Naruto immediately formed hand seals and created a shadow clone.

The two Narutos stood side by side, one winking and the other grinning foolishly, creating a rather comical scene.

Hinata, who was standing to the side, had already witnessed Naruto's shadow clones, but seeing them again in person still stirred up waves of emotion within her.

If we're talking about who understands Naruto best in this world, it has to be her. After all, all those years of secretly watching him haven't been in vain.

Naruto spent four years at the Ninja Academy and struggled even with a simple shadow clone technique, yet now he can use the Shadow Clone Technique so skillfully.

She raised her head, her gaze subtly shifting to Qiu Shui, and a vague answer formed in her mind: it must have been Teacher Qiu Shui who taught her.

As soon as this thought arose, Hinata couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration.

Teacher Qiushui is really amazing.

Iruka-sensei taught him for four years and he still hadn't learned it, but Shusui-sensei had only been there for less than a week and had already learned a higher level of Shadow Clone Technique.

The training ground is surrounded by a large open space, even more spacious than the ninja academy's playground.

Qiu Shui led the two of them to run laps along the edge of the open space.

Although the ninjutsu rewarded by the system can be mastered directly, physical fitness cannot be improved overnight. He is not a top-notch healer like the Raikage of Kumogakure or Tsunade. In addition, ninjas are inherently fragile, and only by having a strong physique can he ensure that he can use them even if he is alive.

During the run, Qiushui would occasionally turn her head to observe Naruto's condition and offer guidance when appropriate: "Naruto, you always have a habit of sprinting at the beginning of a run, which is not right. You need to estimate your physical strength and allocate it reasonably, otherwise you will run out of energy later on."

As he ran, he adjusted his arm swing to demonstrate for Naruto: "And your running posture, look, the arm swing should be like mine, keep the rhythm steady, and you'll save more energy."

Naruto listened attentively, nodded, adjusted his posture as instructed, and ran down to follow the rhythm of Shusui.

After fifty laps, a look of surprise gradually appeared in Naruto's eyes.

He found that although he had run so far, he was not as tired and out of breath as usual.

Last time he ran fifty laps around the school, his legs felt weak after only half of it, but today he ran an even longer distance and was still able to keep going.

The method that Teacher Qiushui mentioned really works!

Hinata was also somewhat surprised.

She usually does a lot of physical training, and running a few hundred laps is not a difficult task for her. But today she felt different from usual. Her steps seemed lighter than usual, and her breathing was smoother than usual. It was as if her body was being gently supported by some force, making it much easier to run.

"Hinata, stand up straight, don't always run with your head down," Qiushui suddenly said.

He had noticed long ago that whenever Hinata and Naruto got even a little closer, she would unconsciously lower her head.

Hinata blushed, but still obediently raised her head and adjusted her posture as Qiushui had instructed.

Just then, a figure swiftly passed by them, stirring up a gentle breeze.

It's Uchiha Sasuke.

He was running across the training field at an extremely fast pace, his steps agile and his rhythm rapid. In no time, he had circled around Qiu Shui and the other two. As he passed by, he caught a glimpse of their "leisurely" steps out of the corner of his eye, and a slight smile crept onto his lips, a hint of undisguised smugness flashing in his eyes.

That's all there is to it.

He withdrew his gaze, pushed off with his feet, and increased his speed, quickly leaving the three far behind.

"Damn it." Naruto gritted his teeth in anger. Seeing Sasuke's arrogant look, he instinctively wanted to rush up and fight him. However, just as he lifted his toes, the words of Akisui-sensei echoed in his ears again.

He bit his lip, swallowing the impulse back down, and obediently continued running at the same pace as before, only his steps were a bit heavier than before, as if he were venting his anger on the ground.

"Why is Sasuke training here too?" Hinata blinked, a hint of doubt in her eyes.

She didn't see him when she arrived because he had gone to train elsewhere.

Two hours slipped by unnoticed as we walked.

Naruto and Hinata sat side by side on the lawn, their faces flushed as if they had just been pulled out of a steamer. Sweat trickled down their foreheads, forming large beads that dripped onto the blades of grass. Their chests heaved, and their heavy breathing rose and fell, neither of them having the strength to speak.

Qiu Shui stood to the side, calm and composed as if nothing had happened.

He himself was somewhat surprised. Although his body had fully developed, his years as a ninja had honed his physical abilities to the limit, and long-distance raids lasting several days and nights were commonplace for him.

But after running for nearly two hours and a full seventy kilometers, if it were his old physique, he would have been slightly out of breath by now. But now, not to mention out of breath, there was only a fine layer of sweat on his forehead. He guessed that obtaining five percent of the Otsutsuki bloodline had strengthened his physique to a certain extent, which was why he had such a change.

He looked down at Hinata and Naruto sitting on the ground. Seeing that their breathing was gradually calming down, he bent down, took out two bottles of electrolyte water from the bag at his feet, put one in each of their hands, and said, "Drink slowly, don't choke."

Naruto took the water bottle and gulped down half of it in one go, not even bothering to wipe the water running down his chin.

Hinata held the water bottle with both hands, bowed slightly, and said politely, "Thank you, Akisui-sensei."

Naruto paused for a moment upon hearing Hinata's words, then wiped his mouth and quickly added, "Thank you, Shusui-sensei!"

Qiu Shui couldn't help but smile and said, "No need to be so polite, get some rest."

He told the two to rest for twenty minutes, then turned and walked to the edge of the woods. He carefully selected two sturdy, thick trees with rough bark. After choosing them, he stood under the trees and examined them for a moment before nodding in satisfaction.

Twenty minutes passed quickly.

Qiu Shui walked back to the two of them and said, "For the next two hours, I will teach you how to precisely control the chakra within your body."

Naruto blinked, looking completely bewildered. Hinata also tilted her head slightly, a puzzled expression on her face.

Qiu Shui didn't explain further, and turned to walk towards one of the trees. He took a deep breath, his chakra slowly surging within him, and then he lifted his right foot, firmly stepping onto the tree trunk. He walked vertically upwards step by step as if walking on flat ground, his steps composed, as if gravity had no effect on him.

"Wow, that's amazing!" Naruto looked up, his eyes wide open, his mouth agape, his admiration written all over his face.
