Yu-Gi-Oh!: Don't you have your own cards?

"Heh heh! How delightful!"

Watching the duel between Yuten and Kaiba in the distance, Malik, who had had a rough day, finally felt a little better.

"Yes, that's it! Let me see what you're made of!"

"That seahorse guy, he'd better use Obelisk too!"

Ding Ding Ding ~

Suddenly, a message came from the Millennium Staff.

"Oh, it's Lishid. What's up?"

Lishid was somewhat at a loss, unsure of where to begin.

"Lord Malik, something has happened!"

Finally, Lishid spoke up.

Malik frowned.

Something happened? What could possibly happen today?

We didn't snipe the game, we didn't catch Jonouchi, we didn't trick Yuten, what else can happen today?

"One of our members has defected!"

Malik laughed when he heard Lishid's words.

"Lishid, our organization has members defecting every day. What's the big deal?"

"Just send someone to arrest him. There's no need to notify me about something so trivial!"

Lishid paused for a moment.

"Our member in Childbirth Town has defected!"

Malik was even less convinced.

I sent nearly a hundred people to this city this time. What does it matter if one or two people defect?

"More than twenty people defected in total!"

"How much?!" Malik almost shouted.

"More than twenty?! Who? Which department?!"

Lishid was slightly embarrassed.

"Speaking of which, you've met them all, Lord Malik: the group that picked you up at the docks, the group that kidnapped you in the city, and the group that served you at the base."

Malik: ...

What do you mean? Does it mean that everyone connected to me has defected?

"Sigh." Malik sighed helplessly.

"Send someone to arrest him."

Hearing this, Lishid was even more troubled.

"Sir, the group of people you kidnapped in the city have already turned themselves in to the Public Security Bureau. We can't take action now!"

Malik: ...

"Damn it! How dare they confess! Don't they know the rules of the dark dueling world?!"

Malik angrily slammed his hands to the ground.

"Go, have our two traitors in the Public Security Bureau bring the traitor back! Go!"

Lishid, facing the Millennium Staff, fell silent once more.

"Uh, Lord Malik, those two sheriffs have also betrayed us."

"By the way, they also rode off with the limited-edition motorcycle you lent them..."

Malik: ...

Malik clenched his white fists.

"Hmph! It's all this kind of stuff today! No other news, huh!"

Lishid: "Uh, actually, Lord Malik, that's not what I wanted to talk about today. I have some important news to tell you."

"What?! Who has betrayed us again?!"

"No, that's not it," Lishid replied.

"Those traitors revealed our hideout, and now the police department has taken it down."

Malik: ...

"And..." Lishid said, feeling somewhat ashamed.

"I've also been arrested and am currently being escorted to the Public Security Bureau."

Malik: ...

"Lord Malik, please come and save me before my appearance is recorded on the Public Security Bureau's website! Otherwise, I won't be able to be your substitute during the finals!"

Malik turned to stone.

……

On the airship, Seahorse watched as You Tian simply finished his turn and gave a disdainful snort.

"Is this all there is to it?"

"While it gave me some enjoyment, it's nothing compared to a game!"

The seahorse shook its head self-deprecatingly.

"My turn, draw a card!"

The seahorse's eyes were fixed on the monster covering the sky.

"Hmph! In my presence, such foolish defense will only hasten your death!"

"I activate the Perpetual Trap, [Dragon's Revenge]!"

You Tian's pupils contracted.

not good!

"While [Dragon's Revenge] is on the field, my Dragon-type monsters can inflict piercing damage on you during battle!"

You Tian frowned deeply.

I placed the [Holy Magician] on top, which only has 400 defense.

If he attacks the Holy Magician directly with Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, I will be defeated instantly!

Najimo: "Oh! Is it over already? Youtian, write this down. The address is: 18 Kensington Drive, Gaggletown, California..."

You Tian: ...

"It's not over yet!"

Kaiba stared at the card covered by Yuten and immediately revealed a card from his hand.

"I activate the Spell Card, [Whirlwind], to destroy your Faceless Vault Card."

"In that case, you won't be able to stop the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon's attack this round!"

"Go! [Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon], Devastating Explosive Gale Bullet!!"

The ferocious white energy continuously gathered in the three mouths of the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. The next moment, an energy blast capable of destroying everything hurtled towards Yuten like a meteor.

boom! !

"Shattered! Crushed to pieces!! Cheers!!!"

"Hmph hmph hmph hmph, hahahahaha, hahahahahaha!"

……

Just as the seahorse was hysterically celebrating his victory, a somewhat familiar voice interrupted his maniacal laughter.

"Search for Levadocana!"

"Nani!"

The game is here??

Looking in the direction of the sound, the seahorse was startled.

"Impossible! You should have been buried by the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon! Why are you still standing!"

Indeed, the person speaking was You Tian.

In front of him stood a giant iron mask.

"Cough cough cough, your system really needs to be changed."

You Tian raised his head and looked at the seahorse.

"It's simple, because I activated the Quick-Play Spell Card, [Iron Wall Mask]."

"Thanks to this card's effect, I can defend against your attack this turn."

At the same time, You Tian thought to himself: Thank you for the gift from the Mask of Light and Darkness!

Kaiba: "Impossible! I clearly destroyed your only face-down card with [Whirlwind], there's no way you could have activated that card!"

"I should also thank you."

Yu Tian smiled slightly and took out the card that had just been destroyed by Kaiba from the graveyard.

"You destroyed this card, [Divine Summoning Spell]."

"When this card is destroyed by the opponent, I can choose a Quick-Play Spell from my deck and set it to the field."

"What I've concealed is the 'Iron Mask'!"

The seahorse fell silent.

The roar of the airship still echoed around the arena, and the evening breeze swept across the dueling ground, carrying away the noise in the ears of the two.

"What's your name?"

After a long while, the seahorse finally spoke again.

You Tian suddenly realized what was happening.

It seems like Kaiba hasn't asked me my name since the duel started?

"Wandering in the Sky".

"Wandering the heavens..." the seahorse murmured.

"Okay, I've got it."

"My turn isn't over yet!"

"I activate the Spell Card 'Soul Release' from my hand. This card can banish up to 5 cards from both players' Graveyards!"

The seahorse pointed towards the sky.

"Your only chance of winning is to use those weird Minotaur cards again. Well, to be on the safe side, I'm going to banish [Earth Spirit Master Orth] from your graveyard!"

You Tian: ...

"Next, I'll cover two cards, and the round ends!"

Call ~

You Tian breathed a sigh of relief.

Najimo: "You've been given another second chance at life~"

You Tian rolled his eyes at her, annoyed.

Why is it that other people's card sprites are cute, beautiful, gentle, and virtuous, while mine is so sharp-tongued, ugly, and scheming?

Oh dear, life is so unfair!

You Tian rubbed his brow and focused his attention back on the duel.

Next comes the crucial moment for determining the winner.

On Kaiba's field, there's Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and two Ambush cards. Meanwhile, I only have a vanilla Melgito in my hand.

I've already thrown that Death Guardian guy into the graveyard, so this blank card in my hand is even more useless.

You Tian shook his head helplessly.

The card you draw next will be the key to the outcome of this match!

"My turn!"

He placed his hand on the deck.

Deck list! Respond to me!

thump.

Boom!

Boom! !

Gradually, You Tian felt a gentle encouragement emanating from the cards.

"Draw a card!"

As You Tian drew his card, a faint golden arc appeared out of thin air around him.

He glanced again at the card he had drawn.

Thank you, Sister Wu!

"I flip and summon this [Holy Magician] that is currently covering the field."

Attack Power: 300

"When the effect of [Sacred Magician] is activated, when this card is flipped face-up, I can return one Spell Card from my Graveyard to my hand."

"What I'm returning to is the Pot of Greed!"

"Next, I activate the Spell Card 'Pot of Greed' from my hand, and then draw two cards from my deck!"

You Tian's eyes sharpened as he looked at the seahorse.

"Finally, I will summon this card from my hand, [Amazonian Swordsman], in Attack Position!"

You Tian slammed the card onto the duel disk, and a wild-looking, unrestrained jungle female swordsman was projected onto the screen.

[Amazonian Warrior] [Attack Power: 1500]

The seahorse crossed its arms over its chest and hummed softly.

"Hmph, what's the point of summoning such weak warriors at a time like this?"

Yu Tian smiled slightly, and Oki Kaiba began to explain the effect of [Amazonian Swordsman].

"That's right, [Amazonian Swordsman] only has 1500 attack power, which is not enough to destroy your [Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon]. However, [Amazonian Swordsman] has a special effect!"

The seahorse raised an eyebrow.

"Special effects?"

"That's right!"

"When the Amazonian swordsman engages in battle, I will not take combat damage; instead, my opponent will take the damage for me!"

"What?!" the seahorse exclaimed in surprise.

You Tian obtained this card from Kong Que Wu after defeating her.

As a piece of the Tauren's artistic upgrade puzzle, this [Amazonian Swordsman] card comes with a [Dimensional Barrier] effect, making it a perfect fit for his deck!

"Your Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon has an attack power of 4500, while my Amazonian Swordsman only has an attack power of 1500, and your HP..."

"Only 1550!"

You Tian waved his hand.

"The weakness of great power is itself."

"Go! Amazonian Swordsman, attack Kaiba's Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!"

"If this attack succeeds, I will win immediately!"

After hearing this, the seahorse frowned deeply.
