Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory

Chapter 4 Liquor-filled Chocolates and Pierce's Face

Only Willy Wonka and Frank have permission to enter the chocolate factory; anyone else who tries to enter will be attacked by the guards.

Under Willy Wonka's management, the vast chocolate factory operated on its own without requiring a single human worker. Only occasionally, with Willy Wonka's authorization, would Frank enter the factory to replenish some raw materials.

If a little mouse tries to sneak into the chocolate factory, the chocolate soldiers, who are barely noticeable yet omnipresent, will not hesitate to use their weapons to chop off the intruder's head.

In Willy Wonka's hands, even sweet and gentle chocolate can be a deadly weapon.

The matcha-flavored chocolates spread all over the ground were actually as soft as grass, and when the wind blew, they would sway rhythmically with the wind.

Not far away, there was a fountain consisting of three nozzles, each spraying milk outwards.

Next to the fountain stands a tall ginkgo tree, which remains golden yellow all year round.

The tall ginkgo tree blocked out the sunlight, casting a circular shadow on the ground.

Frank followed Willy Wonka to the tree, where a subtle fragrance, different from the one he had smelled when he entered, filled him with a deep sense of satisfaction.

"Sir, this is the alternative milk source we've found."

Willy Wonka nodded, first gently fanning his nose with his hand, and a milky aroma wafted up. He nodded contentedly; at least all three types of milk were above average.

That makes it simple; all you need to do next is choose the most suitable flavor from these three types of milk.

Willy Wonka raised his hand, and then his arm turned into chocolate, slowly stretching out until his palm reached the very top of the ginkgo tree.

He plucked the topmost leaf from the ginkgo tree; the leaf was intact and exuded a delicate fragrance.

Not everything in the chocolate factory is made of chocolate, but thanks to the wonderful and sweet taste of chocolate, everything in the factory is imbued with beauty and fragrance.

Willy Wonka deftly folded the fan-shaped ginkgo leaf into a small cup with his fingers, then moved forward to the milk fountain.

This fountain was specially prepared for selecting milk raw materials, while the ginkgo trees planted on the side provide a natural container.

The sweetness and flavor of milk are better brought out by the delicate aroma of ginkgo leaves.

Milk that is approved by Willy Wonka will flow into the Milk River, becoming one of the three major rivers that run through the entire chocolate factory.

Willy Wonka scooped up a glass of milk with a ginkgo leaf and put it in his mouth. His eyes lit up, he licked the milk stains from the corner of his mouth, and nodded in satisfaction.

He then put a ginkgo leaf in his mouth, using the leaf's fragrance to refresh his taste buds, and then tasted the remaining two types of milk in the same way.

"Frank, you should try some too, and then let me know which one you prefer?"

Frank's expression was one of surprise, followed by elation, because this was the first time in decades that Willy Wonka had allowed him to offer his opinions on the raw materials.

He also followed Willy Wonka's example and picked ginkgo leaves from the ginkgo tree. Of course, he didn't pick the top leaves, but used the leaves from the edge of the ginkgo tree.

After tasting all three types of milk, Frank was surprised to find that they tasted much better than the milk he had tasted while searching for it.

The same milk can become so delicious in a chocolate factory.

Frank chose the milk from the middle nozzle.

"Sir, I choose this milk. Drinking it gives me a very comfortable and smooth feeling. I think this matches the characteristics of our silky milk chocolate."

Willy Wonka nodded. Frank's choice was the same as the one in his heart, which gave him a strange feeling.

It seems that someone understands him, even if it's just in this one small thing.

"Frank, we've decided to use this milk. Go and get things ready. Get the silky milk chocolate production line back up as quickly as possible."

In high spirits, Willy Wonka gave Frank instructions, and then walked into the heart of the chocolate factory himself.

There are three main rivers in the factory, which nourish the chocolate factory, which covers an area comparable to a small city.

These are the Milk Rivers: a river with seven tributaries, each carrying a different type of milk, which, when combined, creates a complex aroma.

Chocolate River: The warm Chocolate River has only one main channel, through which flows rich chocolate, which is the core of all chocolate products from the Totland Group.

Honey River: There is only one main river, which originates at the very top of the chocolate factory, where there is a large flower field. After the hardworking bees collect nectar, the delicious honey flows down the mountain.

Now Willy Wonka is on the banks of the Honey River, which is also thick, but much better than the Chocolate River; at least it's more like water than a mudslide.

There was a small ferry crossing by the river, where several chocolate soldiers stood.

The chocolate soldier has a body made of chocolate, wears armor made of biscuits, and has eyes that are amber-shaped candies with large raisin-shaped pupils.

Four chocolate soldiers pulled a small boat from the ferry dock to Willy Wonka's feet.

Taking the oar from the chocolate soldier, Willy Wonka rowed his famous boat along the Honey River deeper into the factory.

Willy Wonka's destination this time is the production base of liqueur-filled chocolates. Having rallied his spirits, he is ready to prepare a great gift for the world.

Silky milk chocolate isn't enough; it can only serve as an appetizer, even though this chocolate has some extraordinary effects, to the point that S.H.I.E.L.D. went so far as to send people to monitor it closely in an attempt to uncover its secrets.

However, it cannot be considered a groundbreaking product!

Willy Wonka had some ideas about the new era that was about to arrive, and liqueur-filled chocolates were products he prepared specifically for that new era.

While Willy Wonka ventures deep into the chocolate factory to inspect the liqueur-filled chocolate production site, Frank greets an old friend at the Totland Group headquarters outside the factory.

Alexander Pierce, former director of S.H.I.E.L.D., and current Secretary General of the World Security Council.

"Frank, so many years have passed, but you're still so energetic."

Pierce smiled and greeted Frank, extending his hand from a distance to shake Frank's.

"Yes, decades have passed in the blink of an eye, and even you, the snakehead, have become one of the turtles. It makes me feel the impermanence of life every time I think about it."

Pierce's expression changed. Fortunately, all the subordinates he brought this time were actually spies for Hydra on the surface, otherwise Frank would have exposed him with just a word.

"Old friend, give me some face. You know I rarely ask for favors."
