Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory

Chapter 55 Odin's Meeting with the Ancient One

Odin was truly envious of Midgard's fortune, and at the same time, he was worried about Asgard's future.

Asgard and Midgard are both among the Nine Realms, and as long as Odin exists, the Nine Realms exist. If one day Odin were to leave, it would likely be the moment when Midgard officially breaks free from the control of Asgard.

"Frigga, I need to go to Midgard."

Odin stood up, determined to go to Midgard to meet the Sorcerer Supreme and see what his attitude was.

Kamar-Taj is responsible for resisting dimensional demons and protecting Earth from the invasion of other dimensions.

However, since Kamar-Taj is in Midgard, Odin cannot ignore it. Regardless of who rules Asgard, the relationship between Asgard and Midgard must be re-examined because of the Ancient One's existence.

"Frigga, when I leave, you will oversee the kingdom. Remember to consolidate your forces, avoid a decisive battle with the Frost Giants, and don't be too concerned about temporary gains or losses."

"Let Thor and Loki stay in Asgard. Neither of them can leave until I return. We'll discuss everything after I come back from Midgard."

To face the Ancient One, Odin must go in his true form, with utmost concentration. Putting himself in her shoes, if the Ancient One had sent a weak avatar to Asgard, he might very well have kept that avatar there.

There are too many ways to influence the original body through a clone, which Odin cannot ignore.

Frigga assured Odin that he could go without worry, as she would take care of everything in Asgard.

Raising his scepter high, Odin's single eye no longer showed any weariness. The old and frail Heavenly Emperor had disappeared, replaced by the state he had when he conquered the Nine Realms.

The light of the Rainbow Bridge flashed and disappeared in an instant; Odin had already arrived in Midgard.

This is a frozen wasteland. The ground is bitterly cold underfoot. Over the years, the soil and frost have long since become one.

A bald woman in an orange robe appeared silently, as if she had come specifically to greet Odin, and walked straight toward him.

Odin narrowed his eyes, thinking to himself that the Ancient One had become even stronger.

Two hundred years ago, Odin could ensure he had the absolute upper hand in his battles against the Ancient One. But now, it's only a 60/40 split.

Fortunately, the Ancient One was detached from worldly affairs; otherwise, it would have been Midgard that dealt a fatal blow to Asgard's dominance.

"His Holiness the Venerable Master, it's been a long time."

"What brings His Majesty the God-King to Earth?"

The Ancient One had no intention of exchanging pleasantries with Odin; she knew perfectly well that this one-eyed king couldn't be happier to die as soon as possible.

The Ancient One's own disciples could barely maintain the dimensional defenses, and she couldn't leave for too long, otherwise Dormammu might seize the opportunity to invade Earth at any time.

Odin suppressed his anger. What did he mean by "what is it?" As the king of the gods, how could he be questioned like this when he came to his own territory?

However, Odin wasn't there to fight; he merely unleashed some of his power to express his dissatisfaction with the Ancient One.

"I sensed an extremely powerful aura being born on Earth a few days ago. I would like to ask the Sorcerer Supreme if there is anything unusual about Midgard."

"Your Majesty the God-King is overthinking it. Everything on Earth is as usual."

"Your Holiness, I'm afraid things may not be as normal."

Odin's divine power surged forth, enclosing a domain around the two and forming an energy field.

Odin's divine power annihilated all the elements in the realm. But in the end, a black energy remained.

Even Odin's power would find it difficult to contend with this black energy in terms of mass, and could only compress it into a black energy ball.

"Sorcerer Supreme, new laws have emerged in Midgard. This is energy from another dimension. Haven't you noticed it?"

Odin gently tossed the energy ball to the Ancient One, a question lingering in his mind. This energy was clearly unrelated to Earth; the Ancient One hadn't even done her job as the Sorcerer Supreme properly, allowing other dimensions to invade Earth.

The Ancient One took the energy orb and, in a short time, examined countless timelines. She was no stranger to this energy; it had been a guess before, but now it had become reality.

"Your Majesty, a sweet energy that can bring joy. Perhaps it's not a bad thing that Earth has another law, but rather that it can help us complete ourselves over the long years."

With a gentle squeeze, the compressed energy ball began to expand again. The energy that had been repeatedly manipulated by the two powerful figures gathered together on its own, forming a peculiar tree.

There was also a blurry human face on the tree trunk, with its eyes closed and extremely unstable.

The Ancient One recognized that face; it was Willy Wonka. He was the person who had caused her immense distress, leading her to spend a great deal of time traversing various timelines, and even now, she was still unsure whether he would pose a threat to Earth's dimensional defenses.

"Your Majesty, it has been far too long since you visited Earth. Perhaps you should try some Earth chocolate. After you've tasted it, you'll be familiar with this energy."

Odin confirmed his suspicions: the Ancient One knew the newly emerged powerful beings of Midgard.

Odin warily stared at the Ancient One and suspiciously withdrew his domain.

At that moment, Willy Wonka's blurry face on the tree trunk suddenly opened its eyes, and a consciousness descended beside Odin and the Ancient One.

Willy Wonka was also puzzled. He was showing Banner around the chocolate factory when he suddenly felt that he was in a very distant position, and a second perspective appeared.

So Willy Wonka followed that vague connection and cast his gaze down.

Ok?

The Ancient One, and a sturdy old man wearing a golden eye patch.

Willy Wonka was being very rude; if it weren't for the different position of the eye patch, he would have thought Nick Fury had faked his death and escaped.

Seeing that the Ancient One was standing next to him, and that the other was dressed in a glittering, nouveau riche style, Willy Wonka knew who this person was: Odin!

Willy Wonka's gaze met Odin's.

While still in the chocolate factory, Willy Wonka suddenly felt a vast consciousness appear above the factory.

Odin's consciousness wanted to locate Willy Wonka, but was blocked by the chocolate factory, and could only determine Willy Wonka's approximate location in the United States.

Willy Wonka then severed the connection, and the black energy in the air dissipated again, disappearing back into the world.

I'll really come and beat you up through the internet cable!

Odin looked at the Ancient One with a solemn expression; it was a complete, self-sustaining new dimension.

Such a dimension has actually appeared on Earth, and the guy who is suspected to be a dimensional demon god even possesses the Space Stone.

Gu Yi, don't you want to see what you've been protecting?

"Odin, I have long known of his existence. Perhaps you should be more concerned about Asgard now. I have said that everything on Earth is normal now."
