Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory

Chapter 1 Silky Milk Chocolate

A new day has begun, and the sun is shining brightly!

On the top floor of the Totland Tower, Charlotte Willy Wonka is enjoying the warm sunshine while holding a cup of hot cocoa.

This is his daily leisure time. A beautiful day begins with a cup of hot cocoa, accompanied by thoughts from decades ago, which is most heartwarming.

This marks his ninety-seventh year since he changed his name from Willy Wonka to Charlotte Willy Wonka, and his sixty-fifth year as chairman of the Totland Corporation.

Hot cocoa is rich and flavorful, and every bite is a wonderful experience, especially when paired with cream cakes—it's the ultimate indulgence.

This is when Charlotte Willy Wonka is at his most docile, yet also his most irritable. Anyone who dares to disturb him while he's enjoying his delicious breakfast should be prepared to face his wrath.

The family's head butler stood five meters away, quietly accompanying his master—Mr. Willy Wonka, one of America's top capitalists—as he enjoyed a simple breakfast, ready to report on the day's work arrangements as soon as Mr. Willy Wonka finished his breakfast.

The butler, dressed in a suit, stood tall and straight. If it weren't for his sparse white hair, you would never guess he was a 75-year-old man.

Frank Gallagher, the butler, originally had a happy childhood, but his parents died in the war. Charlotte Willy Wonka adopted him and raised him to be the butler of the Charlotte family.

He served the Charlotte family diligently for sixty years, starting from the first position offered by Willy Wonka when he was fifteen. From a homeless war refugee to his current status, he has considerable dignity even in front of the president, and everyone respects him.

Because he is the Charlotte family's head butler and the de facto controller of the Totto Land Corporation. That's how outsiders see it. After all, the current chairman, Willy Wonka, who shares the same name as his grandfather, has no ambition like his ancestors, aside from their shared love of chocolate, and doesn't even care about the company's operations.

Frank Gallagher, the head butler serving the Charlotte family, wielded more power within the corporation than the people he served.

For the first thirty years, Frank the butler managed the group by acting as the chairman's spokesperson; for the next twenty years, President Frank managed the group based on his own abilities; and for the last ten years, Frank's face became the group's passport.

At parties and social gatherings, people often gossip about it, with some even betting on when the Totland Group will change hands.

But Frank always scoffed at the rumors and gossip. He knew perfectly well that he had never served three generations of the Charlotte family, and that his master had always been only one person: Mr. Charlotte Willy Wonka.

It wasn't 75-year-old Frank and 32-year-old Mr. Willy Wonka, but 75-year-old Frank and 97-year-old Mr. Willy Wonka.

After finishing the last bit of hot cocoa in his cup, Willy Wonka felt warm all over. He reached out and took the tablet that Frank handed him.

"Sir, after investigation by the product department, it has been determined that the problem lies with the milk source. Abnormal local climate has led to a decline in the quality of the pasture, which in turn affects the quality of the milk."

"We have three alternative milk source locations, and samples have already been made in the factory. You can make a decision after tasting them."

Willy Wonka nodded slightly. Since it concerned chocolate, he couldn't leave it to Frank like some other minor matters; he had to oversee it personally.

After delivering the most important information, Frank secretly breathed a sigh of relief. Thankfully, they found an alternative milk source in time; otherwise, Mr. Willy Wonka would have been furious.

The flavor of the new silky milk chocolate changed within two months of its release, and the product department failed to notice. Such a major oversight had never occurred during his tenure as president.

Fortunately, the flavor of the silky milk chocolate did not change significantly, and there was no major fluctuation in quality; otherwise, it wouldn't have been just a minor action like disciplining a product manager.

Frank felt a sense of relief, but his expression remained unchanged. He then brought up the second matter that required Willy Wonka's personal decision.

"Sir, we received news today that one of our cargo ships has been hijacked by the Ten Commandments in the Middle East. A total of 35 crew members have been captured. The Ten Commandments are demanding a ransom of $35 million from us."

Willy Wonka looked up.

"3500 million US dollars including the people and the boat?"

"This is just the ransom for the crew. The Ten Rings gang swallowed the cargo on board, and they haven't even given us a price for the ship's ransom yet."

"When did this happen?"

"I received the message in the early hours of the morning. The Ten Commandments Gang contacted me directly, and I blocked the news. The Ten Commandments Gang will not disclose anything to the outside world for the next three days."

As for three days later, if the money is not transferred to the account provided by the Ten Commandments Gang, the news will definitely cause a huge uproar.

This is the Ten Commandments' sincerity. In their view, this news will definitely cause the Tottoland Group's stock price to plummet, and no listed company is indifferent to this.

Willy Wonka stood up, smiled at his old butler, and said, "Did the Ten Rings say anything else?"

"Sir, the Ten Rings have also proposed to cooperate with me, to send someone to assassinate you, and then help me take control of the Tottoland Corporation."

Frank remained calm as he spoke these words, showing no concern whatsoever about arousing Willy Wonka's suspicion.

"Hahaha, hahahahahahaha!!! This Ten Commandments gang really has some ideas! Hahahahahahaha!!"

Upon hearing Frank's words, Willy Wonka suddenly burst into unrestrained laughter. His exaggerated smile, constantly shrugging shoulders, and nearly two-meter height created a very imposing presence.

Frank waited quietly to the side until his master finished laughing.

Two minutes later, Willy Wonka regained his composure, bent down, stared at Frank, and gave his instructions.

"We don't need the ship anymore. We'll give them $3500 million to get our crew back."

"Furthermore, prepare an additional $3500 million for operational expenses, so that the security department can wipe out the Ten Commandments gang and teach them that robbing and plundering comes at a price. Once a member of the Ten Commandments is identified, leave no one alive!"

"This time, keep an eye on things and send a few men from my guard to keep watch. They've been inactive for too long, and they all think Totland is an easy target."

Frank took note of Willy Wonka's words, then quickly walked a few steps ahead of Willy Wonka to the elevator entrance and pressed the button for the elevator that led directly to the rooftop helipad.

"Yes, sir, I'll arrange it right away."

"No rush. Come with me to the chocolate factory to check out the new products. The market for silky milk chocolate is booming, and we need to finalize a substitute and start production as soon as possible."
