General Ross had a bad feeling; he felt uneasy, as if he were being watched.

As one of the four key figures at this military base, General Ross spearheaded the plan to release Carol to fight Willy Wonka.

However, as the person in charge, he was unsure whether the plan would succeed.

With most of the generals siding with Willy Wonka, there was little left for the remaining rebels to do.

They had no way to monitor movements via satellite, nor could they openly communicate with neighboring units. They could only hide like rats in this concealed base.

Thinking of this, General Ross wanted to thank S.H.I.E.L.D., as this base was taken over by the military after S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded.

All information about this base was destroyed after the takeover. This military base was classified during the S.H.I.E.L.D. era, and it remains absolutely classified today.

Fortunately, they have this secret base; otherwise, they wouldn't even have a place to stand now.

"Pour me a cup of coffee, I need to perk myself up."

General Ross, who had stayed up all night, said to his subordinates that he was also exhausted, both physically and mentally, after all this trouble.

I wonder how Betty is doing, and I hope she hasn't been affected. But General Ross himself is struggling to protect himself, so he really can't provide shelter for his daughter.

He could only hope that Willy Wonka wouldn't bring trouble to his family.

General Ross took a sip of hot coffee, his mouth filled with an unbearable bitterness, but he remained unfazed. Only strong black coffee could keep his already somewhat muddled mind clear.

The surveillance cameras around the base are still functioning properly, and there are dedicated personnel responsible for checking them to ensure that no one can sneak into the house.

But how far can surveillance cameras monitor? And General Ross doesn't have any special defensive measures.

So by the time the base's surveillance system detected the flying slash coming from afar, it was already too late.

"Retreat immediately!"

But there wasn't even time to retreat. General Ross's order was more like a subconscious urging, reminding him that danger was imminent.

The coffee cup in my hand fell to the ground, and the unfinished coffee left dark brown streaks on the cement floor, still steaming.

Frank started with a slash, then covered his entire body in Armament Haki and jumped out of the sky without protection, freefalling at an extremely high speed and crashing directly down from the sky.

"What is that?"

"It might be a bunker buster, but it doesn't look like one, and it fell from Commander Karl's plane."

"Wardfa, that's a man! Guys, that's a man!"

Another soldier suddenly started shouting excitedly, which aroused the suspicion of the other soldiers.

Just then, the intercom in the cockpit crackled to life: "Guys, prepare for landing. Remember, the base below is swarming with enemies. No prisoners this time. Repeat, no prisoners this time."

Karl's voice echoed in the fighter jet's cockpit. After emphasizing this point, he added, "Guys, I'll go first and set an example for you!"

Then, like Frank, he covered his entire body with Armament Haki and then leaped into the air.

Everyone could see their Commander Karl leap out of the plane, and the cabin fell silent.

The facts are right before our eyes: that "bomb" must have been Commander Carl's father, Frank, the former president of Totland.

Any soldier who dared to stand in Frank's way was turned to pieces; nothing in the entire base could withstand a single blow from Frank.

The generals inside the base had no way to avoid Frank's Observation Haki; they had no chance of escaping.

Frank appeared before them like a demon, and several loyal soldiers bravely raised their guns, only to fall one after another to Frank's blade.

"Frank, are you really going to wipe them all out?"

General Ross, who had met Frank several times, questioned him in a trembling voice.

Even if it was a coup, wouldn't massacring high-ranking American generals provoke public outrage?

"If Carol returns and finds us dead, she won't let you off the hook. No matter what, I'm an active-duty general of the United States; killing me is treason!"

General Ross questioned sharply, his only hope being that Carol could rise up and defeat Willy Wonka, so that there might still be a chance for everything to turn around.

Unfortunately, General Ross's lifeline had already been severed, though he was unaware of it yet.

It would have been better if Carroll hadn't been mentioned, but as soon as General Ross brought up Carroll, Frank immediately stared at him like a bull whose genitals had been cut off, panting heavily.

"Ross, no one will remember you. You will be buried in this base forever."

Frank's words misled Ross, who became convinced that even if he died, his daughter Betty would remember and mourn him.

Could it be?

"Frank, what have you done to my daughter?"

"It's ridiculous. If you valued your daughter, you shouldn't have pursued Hulk so relentlessly. You should have stopped when you received the president's order."

Frank swiftly brought down the knife, and General Ross, his eyes still filled with deep resentment, could no longer utter a word.

When Carl arrived at the base command center, only Frank was standing there.

"it's over?"

"Okay, tell your men not to come into this room. Clean up all these bodies. Report them all missing."

Everyone knew the truth about these people's deaths, and everyone in the White House knew that these people were bound to die.

Unfortunately, things shouldn't be done so carelessly; it would have been better to just report it as missing.

The United States is so big that countless people go missing every day, and the vast majority of them never return.

What's wrong with the general? If a general or two hadn't gone missing, people would have thought that our great America couldn't afford to play this game!

The disappearance of several generals at once will silence those in other countries who are making dissenting opinions. It will let them know that America doesn't target civilians, but treats everyone equally!

As for the others in this military base, they too could not escape the fate of disappearing.

The base's external communications had been cut off, and they were utterly powerless against the iron fist of Karl's forces descending from the sky. These soldiers were quickly wiped out.

Now that the situation was settled, Willy Wonka shifted his focus back to the chocolate factory from Washington.

Washington was temporarily handed over to Robert, the president of the Totland Group, while Willy Wonka prepared the goods.

Perhaps coincidentally, as Willy Wonka was finishing off his campaign, the Asgardian army, led by the three crown princes, was also finishing off its campaign in Jotunheim.

Meanwhile, Alex lived up to expectations and completed the renovation of the Totland Asgard Candy Store with exceptional efficiency.

The candy store is about to open, coinciding perfectly with the Asgardian army's triumphant return. It's absolutely the perfect time to open.

Upon receiving Alex's letter, Willy Wonka immediately set to work, returning to the chocolate factory to check for any omissions or missing items.
