Hogwarts: This holy light is righteously evil

Chapter 182 Voldemort Strikes Again

Chapter 182 Voldemort Strikes Again

"Let's go."

Puni looked at Qiu.

"I'll take you to see those guys outside the Forbidden Forest."

Autumn immediately perked up.

"Really?"

"Only go to the outer perimeter."

Puni added a sentence.

"Some things inside are a bit illogical, so I don't want you to see them for the time being."

"When you say that, it sounds like you've seen a lot of unreasonable things."

"really."

Qiu looked at him and didn't ask any more questions.

She knew that Puni was hiding a lot.

The Forbidden Forest, unicorns, Voldemort, those strange magical artifacts, and his occasional silences when he gazed into the distance.

It wasn't that she didn't want to know at all; it was just that she was willing to wait if Puni wasn't ready to give her some answers yet.

The two walked past Hagrid's hut and along the grassy slope at the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

Kua Kua emerged from behind the tree carrying a large bundle of moonshine moss, and quickened his pace upon seeing Puni.

"Master Puni, you've finally arrived!"

It hugged the moonspotted moss tightly to its chest.

Puni patted it on the shoulder.

"Thanks a lot."

She was so flattered that her ears perked up.

"This is something you should do quickly."

Not far away, the purple-horned beast was lying on a flat rock, basking in the sun.

It heard Puni's voice, raised its head, and its silvery-gray body swayed in the light.

Those purple horns were beautiful, not dazzling, but rather possessing a quiet, flowing magic.

It stood up, trotted over, and nuzzled Puni's hand with its nose.

Autumn slowly reached out her hand.

The purple-horned beast lowered its head, sniffed, and then snorted softly.

After a while, it pushed its forehead forward.

Puni said, "It lets you touch it."

Qiu then placed her hand on it.

The purple-horned beast's horns were warm, unlike stone or metal, but more like some kind of living magic.

The warmth traveled through her palm, making her feel much more relaxed.

Qiu stroked its neck again.

Puni led her forward.

The area outside the forbidden forest is not peaceful.

A Sniffy was hiding among the branches in the tree, secretly observing them while holding a Silver Sike that it had stolen from somewhere.

The hunchback peeked out from behind the bushes and saw Puni put down a few nuts before climbing out one by one.

In the distance, a hippogriff was preening its wings on the grass, with Buckbeak standing among them, its neck held high, looking as if no one should approach it easily.

Qiu watched intently.

She had seen these names in textbooks and heard professors explain them in class, but reading about them and actually standing in front of them are two completely different things.

Puni didn't rush to bring her closer to Bakbik, but first demonstrated the etiquette.

He stopped at a suitable distance and bowed in greeting.

Buckbeak stared at him for a few seconds, as if he thought the procedure was unnecessary, but finally lowered his eagle head and gave a response.

Puni turned to look at Qiu.

"They value respect. As long as you follow the rules, they will give you a chance."

Qiu nodded.

She walked up to another, younger, winged hippogriff and bowed respectfully.

The eagle-headed, horse-bodied, winged beast didn't move at first.

Autumn neither looked up nor urged him on.

Only when it finally lowered its head in return did she slowly approach and place her hand on the feathers on the side of its neck.

"It agreed."

Puni said.

Autumn's smile cannot be hidden.

Buckbeak stamped his front hoof beside him.

Puni looked over.

"Want to fly?"

Buckbeak shook its wings, as if in agreement.

Puni asked Qiu, "Want to give it a try?"

Qiu was taken aback.

"Now?"

"Now."

She looked at Buckbeak, then at the distant castle and Black Lake, her hesitation lasting only a short while.

"want."

Puni helped her sit down, and then sat behind her.

When Buckbeak spread its wings, the grass on the ground was bent low by the wind. The next moment, it pushed off the ground and took off.

Autumn began to grip her feathers tightly, her body taut and straight.

Once Buckbeak had risen above the Forbidden Forest, the wind swept past her, and the castle and lake unfolded before her eyes, she slowly relaxed.

"This is completely different from a broom."

Her voice was half-buried by the wind, but you could still hear the excitement in it.

"The brooms are like a race, and this one is really flying."

Puni laughed behind her.

Buckbeak circled over the Black Lake and finally returned to the edge of the Forbidden Forest before sunset.

When Qiu landed, she was a little reluctant to leave, and her hand lingered on Buckbeak's feathers for a while.

Looking at her, Puni suddenly realized that evenings like this were rare.

There was no Voldemort, no Philosopher's Stone, no trapdoor on the fourth floor, and none of Dumbledore's roundabout hints.

It's just the forbidden forest, the wind, and autumn.

The Quidditch season quickly moved to its final few games.

In the Ravenclaw vs. Slytherin match, Penny temporarily used a whistleless command.

After the four short whistles sounded, the players immediately understood that the entire game would no longer depend on the referee's rhythm, but would proceed solely based on team hand signals and on-the-spot judgment.

Slytherin fought fiercely at first.

They wanted to use physical confrontation and high-speed collisions to subdue Ravenclaw.

But Ravenclaw had practiced this situation before. The chasers weren't in a hurry to score, and the batters didn't swing wildly. They repeatedly hit the wandering ball into the most difficult positions.

Autumn flies very steadily.

The more anxious Slytherin Seekers became, the less anxious she became.

She didn't rush after every reflection, but instead scanned the high points of the stadium, the shadows of the stands, and the area below the clouds.

When the golden thief appeared, many people didn't even realize what was happening.

Qiu lowered her body and charged forward with the Light Wheel 2000.

The Slytherin Seeker saw her move and realized the Snitch had appeared, so he immediately gave chase.

But it was too late.

The two Ravenclaw batters coordinated perfectly, and a wandering ball flew from the side and struck the tip of the Slytherin Seeker's broom.

The man, broom and all, spun halfway through the air before plummeting downwards in a sorry state.

Autumn did not turn back.

She reached out and grabbed the golden thief.

The stands exploded.

Dumbledore sat in the teachers' seat and turned his head to look at Penny.

"You see, they do just fine even without you continuing to whistle to help them."

Puni had his hands in the pockets of his robe.

"Of course."

Dumbledore smiled.

"You're not humble at all."

"My teammates are great, not me, so why should I be humble?"

This statement was made very naturally.

Dumbledore didn't take the ball again, but just looked towards the pitch.

After Ravenclaw won this match, only the final match remained for the championship.

Gryffindor versus Ravenclaw.

Harry started hiding from Ravenclaw.

He was hiding very obviously.

Upon seeing the Ravenclaw team members in the distance in the corridor, he immediately turned around.

While Qiu was discussing tactics with his teammates in the auditorium, he took the plate to Ron's side.

Even when Puni called him, he pretended not to hear.

Ron was very supportive of this.

"Don't get too familiar with the opposing team's seeker before the final."

Hermione paused for a moment as she turned the pages of the book.

"They're not enemies."

"That's it in the game."

"So you're going to cut ties with Puni right now? He's Ravenclaw."

Ron choked.

Harry looked down as he cut the sausage, pretending not to hear.

Puni sat opposite them and watched Harry for a while.

"If you keep hiding, people will think you're scared."

Harry was startled.

"I don't!"

"Then let's keep it normal."

Harry paused for a moment, then whispered, "But we have a match soon."

"During the competition, everyone relies on their own abilities; outside of the competition, everyone should eat and enjoy life. If you can't even distinguish between these two things, what will you do when you encounter a real enemy? Will you even abandon your friends?"

Harry was speechless.

Hermione nodded.

That makes sense.

Ron glanced at Hermione, then at Penny.

"Did you two plan this beforehand?"

Puni ignored him.

On the other hand, Draco was in a worse mood than Harry.

Slytherin missed out on the championship, and his face remained gloomy for several days.

Ironically, this unwillingness to accept defeat made him even stronger in the duel.

In their after-class sparring sessions, he won more often than he lost to Harry, and his ability to connect the Stunning Charm and Leg-Locking Charm was much faster than before.

Ron suspected he had drunk an amplification potion.

Puni directly denied it.

"There is no such potion."

How do you know you don't?

"If I had, I would have drunk it already."

Ron thought about it and found the reason very convincing.

Hermione added, "The source of magic isn't pumpkin juice; you can't just drink a glass and get more."

Well, actually, there really is such a thing; he can get it just by writing in his diary.

Harry looked at Draco in the distance, still somewhat unconvinced.

Puni said, "He didn't rely on medicine; he was just too unwilling to accept it, and his emotions drove the magic to its limit."

"Can anger make magic stronger?"

"Yes, but it's not stable."

Puni looked at Harry.

"Your protective charms and guardian charms weren't created by calmness. Magic and emotions are inherently intertwined; it's just that some people use love, some use anger, and some use fear."

Hermione seemed to be deep in thought.

Harry asked in a low voice, "And what about you?"

Puni smiled.

"I need money."

Ron almost choked on the pumpkin juice.

Puni offered no explanation.

Some secrets don't need to be told.

His magic, soul energy, candy, holy light magic, fire dragons, elemental crystals, and those strange spells that he disassembled and then reassembled are not things that can be explained in a few words.

Time passed gradually.

Hagrid's dragon has become very big.

Puni decided to move it to his own estate.

Hagrid agreed.

night.

The wind was cold on the clearing on the cliff at the edge of the forbidden forest.

Norbert had been calmed down and was quickly standing nearby with a bag of food. Hagrid stood far away with red eyes, afraid that he would regret it if he got too close.

Puni confirmed the teleportation coordinates and was just about to activate spatial magic when a chill suddenly pressed down on him from behind.

He didn't turn around.

The body moves first.

Two wands fell into his hands at the same time, magic swept across the ground, and the stone wall suddenly rose up.

Three giant rocks came crashing down from the darkness.

The first stone wall was shattered, and the second stone wall barely managed to withstand the impact.

But white sparks quickly appeared on the surface of the boulder, and the minerals inside were ignited by the alchemical flames.

The explosion was suppressed by the silencing barrier and did not reach the direction of the castle.

The flames engulfed half of the open space.

Hagrid lunged forward in fright, and Puni's voice came from the other side of the smoke and dust.

"Don't come any closer."

The gray fog dissipated.

Puni stood on the other side, his robe slightly burned and curled, but his face showed no sign of panic.

Voldemort emerged from the darkness.

This time, it wasn't the parasitic remnant soul on Quirrell's head.

Using the remaining power of the Philosopher's Stone, unicorn blood, and some kind of temporary alchemy, he briefly pieced together a nearly complete body.

It is very unstable.

But it was dangerous enough.

"Are you going to take my dragon away?"

Voldemort glanced at Norbert, his eyes chillingly cold.

Puni laughed instead.

"Your dragon?"

He glanced back at Norbert.

"Did you ask it?"

Voldemort did not answer.

Puni continued, "Tom, you have a serious problem. You think everything you see should belong to you. The Philosopher's Stone is yours, Hogwarts is yours, the Basilisk is yours, and now even the dragon Hagrid raised is yours."

Voldemort's eyes darkened.

"Don't call me by that name."

"Tom?"

Puni nodded seriously.

"Okay, Tom."

Voldemort raised his hand and cast a killing curse.

The green light flew past Puni's shoulder and struck the rocks in the distance.

Puni didn't move far away, he just turned to the side to avoid it.

"So urgent?"

He raised his wand, and the gray mist dissipated from beneath his feet, causing the figure to vanish instantly.

Voldemort immediately transformed into black mist and moved.

The next second, an icy blue dragon's breath blasted in from the side.

Half a dragon's head emerged from the hidden space, and a breath of icy dragon breath froze the shield in front of Voldemort.

Voldemort raised his hand to add two more layers of defense, and was about to use Apparition to create distance when he heard Puni chanting a spell in a low voice.

"Spatial anchoring".

Invisible anchor points spread out like an invisible net, capturing the cliffs, woodlands, slopes, and the wet mud outside Hagrid's cabin.

All teleportation routes within 100 meters were locked.

Voldemort's black mist paused for a moment.

He quickly regained his balance and his gaze fell on the elemental crystal in Puni's hand.

"You use external energy sources?"

"Otherwise what?"

Puni tossed the crystal into the air and caught it.

"I'm not stupid. Do I look like someone who's that frugal, trying to withstand a hundred meters of Phantom Shift all by myself?"

Voldemort's expression turned even uglier.

He hated this flippant attitude.

Puni had clearly spent an extremely high price to set up a restriction against him, but it was as if he were playing a pre-arranged game.

"You think you can trap me like this?"

"cannot."

Puni is very honest.

"You can fly, cast spells without a staff, use black magic, and perform alchemical tricks; a single restriction is certainly not enough."

Voldemort was about to sneer.

"So there's also this."

A silvery-white light emanated from the tip of the staff.

A unicorn Pegasus appeared, riding on light, its wings spread, and flew in a circle above the cliff.

The dark green magical smoke was dispersed by the CD player on its body as soon as it got close.

Voldemort stared at the Patronus, and his expression finally changed.

"you?"

For the first time, his voice clearly showed his incomprehension.

Puni looked at him.

"What, are you surprised?"

Voldemort said coldly, "You have been tainted by darkness; you should not have summoned such a thing."

"You're not the Sorting Hat, so don't try to judge me."

Puni raised his hand, and the Pegasus landed beside him, its light forcing the surrounding black energy to retreat.

"I know dark magic, and I know holy light magic. Who says I can't know one if I know the other?"

Voldemort did not make a move immediately.

He was genuinely confused.

How could a boy who has long studied black magic, raised fire dragons, fought with restrictions and alchemical crystals, and even used black magic without hesitation release such a pure guardian spirit?

This doesn't align with his understanding.
