My physics masters couldn't possibly be grand mages.

Char's smile froze on his face.

"Aren't there any related courses in the second year?" Xia asked, somewhat unwillingly. "We can audit some classes."

"I checked the second-year curriculum."

Einstein pointed to the books placed in front of him.

"That's pretty much what we teach."

Char's gaze swept over the gilded titles: "The Principle of Rune Combination," "Magic Circuit Design," and "Methods of Configuration Disassembly."

"In addition to that, there's practical guidance. In class, the instructor will guide you through learning the configurations you've purchased. There are also general education courses such as the history of magic, basic alchemy, and potion theory."

To learn more advanced configurations, you either need to buy them yourself or take a professor's class. Sometimes, professors will teach you some configurations they've created themselves during class.

"What a wicked form of capitalism," Xia muttered to himself.

"It's a virtuous cycle," Einstein said. "I read part of the history of magic when I went to the library before. Magicians in the old days were highly conservative, which led to a lack of communication among magicians and slow development."

The Tower of Truth's intellectual property protection mechanism attracts many magicians, and even magicians from outside the Tower of Truth will transfer their creations to the Tower of Truth to earn points.

They're all pretty standard, like Wind Blade, Tailwind, and Wind Wall. The more unique ones are the sound-based magic.

Sound is actually the vibration of air, so it is also an extension of wind.

Bourne arrived at them quickly.

"Good afternoon, Professor Berne," Einstein said with a smile.

Byrne bowed slightly to Einstein and said, "Good afternoon, Your Excellency Einstein."

"What a coincidence, you're at the library too?" Einstein said casually.

"I spend about four hours a day in the library," Byrne said. "It's a habit I've had since I came to the Tower of Truth."

He looked up at the enormous library that stretched as far as the eye could see and exclaimed, "Sometimes you really have to marvel at the vastness of human wisdom. I probably won't be able to read all the books in here in my entire life."

"This is fortunate," Einstein said. "It shows that we are constantly moving forward."

Bourne didn't speak; he focused his gaze on Tesla. "Is this your friend?"

"Nikola Tesla," Tesla said.

"Bourne Wilvesen." Bourne nodded to him. "You must not have been at the Tower of Truth for very long, have you?"

"I asked him to come," Einstein said. "My student is an air elementalist, and coincidentally, my friend is also an air elementalist."

Bourne's gaze swept over the books on the table; they were all basic knowledge books.

Clearly, they are giving this young man "tutoring".

Byrne raised his head slightly. "There are many excellent wind-attribute professors in the Tower of Truth, so you don't need to go out and look for them. With your connections, finding one or two professors to give your students private lessons shouldn't be a problem."
