Alien invasion? Luckily, I'm Superman.

Chapter 108 The Justice League Arrives!

Su Mo gently tapped the X metal in his hand, and the unique vibration spread out like ripples, passing through the world furnace, through the invisible barriers between different dimensions, and echoing throughout the entire multiverse.

On Earth, Steelbone, who was fighting against the invasion of the Dark Multiverse, suddenly trembled. He heard that voice and followed the Dark Legion's portal to the World Forge.

"Hmm, trying to outnumber us?" Cyborg Victor raised his head, a confident smile playing on his lips. His metal hands clasped together in front of his chest, and the blue light of the Mother Box exploded from his palms. "Did you even ask me, Cyborg? Now you're facing—a million Cyborgs! Baby."

Following the coordinates of the portal left by the Dark Knights, he suddenly opened the Mother Box's sonic portal. A blue energy vortex opened in the void, and members of the Justice League rushed out of the portal and entered the battlefield.

The Justice League members who arrived at the scene engaged in a fierce battle with Nightmare Batman.

The battle was massive, and the entire surface of the furnace was shaking.

"Steelbow, how's the process of collecting N metal going?" Su Mo flew to his side and asked.

Cyborg's expression turned serious, a hint of helplessness in his voice: "It went smoothly. Except for Hal's side, that metal cannon was activated. All the members of the Dark Knights were gathered there, and Hal and his group couldn't withstand it. In the end, Earth was dragged into darkness."

Su Mo frowned, then nodded, her tone calm: "Okay, I understand. Now it's the final moment."

Superman rushed out the moment the Justice League appeared, his silver-white X-metal armor reflecting the dark red glow of the furnace.

His fist slammed into the chest of the Firestorm Batman, sending him flying dozens of meters back. He fought alongside Wonder Woman and The Flash, the three working in perfect harmony to tear a gap in the Dark Knights' formation.

"I'm not late, am I, Su Mo?" A small, golden-red spaceship emerged from the void. Bobo the gorilla stood in the cockpit at the bow, waving one hand high and sporting a hearty smile on his furry face.

"And Barbatos, the other Earths have seen your evil Batman, so we've come to wipe out this filth." With a wave of his hand, Popo opened the spaceship's hatch, and superheroes from other Earths poured out like a tide.

Running at the front were several different versions of Batman: a vampire Batman in medieval armor, an animal-shaped Batman, and a Batman in the classic blue uniform.

They swarmed onto Barbatos's massive dragon body and began to gang up on the god of darkness.

Su Mo watched this scene in silence, secretly marveling: As expected of DC's father, a few ordinary people can fight Barbatos, impressive.

Barbatos was getting annoyed by the harassment. He flapped his huge dragon wings and flung several Batmen off him, but more Batmen jumped out of the spaceship and clung to his scales.

He could no longer contain himself and roared, "My dark army, launch a full-scale attack! Annihilate them!"

With his command, the dark army and forces from the dark cosmic strongholds that were still ravaging cities around the world poured into the World Furnace through the portal.

Countless Robin Hounds, Nightmare Monsters, and twisted superhero variants poured out of the portal, covering the surface of the furnace in a dark mass. Meanwhile, the multiverse alliance led by Polnareff jumped out of the spaceship and clashed head-on with the dark army, the battle cries deafening.

Batman from the main universe seized the opportunity. He ducked to avoid the bite of a clown dragon, punched it in the nose, and in the moment of its dizziness, he flipped over and climbed onto its back, grabbed its pair of huge, pale white ears, and pulled hard like a rider pulling on reins.

The clown dragon roared as it rose, carrying Batman high into the sky.

Batman pulled out several batarangs, freshly shaped from X-metal, from his waist. The silver blades flashed in his palm, and he hurled them.

The batarangs accurately struck the Justice League members who were being suppressed by Nightmare Batman: Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, and Green Lantern.

The darts pierced their armor or skin, and the luster of the X metal seeped into their equipment and bodies like water.

"X Metal is a metal produced by the world's furnace, containing infinite pure possibilities." Batman's voice came through Cyborg's Mother Box channel to everyone's ears. "This metal can take any shape as desired and can be armed into anything the wearer wishes. Of course, the process may be a little painful."

Cyborg's Mother Box allows most of those present to share the same communication channel, with Batman and Cyborg in control of the situation.

Batman issued tactical orders one by one, and Cyborg projected the real-time situation on the battlefield into everyone's minds. The gears of war began to turn in favor of the side of justice, and the casualty rate was reduced to a minimum.

Su Mo wasn't idle either. He hovered above the battlefield, his hands outstretched, cradling the nascent form of the newly forged Light Magic Dimension in his palms.

The silvery-white X-metal core emitted a soft light, and the magic of light within it surged from the dimension, transforming into countless golden threads of light that wrapped around each superhero.

With buffs like power enhancement, darkness purification, and wound healing, Su Mo's buffs swept across the entire battlefield like a tidal wave.

Light magic is extremely effective against Barbatos's Dark Multiverse Alliance.

The Robin Hounds let out piercing screams the moment they were touched by the light threads, and their bodies emitted black smoke as if they were on fire.

The dark, shadowy outer shell of the Nightmare Monster began to peel away, being purified.

Barbatos noticed Su Mo. His giant eyes locked onto the figure hovering high above the chaotic battle. With a flick of his dragon claw, he ordered Barbatos's Dragonhawk Man, Carter: "Kill that glowing person!"

Carter's massive dragon body soared into the air, and his giant metal hammer, accompanied by a heavy whistling sound, crashed down on Su Mo.

But the Su Mo of today is not the same Su Mo of a few hours ago. X-metal has strengthened his body, and the nascent form of the Light Magic Dimension provides him with a continuous source of energy.

He sidestepped the hammer's trajectory, clenched his right fist, and a dense coating of silvery-white X-metal luster condensed on the surface of his fist before slamming his fist into Carter's chest.

Boom! A loud explosion.

Carter's massive body was sent flying backward as if hit by a planet, his dragon wings flapping wildly in the air as he barely managed to regain his balance.

Su Mo gave him no chance to catch his breath. He instantly flew in front of Carter, placed his hands on either side of Carter's temples, and the silvery-white X-metal liquid seeped into Carter's skin from his palms.

X-Metal has limitless possibilities; it can do almost anything you want, including freeing Carter from Barbatos's control.

Carter's pupils dilated sharply, the dark red flames in his eyes slowly extinguished, and his vision cleared. He looked down at his mutated hands covered in scales, and memories flooded back like a tide.

He remembered how he was captured by Barbatos, how he was corrupted by dark energy, and how he lost his mind and became the Barbatos dragon.

A suppressed roar of pain and rage escaped his throat. He abruptly raised his head, lifted the giant hammer, his arm muscles bulging, and swung the hammerhead fiercely at Barbatos' jaw.

The metal collided with the dragon scales, creating a dazzling spark. Barbatos's massive head snapped back, and his entire body was sent flying by the hammer blow, carving a long furrow in the ground.

"No—! You traitor!!" Barbatos roared furiously as he climbed out of the rubble.

His gaze swept across the battlefield. The Dark Knights were in retreat, the multiverse alliance was growing stronger, and reinforcements brought by Popo were still jumping off the spaceship in droves.

His voice held a hint of panic as he cried out, "Activate the final plan! My beloved knight!"

No one responded to him.

Barbatos paused for a moment, then remembered that his beloved knight—the Batman Who Laughs—had already betrayed him. He immediately changed his words, saying, "Foolish Owl! Activate the final plan!"

Deep in the shadows of the world's melting pot, in an unknown corner of the earth, a massive mechanical device slowly begins to operate.

It was a structure similar to a hydraulic press, with the brain of the Anti-Monitor pressed on top and the last Monitor of the multiverse imprisoned below, the brother of the World Maker, the only one of the three Genesis Brothers who was still conscious.

"Why did you do this?" The monitor, strapped to a metal chair, spoke calmly, without fear, only a weary understanding.

The Foolish Owl stood in front of the control panel, his finger hovering above the start button. His face was hidden behind the Night Owl mask, but the resentment in his voice was clear: "Because of your existence! Why can you so-called gods be high above, looking down on all living beings, while we can only struggle in this dark quagmire?"

My Gotham, in the Dark Multiverse, was destroyed long ago, crushed by the forces of the Anti-Monitor. My Gotham, my world, everything I had—! Gone!

His finger slammed down the button, the gears began to turn, the hydraulic arm slowly pressed down, the anti-surveillance brain began to descend, and the device emitted a low hum.

This owl was the same owl from one of the universes destroyed by the Anti-Monitor clone that Su Mo had encountered.

In the final moments before destruction, the Court of Owls of that universe initiated a ritual to communicate with Barbatos, and the night owl was saved by Barbatos at the last moment.

It was at that time that the Anti-Monitor clones realized that the creators of their brother worlds were dead, and they finally came to their senses.

"Go to hell! You inferior imitator of Batman!" Su Mo's figure burst out from the rock strata, his fist wrapped in silver-white X-metal light, and slammed into the mask of the Foolish Owl.

The Foolish Owl was sent flying, crashing into the control panel and sliding to the ground.

As someone who had read the comics, he naturally knew about this world-destroying device. If it were successfully activated, the consequences would be unimaginable. The entire matter universe and antimatter universe would be destroyed, leaving only the Dark Multiverse. Unless the Flash sacrificed himself, the world could not be saved.

Su Mo didn't even glance at the Foolish Owl. He turned around, grabbed the metal back of the chair restraining the monitor with both hands, and yanked it sharply, snapping the alloy chains like noodles. He pulled the monitor off the chair and placed him on a chair to the side.

Then his gaze fell on the brain of the anti-monitor.

The grayish-red brain tissue was exposed, with faint energy fluctuations still remaining on its surface. Although it was only a part of the Anti-Monitor, it contained the power of the Creator Clan.

For the symbiote, this was no ordinary food; it was a rare delicacy, a once-in-a-millennium treat. Pudding stirred wildly within Su Mo's body, eager and thirsty.

With a thought, Su Mo sent Pudding's black tentacles out from his palm, instantly piercing the anti-monitor's brain.

Pudding let out a satisfied groan as its brain slowly shrank under the suction of the tentacles, eventually shrinking into a dry, shriveled mass.

Su Mo retracted his tentacles, let out a long sigh, and turned to look at the monitor: "Let's go, the fight up there is almost over."

The battle on the battlefield between the Earth and the world's melting pot has largely come to an end.

Under the combined assault of superheroes from the multiverse and the immense power of X-metal, Barbatos was finally defeated.

His dragon body was pierced by dozens of X-metal chains and pinned to the furnace floor, with the other end of each chain held in the hand of a different version of Batman.

The innocent beings imprisoned on the cosmic tuning fork were released. The desiccated superheroes and villains detached from the fork arms and fell to the ground. Their bodies slowly regained their color in the light of X-metal, and their eyes shone again.

Su Mo landed on the battlefield with the Monitor. The Monitor looked up, its gaze sweeping over the cheering heroes, its voice hoarse but clear: "You can use X-metal to connect each person for traction, so you won't need that cosmic tuning fork to pull the Earth back to its original position."

"You mean we can use the Tenth Metal to find everyone on Earth lost in the dark nightmares and show them a way back?" Batman stood before the Monitor, his silver X-Metal armor gleaming coldly in the lava. "Then let's connect with each other and lift the Earth up together."

"Then let's begin," Superman said, smiling and opening his arms.

The Justice League members spread out, X-metal connections extending from their chests and foreheads like countless silver threads, weaving a giant net that covered the entire planet.

The Earth slowly rose, leaving the dark multiverse and returning to its original position.

On Earth, the clouds have parted again, and the sun is shining again.

At the very edge of the entire multiverse, the Origin Wall of the DC Universe collapsed with a deafening roar at that moment.

Countless gods, demons, and ancient beings imprisoned within the walls fell out.

In fact, the collapse of the Origin Wall was only a matter of time. The appearance of Barbatos just brought that point forward a little. Barbatos' master, the World Builder, deliberately died, left his position, and then tried to create a new multiverse to escape his mother.

After the war, Barbatos was chained to the furnace of the world's furnace and forced to work as a blacksmith.

Su Mo personally supervised him, standing behind him, warning him not to be distracted, and urging him to atone for his sins through labor, using the power of X-metal to repair the damage he had caused to the multiverse.

Su Mo didn't kill him not because he didn't want to, but because he couldn't. As a god in DC, Barbatos would be resurrected even if killed, so it was better to let him repent for eternity.

A few days later, Batman hosted a banquet at the rebuilt Wayne Manor.

The original members of the Justice League gathered together: Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Cyborg, Martian Manhunter, and Batman himself.

The long table was laden with food, the lights were warm and bright, and they laughed and chatted, occasionally mentioning the thrilling moments from the battle, but mostly talking about lighthearted, trivial topics.

Su Mo sat in the corner, knowing that a crisis was about to erupt hidden behind this joy.

The Origin Wall has collapsed, Peppertua will soon awaken, and an even greater catastrophe lies ahead. This is the DC Universe, where the end of one event signifies the beginning of another.

After the banquet, Su Mo left the DC Universe alone.

He returned to Earth, which had been invaded by aliens and was now bursting with life; it was time to avenge the dead.
