Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds: The Path of Evolution

"Activate the face-down card to enhance revival!"

"I can choose a Level 4 or lower monster from my Graveyard and revive it to the field!!"

"What I want to resurrect is the Primal Knight of Nuclear Formation!"

Flames roared up, and a shadow emerged from the flames, rapidly expanding until it transformed into a centaur warrior that cleaved through the fire.

It cried out loudly, exhilarated by its rebirth.

"I activate the effect of the Primal Knight: I Special Summon one Primal Knight from my Deck!"

"Then, liberate the nuclear-armored soldiers. I need my superiors to summon—the Nuclear City Lord!"

Golden lightning exploded, and a dense energy shockwave tore through the clouds, revealing a golden void. A massive blue mech descended from the sky, crashing to the ground with a clanging sound of mechanical operation.

The massive, tooth-like structures on his shoulder armor trembled as he leaped at high speed across the rooftops of abandoned buildings by the roadside, his mechanical head's gaze locked in a distant confrontation with the calamity insects.

This machine is a Warrior type. Although it's quite strange, that's how the race is determined in Yu-Gi-Oh!.

Guan Bai raised an eyebrow, recalling the effects of this nuclear monster.

Lun Shanqing doesn't have Guan Bai's relaxed attitude; all he wants to do now is take revenge!

"Activating the effect of the Lord of the Core: When it is Tribute Summoned, I can destroy up to two cards on your field!"

"What I've chosen to destroy are your Plague Worms and the face-down cards from your last turn!"

The City Lord of Nuclear City raised the massive cannons on both hands, and the red-hot beams illuminated the night sky, turning everything in sight into pure white.

The flames drew closer, clearing out Guan Bai's entire territory!

The calamity insect was engulfed by flames and turned into fragments, while the destroyed face card was none other than Dimensional Confinement.

It's supposed to be a bomb effect upon its debut? Not bad.

Guan Bai opened the cover card directly.

"Activate the last Faceless Void card, Cry of the Living Dead! Special Summon my Plague Worm to the field in Attack Position."

"The undead have returned!"

The ground cracked open, and the calamity insects' sharp legs tore a large hole in the road, from which they leaped out!

[Allied Forces of Justice - Cataclysm]

[Five-star] 2200/1700

"What?!"

Originally, Lunshan Qing planned to kill the Duel Killer in this round, but unexpectedly, Guan Bai also had Su Sheng's face card.

He couldn't finish the job this round, but he was determined to inflict heavy damage on this hateful dueling assassin!

"Activate the second Trap Card, Mythical Beast Horn."

"Equip it to the Primal Knight, increasing its ATK by 800, and when it destroys a monster in battle, it allows me to draw a card!"

【Nuclear Primal Knight】

[Four-star] 2000/1500→2800/1500

With 600+2800 combat damage, he could easily defeat the Duel Assassin!

"Nuclear City Lord, attack the Allied Forces - Cataclysm!"

As expected, they attacked directly. Let's give the calamity worm a surprise!

Guan Bai explained in a hoarse, teasing voice.

"The effect of the Calamity Worm activates during the Damage Step when battling a non-DARK monster, destroying that monster."

"Your core-type city lord is of the earth attribute, therefore its attacks are useless!"

"Fight back, you calamity insects! Justice will be annihilated!"

Before the City Lord of Nuclear City could even react, the giant mechanical arm's hammer crushed through the floors and slammed down on the calamity worms.

However, the single eye on the head of the calamity insect lit up with a black and red light, and a ray shot straight through the sky!

The city lord's body was pierced and exploded!

With the ace monster defeated, Lunshan Qing's expression became even uglier.

He doesn't believe in superstitions.

"Damn it, if that's the case, then I still have one more monster!!"

He refused to believe that the effects of this calamity worm could be used indefinitely!

Such a powerful effect must have its flaws!

"Nuclear Primal Knight, attack the Cataclysmic Worms!"

"The effect of the plague bugs!"

"What?! Such an outrageous effect, and there's not even a limit of once per round?!"

You're right, but this is an ultimate combat weapon developed by the Allied Forces of Justice...

Therefore, its effect is certainly not once per round!

Otherwise, how could he dare to call himself the King of Fighting in Synchronous Mode?

Guan Bai reversed the car and waved sharply in the direction of Lun Shanqing!

"My duel has been three steps ahead of yours from the very beginning!"

"Disaster bugs, justice will perish!"

The Calamity Worm emitted a black and red death beam once more, annihilating the last monster on the Rinzan Blue Field.

With the demise of the original knight, the sounds of enhanced resurrection and the explosion of the phantom beast horn rang out, signifying the complete defeat of Rinshan Qing.

Clear your hand and the board!

Trembling...

The humiliation and fear of defeat destroyed his sanity, rendering him unable to speak.

Violence lovers are about to be crushed by even greater violence!

Guan Bai thoughtfully begins his turn.

"My turn!"

[Kanpaku SPC: 5→6] [Wayama Ao SPC: 1→2]

"Allied Forces of Justice - Cataclysm, attack directly!"

The calamity insect raised its legs, and the sharp, golden foot blades, like executioner's guillotine, pronounced Lunshan Qing's final fate.

This time, his Series D funding round will never be profitable again!

"Aaaaaah!!!"

The explosion was followed by screams that echoed in the night in the satellite area.

【Lunshanqing LP: 1500→0】

[Defeat an elite duelist to receive 5 Dragon Rider themed card packs and 5 Magic themed card packs]

The D-wheel spewed out a large amount of airflow, and its speed dropped to zero in just one second. The already overburdened Lunshanqing finally lost control.

The D-wheel overturned, streaking across the road and crashing violently into a roadside building, sending up thick smoke from the explosion.

Lunshan Qing collapsed to the ground in pain, struggling to get up by supporting himself on his arms.

But he only managed a few labored breaths before losing consciousness.

Guan Bai also slowed down, turned around, and parked the car not far in front of Lun Shanqing.

It has to be said that the physical constitution of people in the Yu-Gi-Oh! world is truly remarkable.

Despite such a violent impact, it only looks like there are a few bloody cuts, and when I checked his breathing, there was still some breath left!

Guan Bai knew he couldn't be as thick-skinned as Lunshan Qing, so he should try his best not to crash in the future!

The card box was found on Rinshan Qing and his D-Wheel, and Kanpaku opened it briefly to take a look.

Needless to say, the core cards that fill the slots are important, but the key cards are the high-speed spells and traps.

The cards that Rinzan Ao used earlier, such as those that boost pressure and summon speed, can be added to Kanpaku's deck.

Death Accelerator, High-Speed Storm... and even an Angel's Scepter!

This thing is like a mini-heavenly spell in high-speed magic, drawing two cards and discarding one, its effect is maxed out!

Although its effect is weaker than that of Angel, it is still an ultimate valuable card that combines card draw filtering and graveyard stacking.

Without even thinking, just put it into the deck.

After finishing his business as a duelist, Kanpaku searched Rinyama Ao more thoroughly.

Sure enough, Guan Bai found a map showing the Gear Gang's newest headquarters.

Since we're already here, why not strike while the iron is hot and launch a surprise attack on the Gear Gang headquarters?

When dealing with gangsters, we absolutely refuse to show any martial ethics!

Now, Kanpaku can attack or retreat at will, and is completely fearless!

Mounting the D-wheel, Kanpaku accelerated eastward towards the city.

Red light flashed through the streets and alleys of the satellite district, like electrons jumping and passing through an electrical circuit.

Gear Gang, we've arrived!
