One Piece: New Century Hextech Warriors
Chapter 64 My Armament Haki has gotten much stronger!
Sith closed the door, and Tina spoke softly:
"As expected of Major General, Tina was wondering why he stood her up. Turns out he had another appointment."
Sith suddenly remembered that he had arranged to meet Tina for dinner at the restaurant because she was at headquarters these days, but he had stood her up.
He scratched his head and said awkwardly:
"Sorry, I just finished a meeting and was planning to change my clothes before coming to find you."
That's a lie; he was actually busy coming back to recycle Hextech.
Tina sneered, too lazy to expose her, and placed the gift box she was carrying on the table:
"Here, this is a gift for Nami. Tina, you remember her birthday is coming up soon, right?"
Sith felt ashamed. He had told Tina about Nami's birthday before, but he, as her older brother, had almost forgotten, while Tina remembered.
"Thanks, Tina."
He carefully put away the gift and smiled:
"By the way, I'll be going to the Sabaody Archipelago on a mission in a while. Is there anything you'd like to buy?"
In this world, most girls have a desire to go shopping at Chambord.
Tina waved her hand and whispered:
"No interest. Tina just wants to get stronger as quickly as possible."
She didn't say the second half of her sentence—
She was actually very afraid of being left behind by the Sith.
Upon learning that Sith had defeated Doflamingo and awakened Conqueror's Haki, Tina was both happy and nervous.
Just over a year ago, she was Sith's female boss, but now she can hardly even see Sith's back anymore.
She's a strong-willed person; if she falls too far behind the Sith, she won't have the face to continue looking for him!
Siss saw through Tina's thoughts and gently put his hand on her shoulder.
"Tina, don't think such things, and don't think you're less talented than me."
Hearing him say that, Tina felt a warmth in her heart, but then Sith continued:
"Anyway, none of my friends are as talented as me."
Tina: ? ? ?
Sith ruffled her hair and laughed loudly:
"Haha, just kidding. I'll be at headquarters these next few days, so I'll take this opportunity to teach you Armament Haki."
"After fighting that Doflamingo guy, my Armament Haki has gotten much stronger!"
Tina bought a gift for her younger sister, so Sith naturally had to reciprocate.
Tina's eyes lit up. She knew how strong Sith's Armament Haki was. Being taught by this guy would save her at least a few decades of detours.
"Then Tina thanks you very much, Major General."
Tina smiled mischievously, took off her navy coat, and casually locked the door from the inside.
She soon realized that Sith's Armament Haki had indeed become much stronger, and was more flexible and free than before, allowing her to move it anywhere at will.
Even the warm-up made her exclaim in surprise!
after a while.
The Sith's warships slowly sailed into the Sabaody Archipelago.
"Oh my god, so this is the Sabaody Archipelago? It's so beautiful!"
Nami, holding the high-precision binoculars Tina had given her, ran around the ship, looking around and occasionally exclaiming in surprise:
"The sky is so blue! The trees are so green! The water is so clear!"
Sith, listening from the sidelines, was utterly exasperated. Where had this guy been learning his academic subjects?!
Fortunately, Robin tutored her every day after class, and Tina gave her a complete set of navigator's manuals and equipment, which gradually put Nami on the right path to becoming the world's number one navigator. Otherwise, Sith probably would never have been able to go to Skypiea.
Sith stared at Nami speechlessly for a while before turning his gaze to the archipelago in front of him.
This was his first time here, and although he already knew a great deal about the Sabaody Archipelago, he was still amazed by the natural wonders of the place.
Dozens of towering giant trees stand in the sea, each with a thriving island beneath it, bustling with people and numerous cargo ships, with dreamy soap bubbles floating among them, making this place seem like a fairy tale kingdom.
However, the beautiful appearance can only fool newcomers. Anyone who knows a little about the Sabaody Archipelago will understand that there is a filthy darkness hidden in those lovely soap bubbles.
The 79 islands are divided into different areas, including legal places such as naval branches, tourist areas, and specialty shops, as well as illegal areas such as human auction shops and pirate taverns.
Historia deliberately arranged for her family to stay in the hotel district, so they could experience the unique charm of Sabaody and be close to the location of the Marine branch, a place where the Celestial Dragons usually wouldn't go, making it relatively safe.
According to the intelligence provided by headquarters, Hancock will arrive here in a few more days, giving the Sith and the others plenty of time to have some fun.
He was quietly arranging the journey when he heard Robin's voice:
"Wow, this place is much more bustling than I imagined."
Sith turned around and saw Robin wearing a straw hat and an old-fashioned dress, her delicate and fair features maintaining the ordinary appearance of "Olbia".
"It seems you've mastered your new ability quite well, Olvia."
Sith looked at her face and chuckled softly.
Not long ago, Sith returned to the village to celebrate Nami's birthday, and secretly taught Robin how to use Life Return, making it easier for her to disguise herself.
It's no wonder Robin is the woman who can tutor Nami; she can quickly master anything she does.
Robin smiled slightly and whispered:
"Thank you, Sith."
She had wanted to come to the Sabaody Archipelago for a long time, not for shopping, but to browse the antique bookstores.
As a place where "anything can be bought," the Sabaody Archipelago naturally possesses a wealth of historical documents, both legal and illegal, which are incredibly tempting to Robin.
But after living with Bellemere's family for a while, she unconsciously began to regard the mother and her two daughters as family, so she initially declined to travel together, worried that she would cause them trouble.
However, Sith still decided to bring her along.
"The Sabaody Archipelago is a mixed bag; nobody will care about the family of a mere rear admiral like you."
"Besides, helping you find historical documents is part of our deal, isn't it?"
That's what Sith said to her at the time.
After much hesitation, Robin finally agreed.
She felt vaguely uneasy. Her relationship with Sith was described as a "transaction," but Sith not only provided her with a lot of information about the stone tablet, but also gave her a "home" she had always dreamed of, things she had never dared to imagine before.
Robin no longer knows how to repay Sith.
As she was lost in thought, Nami and Nojiko cheered simultaneously:
"We're here!"
The warship slowly docked at the pier, where the navy personnel from the Sabaody Archipelago branch had already laid out a red carpet and lined up to wait, all eager to see what kind of person the legendary Sith was.
Sith said to Bellemere:
"Sister Bellemere, I'll go say hello to the branch colonel here first. You can show Nami and Nojiko around."
"Olbia said she has places she wants to go and that we shouldn't worry about her."
Bellemere patted his chest with a smile.
"Don't worry about your work, I'll take care of those two brats!"
After she finished speaking, she took Nami's hand in one hand and Nojiko's hand in the other and disembarked from the ship.
The Sith had already transferred ten million Berries into their account, enough to buy things for a while.
"See you later."
Robin playfully adjusted his straw hat, preparing to disembark as well.
"etc."
Sith suddenly called out to her and handed her a check.
"There are several million inside, why don't you go and buy something?"
Robin froze, speechless for a long time.
Since leaving O'Hara, it's been people trying to get money out of her; this is the first time someone has given her money!
Without a word, Sith shoved the check into her hand and laughed:
"Ask me if you need more."
Seeing that Sith was so sincere in giving it to him, Robin couldn't refuse, so he thanked her quietly and accepted it.
Those rare documents are often very expensive, and she really didn't have enough money.
"I will try my best to acquire as many valuable documents as possible, and I will let you know as soon as I find any new clues!"
Feeling obligated to accept a gift, she quickly assured Sith.
Sith chuckled nonchalantly:
"Now this is your money, there's no need to explain what you want to buy."
"It doesn't matter if it's literature, clothes, or anything a girl likes, as long as you're happy."
"Don't forget, we're partners."
Robin's gaze was somewhat unfocused, as if she were thinking about many things, and then she chuckled:
"Can I buy animal carcass specimens? I think they're quite cute."
Sith's lips twitched:
"Let's forget about that kind of thing!"
This girl is great in every way, except for her bizarre quirks, which are beyond redemption.
"Oh, it was just a little joke."
Robin stuck out his little tongue, turned around, and jogged off the ship.
"That's really naughty. He needs to be disciplined properly in the future."
Sith watched her retreating figure and smiled helplessly.
As he watched the women leave, he suddenly heard a scream from afar.
Looking over, Sith saw a beautiful woman on a commercial street on a distant island. She had unfortunately caught the eye of a Celestial Dragon and was kneeling down, begging him to spare her. However, she was quickly taken away by CP0.
Passersby either knelt on the ground, too afraid to speak, or pretended nothing had happened and hurried past.
This is everyday life in the Sabaody Archipelago.
