Just as Nightwing arrived, the group had already formed a battle formation, ready to face the ice giant.

Su Mo shook his head. There was no time to waste; he had to finish this quickly.

His eyes narrowed slightly, and a red light flashed deep within his pupils.

Two beams of heat radiating terrifying energy shot out from his eyes, tracing straight red-gold trajectories in the air, instantly striking the ice giant's chest and piercing it through.

The intense heat of the thermal rays burned the ice giant's core into a hollow cavity, and cracks spread from the opening throughout its body.

The ice giant's massive body froze in place, then crashed to the ground, shattering into a pile of ice blocks that splashed up a cloud of white icy mist.

"Yay! He threw a 20!" Harley clapped her hands and cheered excitedly, her ponytail swinging back and forth behind her head.

"I'll pretend I've never heard of this meme," Green Arrow said expressionlessly from the side, but his tone conveyed a sense of utter helplessness.

Su Mo thought for a moment and realized that the green arrow refers to rolling a 20-point die in Dungeons & Dragons, which represents a critical hit.

"Wow, that's amazing!" the Beast Boy exclaimed, his eyes shining with envy as he stared at Su Mo.

Nightwing ran up to the group, panting.

Damian spread his hands, his tone unfriendly as he questioned, "Nightwing, what are you doing here? You said you had some things to take care of, is this what you meant? How dare you not take me to find my father?"

Before Nightwing could answer, Damian snorted and pointed at Green Arrow and Harley behind him, continuing, "If you hadn't dumped me on this self-righteous old woman and this bunch of cowardly Superman convicts, we might have found Batman long ago."

Nightwing didn't reply. His gaze swept over the shattered remains of the ice giant, and he quickly ran to the middle of the ice shards, bent down and picked up a small, frozen metal ball from the ice fragments.

The small ball trembled slightly in his palm, and the ice layer on its surface cracked, revealing a dark metallic luster inside.

Suddenly, the little ball shot into the sky, leaving a long, thin tail of light as it flew upwards, tracing an arc through the wind and snow, and hovering in the distance, as if waiting for them.

"What's that?" Green Arrow looked up, squinting at the hovering point of light.

"I don't know." Nightwing gripped the small ball tightly, his tone calm. "But whatever it is, it knows something we don't."

"What if he leads us into a trap?" Green Arrow asked.

"Could it be worse than a frozen city overrun by monsters?" Nightwing retorted.

Green Arrow thought for a moment and nodded: "That's true."

Su Mo looked at the small metal ball, a thoughtful expression on his face.

That looks like something the Batman Who Laughs threw out, right? Its purpose is to amplify the dark energy on Earth, causing it to fall into the dark multiverse.

The heroes follow the ball forward, collecting reality-distorting metal cards while serving as "nodes" of Barbatos' power to strengthen Gotham's dark side.

However, defeating the villain who possesses the card is also not an option, as that would still strengthen the Dark Realm with the card, albeit at a slower pace.

Su Mo did not voice his thoughts, as doing so would only add to their troubles and put more pressure on everyone.

Nightwing turned to Green Arrow, extended his hand, and shook hands with him: "Thank you and this... Mr. Su Mo for taking care of Robin." Then he looked at Su Mo with a hint of curiosity in his eyes, and after Su Mo introduced himself again, he added Su Mo's name to his thanks.

Su Mo briefly introduced herself again, then smiled and said, "You're welcome. Damian is very cute~"

He glanced at the boy who was turning his head away and sulking with Nightwing, and a slight smile appeared on his lips. The young master was really cute.

For the rest of the journey, the group followed the guidance of the small metal ball. Green Arrow walked along the side of the group, drawing arrows from his quiver as he went and forcefully sticking them into the cracks in the walls, the ground, or the trees to make marks. His movements were practiced and carried an old-fashioned stubbornness.

Damian scoffed, bluntly retorting, "Using arrows as road signs again, outdated and lacking in creativity, just like you."

"There's a reason it's survived, kid," Green Arrow retorted calmly, sticking another arrow into the wall. "Besides, the deeper we go, the less useful modern technology becomes. Aren't we blocked out now?"

He glanced at Damian's movements as he studied the arm guard signals, his tone carrying a hint of instruction.

Su Mo walked in the middle of the group and glanced at Killer Crocodile, who was lying on the ground looking tired. His movements were getting slower and slower, and his eyelids were drooping.

"Uh, Killer Crocodile, are you going to hibernate?" Su Mo asked.

Killer Croc spoke haltingly, his voice low and indistinct: "It's...too cold, I don't feel well."

After saying that, Killer Croc shivered, then suddenly sneezed so hard that it shattered several pieces of ice next to him.

Nightwing, walking at the front, looked up at the trajectory of the small metal sphere and suddenly said, "What did it bring us to see? We've arrived at... House Park?"

"Oh, it's the Court of Owls." Damian saw the iconic owl statue in the center of the park, the cold stone statue standing in the wind and snow, its empty eye sockets facing them.

Su Mo stopped, his brow furrowed slightly. He had been pondering a question: Why did the Batman Who Laughs send them with Nightwing to sabotage his plans? Was the Batman Who Laughs a masochist? Or was there some conspiracy at play?

He couldn't understand it. Perhaps the Laughing Bat thought Su Mo was too weak to be feared and didn't need to be taken seriously at all.

Perhaps he was just having fun. After all, the Batman Who Laughs' purpose in destroying the multiverse was to make those DC readers who caused his tragedy suffer, and he later succeeded in doing so in Death Metal.

Just as everyone was observing their surroundings, a large number of dark shadows suddenly appeared in the icy fog.

A group of ice giants surged out from all directions, instantly surrounding everyone. They were larger and stronger than the previous one, covered with thicker ice armor, and their eye sockets burned with eerie blue flames.

It seems they knew something had happened, so their numbers and strength have increased this time. It's very likely the Batman Who Laughs's doing, which strengthened Mr. Freeze.

The battle began instantly.

The young Titan swiftly stepped forward, Raven spreading his arms, and purple magical energy surged forth like a tide, transforming into several beams of light that lashed at the ice giant's chest, tearing it into pieces.

Xinghuo unleashed green energy waves from both hands, the high-temperature flames melting the ice giant's shell, and steam rising in the cold wind.

Beast Boy transforms into a giant silverback gorilla, swinging his arms in wide arcs and smashing the ice giants to pieces with each punch.

Aquaman's trident pierced the ice giant's knee, knocking it to the ground. He then attempted a water-based attack, but was instantly frozen into an ice block.

"Well, it seems there's a demon guard in every circle." Green Arrow looked at the huge, numerous, and ugly ice giants, sighed, nocked an arrow, drew the bowstring taut, and released it.

The arrow pierced precisely into the eye socket of an ice giant, the gunpowder exploded, blasting the ice giant's head open, and it crashed to the ground.

"That's right. Just as Dante described, Hell is made up of countless rings, and we are in Hell now."

As Nightwing spoke, his grappling hook shot out, catching a broken stone pillar in the distance. He swung towards an ice giant, kicking it in the face, then flipped over and landed on its shoulders. He swung his club down hard, cracking its icy skull.

The mastermind behind all the chaos finally appeared. Mr. Freeze emerged from the icy mist, wielding a massive, ice-blue sword that radiated a chilling aura.

He raised his greatsword, its tip pointing at the crowd, and coldly commanded, "Charge! Take them down!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than Damian appeared silently behind him.

He slammed a punch into Mr. Freeze's head, causing Mr. Freeze to lurch forward and drop his greatsword. Damian snatched the hilt, swung it backhand, and the blade pierced through Mr. Freeze's chest.

Mr. Freeze froze, looking down at the sword tip protruding from his chest, and then fell silent.

At this moment, Su Mo had already walked to the owl statue and reached out to press down on the stone statue.

The courtroom doors slowly opened, rising from the ground to reveal a downward staircase.

He turned around and saw Damian holding the greatsword, the tip still embedded in Mr. Freeze's chest. Nightwing rushed forward, grabbed Damian's hand, and stopped him from using force. He didn't want Damian, this child, to kill someone.

Su Mo silently thought to himself: "At this point, who cares about killing anyone? This young master isn't Batman; he's probably already killed people during his assassin training."

But that was Batman's family matter, and he didn't want to get involved.

He waved to the crowd, signaling them to come over.

Below was a spacious basement with various equipment hanging on the walls: grappling hooks, smoke grenades, gas masks, tactical armor, and rows of neatly arranged weapon racks displaying amber-gold alloy weapons.

Su Mo couldn't help but complain: Weapons are one thing, but why are there green arrows? Green arrows?

Just as the group was descending, the small metal ball suddenly swooped down from the sky with lightning speed, heading straight for the metal card in Green Arrow's hand.

Su Mo threw a punch, sending the ball flying, crashing through the wall, and flying outside.

The ball was unharmed and floated up again, hovering in mid-air to continue guiding the way.

After everyone had their equipment, they went back through the underground passage. Looking at the freezing wilderness, Su Mo looked up at the distant sky.

A large swarm of bat-like monsters emerged from the dark clouds, their blackness obscuring half the sky, the sound of their wings flapping like muffled thunder.

He squinted and took a closer look.

Those monsters wore tattered Robin uniforms with a blurry "R" symbol on their chests. They had ferocious faces, bared fangs, and bloodshot eyes. They had been transformed into monsters that only knew how to obey orders. They were Robin's vicious dogs that had been modified!
