs at Quicksilver, binding him. His suit transformed into an Iron Spider, and Peter flew towards the Hydra base.

Sunstone Armor, here I come!

Inside the arsenal of the base, a massive Chitauri Titan whale was suspended in mid-air, while Tony sat slumped on the ground in front of it, his eyes glowing red.

He was so engrossed in his terrifying fantasies that he couldn't pull himself out.

Not far away, Scarlet Witch Wanda watched her enemy being tormented by fantasies, a hint of pleasure on her face.

Stark Industries' weapons killed her parents, and she wants to make Tony Stark experience the taste of losing everything, bit by bit.

Just then, a strange face with a red background and covered with black spiderweb lines appeared in front of her.

Wanda's vision went black, and she lost consciousness.
