Game of Thrones: Dragons have three heads, not three-headed dragons.

Chapter 21: Blood Magic Begins, the Hatched Swamp Wyvern

After receiving Oris's letter, Daren handed it over to Rag and then rode back to the manor. When he arrived, Oris was already waiting for him. As soon as Daren saw Oris, he asked, "Brother, can you really hatch a dragon?" Oris smiled and replied, "It's not the time to hatch a giant dragon yet, but hatching a long-winged dragon should be possible, though you and Daenerys will have to pay a price."

Darren nodded slightly after hearing this. "What exactly is the price? I have to take responsibility for Daenerys." Oris, after hearing Darren's cloying words, didn't hesitate and said directly, "She'll probably be weak for about six months, after which she'll slowly recover." Darren nodded vigorously after hearing this. "Brother, I believe you. I'll go and persuade Daenerys right away." He then strode towards Daenerys's residence.

After receiving Daren's reply, Oris immediately summoned Margaret to prepare the soil, water, and prisoners needed for the ceremony. Most of the prisoners captured earlier were farming at Oris's estate. Oris's original intention was to let them farm for three years and then let them go back after the war ended. However, there were always a few who tried to escape by cheating, and Oris naturally did not treat them with any mercy.

Strangely, the modification of the dragon eggs went so smoothly because the eggs themselves contained unique dragon life energy. However, the two long-winged dragon eggs had been left for too long, and the life inside them was already very weak. In order to ensure the health of the long-winged dragons after hatching, in addition to the blood of Daeron and Daenerys, human sacrifice was also required.

The day after Daeron's return, he brought Daenerys to Oris's study. After Oris explained the plan, Daenerys nodded shyly and agreed to Oris's blood sacrifice plan. That night, Oris led Daeron, Daenerys, and Poch to the fishpond on the manor. Margaery, following Daeron's instructions, had dug a large pit beside the fishpond, inserting two pillars into it. The pillars were slightly lower than the edge of the pit, so that the upper half of the pterosaur egg on top was higher than the edge of the pit.

Oris then ordered a large amount of muddy water to be poured into the pit, flooding the entire pit. Afterward, Oris had Porch bring in two prisoners who had incited the escape, and to Daenerys' horror, he slit their throats and had Porch hang them up, causing their blood to drain into the muddy water.

This completes half of the blood magic. This blood magic is one that Oris learned. It was originally created by the sorcerers of Gósos to fight against the Valyrian colonists. The original intention was to use swamp wyverns to fight against dragons, but it was burned to ashes by the dragons before it could be truly realized.

In the following moments, Oris began his incantation. The blood in the pit gradually emitted a crimson light as Oris chanted his magic and gathered around the long-winged dragon egg. After the incantation ended, Oris slashed Daenerys and Daenerys's wrists.

Blood still flowing from their wrists, the two removed their clothes and walked hand in hand into the pit. When they reached the middle, they dripped blood from their wrists onto the pterosaur eggs. The ritual lasted almost the entire night. As the eastern horizon gradually brightened, the tops of the two pterosaur eggs cracked, and strange gurgling sounds emanated from them. As time passed, the cracks at the top of the eggs grew larger. Daeron and Daenerys were now extremely weak, but their faces still lit up with joy as they gazed at the pterosaur eggs. Finally, when the sun fully rose, the two pterosaurs hatched.

Afterwards, Daenerys and Daren carried the pterosaurs out of the mud pit. Oris carefully examined the two pterosaurs and found that they were both bluish-gray, with bodies no different from dragons, sharp heads without horns, and sharp beaks that were always wide open. After confirming the sex and health of the two pterosaurs, Oris took Daren and Daenerys back to their respective rooms.

Over the next two weeks, Oris frequently checked on the pterodactyls in Daenerys and Daren's possession, gradually becoming acquainted with Daenerys. During that time, their pterodactyls grew from the size of kittens to the size of greyhounds. Later, at Oris's suggestion, the couple settled the pterodactyls near the fishpond on the estate.

After all, the Swamp Wyvern is a semi-aquatic wyvern, and it can only grow faster in a suitable environment. Daeron named his wyvern Robert. According to Daeron, he planned to ride Robert to kill the usurper. Robert must be very interesting. The playful Daenerys followed suit and named her wyvern Cersei. The two often went together to check on the condition of the two wyverns and feed them.

For the next six months, the two recuperated in the manor. Their bodies gradually recovered from their depletion with the help of food, and their complexions returned to normal. After six months, the two pterosaurs grew to the size of ponies, which excited them greatly. One night, Daenerys rode on Cersei's back and flew in the air for a short while, which made Daeron, who was watching from below, very envious. Daeron himself was too heavy to ride a pterosaur and take off.

Over the next few days, Darren tried several times to take off but failed, and he gave up. He then asked Oris to take care of his long-winged dragon while he went to relieve Rag.

Upon Rag's return, Oris inquired about the fortress's construction progress and the reactions of the people of the Third Daughter Kingdom. Although Oris had cleverly seized a large tract of territory, the actual area he had occupied was less than half the size of Oris Manor. The higher-ups of the Third Daughter Kingdom didn't seem too concerned, merely sending people to demand more wealth before letting the matter drop. Meanwhile, under Rag's supervision, the fortress was already taking shape and would be completed in another year.

After learning about the fortress's situation, Oris still personally oversaw the forging of weapons. After a long period of preparation, the Oris Manor warehouse had enough weapons to arm 20000 people.

Over the course of six months, both Frostwolf Durotan and Direwolf grew up. Frostwolf had grown to the size of a medium-sized horse. However, due to the hot weather at Oris Manor, Durotan spent most of his time in the shade of the castle. During those six months, Oris also frequently rode Durotan at night for training. After a long period of experimentation, Oris discovered that the most suitable polearm for him was the lance.

In the following period, in addition to the usual weapon forging, Oris also had a full set of orthoclase armor and an orthoclase lance made for himself. The design was based on Ornstein's Dragonslayer Armor, except that the head was changed from a lion to a dragon's head. Anyway, with his strength, it was difficult to get injured on the battlefield, and looking cool was a lifelong thing.
