puff~

Suddenly, Joso felt a surge of heat rush to his face, and his features shriveled up from the stench.

"Baron, did you just fart?!"

"Nonsense, did you hear that?"

"I'm afraid of people like you who talk the talk but don't walk the walk."

The three people crawled on their stomachs, struggling to move forward through the confined passage of flesh.

Norn led the way, and after crawling for a long time, the space around him finally became much more spacious, to the point where he could stand up straight.

"Phew, I can finally stand up," Joso said, brushing his long, sticky hair aside.

After exiting the cave entrance, they arrived at an extremely spacious area.

Joso moved the ball of light around him, revealing the enormous teeth that stood like mountains on either side.

"This looks like the giant's mouth." Baron's gaze followed the ball of light, landing on the small, wobbly tongue above his head. He pointed and said, "Striking that thing should make the giant spit us out!"

"I'll do it, you guys get ready." Josso pulled out his wand and fired a large fireball at the giant little tongue.

The fireball gradually shrank in the field of vision, and by the time it reached the target, it was so small that it was almost invisible.

"Will this attack really work... Oh oh oh!" Baron had barely finished speaking when his tongue began to tremble violently.

The next second, a long, deep sound came from behind them, followed by an extremely powerful gust of air that blew the three of them away on the spot.

"Hold your breath! Hold your breath!" Norn saw the two rows of teeth in front of him slowly open, and the dark blue seawater rushed in.

The airflow carried the three of them head-on into the seawater, and they were instantly swallowed up by the seawater and then spat out by the giant along with the seawater.

The once calm sea surface instantly caved in due to the massive disappearance of seawater, forming a crater. Then, the gushing seawater formed a seamount.

After everything calmed down, three heads emerged from the sea.

The three bladders hanging around Norn's neck caused him to bob up and down on the sea.

"Haha! Haha! Success! Brother Norn, where's your octopus?" Baron asked, choking on some water.

Norn squinted at the purple mass of flesh and the countless tentacles on the island: "There it is, let's swim over!"

The three slowly moved toward the island. The moment they reached the area under the Demon God's decree, the monstrous octopus that was catching food in the sea with its tentacles on the shore froze, then stretched out countless tentacles toward the three.

The tentacles wrapped around them and placed them on the octopus's head.

"This is incredible..." Joso took off the bladder pouch from his neck and touched the grotesque octopus's smooth skin in disbelief.

"My God, Brother Norn, if you can control even this monster, then you can kill as many monsters as you want on the sixth floor!"

Baron thought it was outrageous just by looking at it. Barnabas, the raging flame bear, and all sorts of high-level monsters that adventurers would have to prepare for a long time before daring to fight were a piece of cake for this kid.

"For the sake of you giving us a ride across the sea, I'll give you a piece of advice: remember to keep your strength hidden. Don't try to take on all the tasks yourself, or you'll definitely get yourself into trouble. Of course, I doubt you'll actually do that."

Joso glanced at Norn's equally bulging backpack.

"That's right, once I get out of here, I won't be an adventurer anymore," Norn replied.

In the royal capital of Baserne, a magnificent carriage pulled by two mixed-breed unicorns stopped in front of the palace gates.

The soldiers guarding the gate knew that the person in the car must be a very important person, because purebred unicorns are extremely rare and nearly extinct.

Even hybrid unicorns are extremely rare. After the Kingdom of Eaton defeated the northern Demi-human Federation, the Federation sent twenty-four hybrid unicorns as compensation. From then on, all the unicorns in the world became the property of the Kingdom of Eaton.

The hybrid unicorn also became the national chariot of the Kingdom of Eton, and only nobles of duke rank and above were entitled to ride in this carriage.

Therefore, the soldiers shook off their fatigue, straightened their backs, and tried to greet this important figure in the best possible condition.

The person who stepped out of the carriage was none other than Louisa Scalander, hailed as the kingdom's most talented magician, the "Female Dante."

"I'm very sorry to have disturbed your holiday, Louisa. The kingdom has a very urgent matter to ask of you," said Dorkina, personally pouring Louisa a cup of tea.

"Is it about those rebels again?" Louisa asked, taking a sip of tea.

Dodkina nodded: "These people are stronger than we thought. The rebels we wiped out last time were not their main force at all."

"A week ago, the kingdom received a letter from Duke Melisandre pleading for help. A group of rebels suddenly appeared in her territory, and Melisandre was surrounded in the city. She managed to send the letter out with great difficulty."

"When the kingdom's reinforcements arrived at the castle, Melisandre's body had already been cut into five pieces and hung on the city wall. It is said that the castle was breached because the soldiers guarding the castle mutinied."

Louisa: "It seems the reinforcements haven't defeated the rebels either."

Dorkina: "They have very powerful dark mages, and the reinforcements were forced to retreat after suffering heavy casualties."

Louisa: "I understand, I'm ready to go anytime."

"That's great, but considering that you were previously infected by the madness, the kingdom has decided to send you an additional helper."

As soon as she finished speaking, Louisa suddenly felt someone appear behind her.

Looking back, a gaunt man dressed in a black robe, with pale skin and one blood-red eye, appeared accompanied by a wisp of black smoke.

"It is a great honor to meet you, beautiful and powerful Lady Louisa. My name is Falai Moore."

The man bowed slightly to Louisa, his voice chilling and unsettling.

"Falai is a dark magician under Duke Angre, and he has a deep understanding of dark magic. If it's the same madness poison as before, he has a way to cure you," Dorkina explained.

"A dark magician!? Isn't that the one the kingdom has been searching for..."

"The laws have changed. There are many kinds of black magicians, and the kingdom has realized that it is unfair to condemn them all," Dorkina replied.

Louisa knew that this was not the main reason. She guessed that the kingdom had decided to recruit some black magicians to serve it after witnessing the terror of black magic.

Moreover, these dark magicians could not possibly stay in the kingdom for long. To the theocracy, they were absolute heretics, and the theocracy would never allow the kingdom to harbor them. Once they were done with them, the kingdom would likely kick them aside.

"I understand, nice to meet you, Mr. Falley." Louisa stood up and turned to extend her hand to Falley.

Falae's two eyes, one red and one black, were fixed on Louisa's soft little hand. His heart was pounding, and he reached out and took her hand.

"I will never wash this hand again in my life..." Farai thought to himself.
