I'm the King of Curry at Hogwarts

Chapter 5 Getting Off the Bus

Chapter 5 Getting Off the Bus

"You're asking for it!"

Flint, baring his large teeth, charged forward with a roar, interrupting his train of thought once again with a sharp shout. [Remember this site's domain name]

"Langlock!"

Before he could even dodge, he saw the dark blue sword in front of him grow infinitely larger, and then a sharp pain shot through his mouth, sending him flying backward.

The remaining three exchanged a glance and lunged at Louis, but Louis raised his wand, unleashing a burst of intense light. The sudden light terrified them, and they covered their eyes, screaming as Louis beat them one by one until their faces were swollen like pigs.

Louis stepped over the group of idiots, lifted Marcus Flint up and placed him on a chair, leaned down slightly, tapped his bruised cheek with his crystal sword, and asked with a smile, "Tell me, what did we learn from this lesson?"

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry..." Marcus kept apologizing. He was really afraid of this junior who looked extremely elegant but was also extremely terrifying.

"Don't let me see you bullying any of your classmates again, understand?" Louis smiled amiably. "If I see you doing it again, it won't be as simple as just a etiquette class."

"Alright, senior, you were really careless. You even hurt yourself in the last etiquette class." After Louis finished speaking, he stood up and tapped his shoulder with his crystal sword. "Remember to tell those seniors who sleep in class to write me a 500-word reflection after they get to school, and hand it in in three days, understand?"

"Understood...understood..." Marcus repeated mechanically, thinking that once he got to the school, he would definitely tell Headmaster Snape about this, and hopefully get this little devil in front of him expelled.

Louis gave him a meaningful smile, then turned and walked out of the cubicle.

Then he saw Neville, holding Ralph, standing at the door waiting for him.

"Wow, that was quick. You found Leif?" Louis asked with a smile.

"Oh... um, it was the senior in the next room who helped me find it," Neville said somewhat hesitantly.

Louis patted Neville on the shoulder and asked, "Did you thank them?"

"Yes, thanks," Neville replied.

Louis nodded and looked at the cubicle.

I thought my senior was so aloof and wouldn't be easy to talk to, but it seems she's actually kind-hearted despite her cold exterior.

What kind of unexpected charm is this... Louis became curious about his senior.

Led by Neville back to their cubicle, Louis brushed past a little girl with a messy head and big teeth at the door. He went into the cubicle and noticed that Ron's expression was off.

"No matter which house I'm assigned to, I don't want to be in the same one as her." Ron's face was a little bitter. He threw his wand into the box, just as Louis came in through the door: "Louis, you're back?"

"What happened?" Louis asked, seeing the candy scattered all over the floor of the cubicle.

"Don't even mention it," Ron sighed, picking up a mouse from the ground by its tail. "Oh, Scabbers, poor thing... Malfoy is so mean, how could he treat an old mouse like that?" he said with a pained expression.

Looking at Ron's expression, Louis felt a little nauseous.

He knew the true identity of this spotted man—he suddenly looked forward to seeing what kind of expression Ron would have when he found out that this rat was a bald, greasy middle-aged man.

"Did they fight?" Louis asked with concern, squatting down with Neville to help Ron and Harry clean up the mess on the floor.

"Spotted got into a fight, but I didn't," Ron said, gently stroking Spotted's fur as he recounted the events to his friends.

Just like in the original story, Goyle tried to steal their Chocolate Frog, only to have his hand bitten hard by Scabbers. Ron, gesticulating wildly, vividly recounted the Malfoy trio's embarrassing predicament, filling the carriage with a cheerful atmosphere.

"Speaking of which, Louis did get into a fight earlier," Neville said with a laugh to Ron, recalling what happened in the Slytherin carriage. "You know, Louis beat up all five of the Slytherin seniors!"

"Good for you!" Ron said indignantly. "There are no good people in Slytherin—I wish we could be sorted into the same house, and I wish the teachers would listen to our demands... Let's all go to Gryffindor." He looked at Harry and Lewis with eager eyes, his eyes filled with anticipation.

"I'd also love to go to Gryffindor," Louise said with an elegant and composed smile, while Harry nodded and grinned sheepishly.

The cubicle door opened, and the little witch with the messy hair poked her head in. Louis knew that this beautiful and promising little girl was Emma… no, it was Hermione Granger.

"You'd better change into robes. I've already asked the driver at the front of the car; we'll be arriving at Hogwarts soon."

Hermione's tone was just like that of the nosy class monitor when they were kids.

"Okay... hurry up and get out of here, we need to change clothes—do you want to watch too?" Ron's tone was full of annoyance; he really hated this self-important little witch.

Hermione rolled her eyes and said dismissively, "I have absolutely no interest in you." She pointed to her nose. "You know what? There's something dirty on your nose."

While she was out, Ron rolled his eyes at her retreating figure.

"God knows what kind of person would like her," Ron muttered to himself.

Louis overheard his self-talk and couldn't help but chuckle to himself, thinking, "Young man, you'll see one day you realize how good it is..."

After they changed into their robes, the train came to a stop. An announcement before disembarking stated that luggage would remain in the carriage and be delivered to the dormitories of the respective colleges after the students were assigned to their respective departments. The group followed the crowded passengers out of the carriage, a gust of cold wind sending shivers down their spines.

"First-year students, first-year students, come this way! Harry, come this way, oh my god, are you alright?" A deep voice rang out, and Louis immediately felt Harry's agitation beside him. He whispered to the crowd, unable to suppress the joy in his voice, "It's Hagrid, my friend Hagrid." Then he shouted, "I'm here, Hagrid."

"I see you." Hagrid's bushy beard beamed with a joyful smile. "Come on, follow me, and watch your step."

To be honest, the path Hagrid led was wet, dark, slippery, and incredibly rugged. Ron took a couple of steps, slipped, and bumped into Harry's bottom, causing Harry to stumble as well.

"Oh, sorry Harry, damn it, it's so dark..." Ron muttered.

Louis took his wand from his pocket and whispered, "Lumos."

A dazzling light shone, illuminating everything beneath their feet. The freshmen stirred briefly, but eventually fell silent.

"Cool," Ron exclaimed sincerely.
