More than three thousand years ago, there was a country in the world called Kanla Khan.

The rulers divided different races into classes, with elves being the most noble, followed by demi-humans, then animals with citizenship, and finally humans.

Most of humanity lived under oppression until one day, four individuals who could use magic suddenly appeared in the human population.

They are Aro Bimissa, son of a merchant; Merun, son of a blacksmith; Aino, a beggar; and Lobe, a prostitute.

This strange magic took root in their bodies and continued to grow.

The four then joined forces with all of humanity to launch a counterattack on the kingdom. With the help of magic, Kanlahan's army was quickly annihilated, and the four led humanity to successfully overthrow the rule.

However, under the corrosive influence of power, the obsession with the throne caused the four to turn against each other, and the kingdom split into four factions that waged a long war.

In the end, Yarrow Bimbisara emerged victorious, killing the other three, ascending the throne, and spreading his magic throughout the world.

……

Molen recounted the history he knew to Sharred, who remained stunned for a long time before recovering.

"Is this fake? Should I really believe the words of an evil god?... " Shared murmured to himself.

Although he was not a follower of the Yaro religion, he had been influenced by his surroundings since childhood and had developed some faith in the Holy Emperor.

Now one of the world's greatest heresies is right in front of him, overturning the history he has read in the scriptures since childhood. Despite a warning in his heart, he still feels as if he is drowning and has difficulty breathing.

"Can I write it down?" Shared asked.

Molen granted his request, releasing the flesh whip that was binding Sharred's right hand, and even thoughtfully placed a flesh board in front of him so that he could write on it.

"What's with the castle outside? Did you build it?" Norn had regained his senses by now. Seeing that Morren's attitude had softened, he decided to ask him some more questions to keep him calm.

"A castle? Is there a castle outside? I don't know, I can only vaguely sense the presence outside," Moron replied.

"That castle is exactly the same as the one built by the Kham Khanate. I thought you had those skeletons build it for you," Shared said as he wrote.

"Oh, I remember now." Moron's voice softened. "My lifelong dream has always been to become king and live in a castle. During the time I was a blacksmith in the city, I gazed at that magnificent castle almost every day..."

Norn then recalled the giant hand he encountered on the eighth floor of the Rotten River Underground City. It kept producing Barnabas IIs to find food and then sent them back to the giant hand to be eaten. Could this also be a sign of something?

The underground city of the Decaying River was transformed from Aino, a beggar. Could this be a manifestation of his appetite? Does every evil god reflect their inner desires in the depths of the underground city?

At this point, Meren asked, "It's your turn. You should tell me what that bastard Bimissa did after we died."

"Of course, I'm very familiar with this history, but before that, could you please let us down?"

"Hmph, you actually dare to negotiate with me." Moron said this, but still did as he was told.

Several fleshy whips wrapped around Norn and his men, then threw them onto the fleshy ground.

Norn and Arno were in the same condition as Sharred; most of their clothes were corroded, especially Arno's.

His expensive clothes were reduced to just a few slightly stiff leather strips, completely exposing his black skin covered in white cracks, and the iron mask on his face looked much older due to the rust.

Sharred wasn't too surprised to see Arno's true form; from the moment it unleashed red lightning, he had sensed Arno's close connection to dark magic.

"Homan, is there any more porridge in your backpack? Take some out and have some," Shared said.

Norn took off his backpack, which was already riddled with holes, and pulled out the only remaining bag of gruel inside.

"No water? Are we just going to eat dry?" Norn rummaged through his bag but couldn't find a water pouch.

"Hmm." Shared took the paste, peeled it open, scooped out a piece, and put it in his mouth, making a crunching sound.

"Why are you eating? Tell me quickly." Moron controlled a hideous fleshy creature with facial features and walked up to the two of them.

Shared swallowed hard and began to recount the history recorded in the holy book.

The background described in the Holy Scriptures is largely the same as what Merun said: humanity is deeply mired in the oppression of the Khan.

Bimbisara, the son of a wealthy merchant, abandoned his privileged life, sold his possessions, and led humanity in a rebellion against the kingdom.

The rebellion ultimately failed, and Bimbisara, as the leader of the rebels, was imprisoned.

The ruler told him that he had committed heinous crimes and that all those who had been with him would be tortured.

Bimbisara decisively proposed to take all the sins upon himself and pay for them all.

So the ruler summoned the world's best executioners and doctors, and tortured him day after day with every cruel and inhuman torture imaginable.

His screams shook heaven and earth, and even some of the executioners committed suicide out of guilt, but Bimbisara never went back on his word.

Inspired by his spirit, a second human uprising broke out, ultimately overthrowing the dynasty.

The crowd carried the unrecognizable Bimissa out of the prison and ended his suffering with a golden dagger.

After his death, Bimbisara ascended to godhood, bestowed magic upon the world, and killed the three evil gods who were ravaging it.

He was revered as the Holy Emperor, and the Aro religion was born from this...

"Hahaha! What a load of bull! This bastard really knows how to make things up! Hahaha!"

This story, which would have moved any follower of the Yaro religion to tears, was a hilarious joke to Mereen, who was so amused that he couldn't say anything else for a long time.

"Do you think this is funny? Even if it's fake, the characters portrayed in the story are still worthy of respect." Shared looked displeased.

"If you knew what Bimissa was really like, you'd laugh even harder than I do when you hear this! And I'm telling you, remember this: that guy Bimissa likes male demi-humans, especially kobolds!"

Although Shared was dissatisfied, this was exactly the effect he wanted to achieve.

He tucked the pen back into his tattered clothes and sighed, "What's the point of writing this down? We can't get out of here anyway, and no one will see it."

"If we told those believers about this, heaven knows how angry they would be."

Mo Lun's laughter stopped. "Heh, so you had this plan all along."

"How about it? Let us out, and I'll spread what you just said to the outside world."

"You can leave, but they have to stay." Morren pointed at Norn and the others. "If I let you go after injuring me like this, where will I put my face?"

"That won't do. I can't go back alone," Shared said seriously. "Think about it again."
