Dungeon Designer: Bringing Smiles to the World!

Chapter 8: Join my adventurer team for a lifetime of fun!

After Elisa and the other two were resurrected and left, the dungeon returned to peace, and Rogue began to replenish the monsters' supplies.

Although over thirty rotting wild dogs and several skeleton soldiers died in the performance, overall, it was worth the effort to attract more adventurers.

With negative energy reserves reaching 600, and only 400 more needed, Rogge can begin to modify and expand the dungeon.

"Adventurers, adventurers... come quick, come to the dungeon..."

A cheerful tune echoed deep within the underground city, creating an eerie atmosphere.

……

As time went by, only half a day had passed.

The news that "Dorn Dungeon has undergone a major transformation, possibly due to a new lord" has already spread like wildfire among adventurers in Leman City.

In the bustling Adventurers' Guild hall, many adventurers were already discussing the strange occurrences in the [Dorn Dungeon].

"I heard that more than a dozen groups of adventurers at the Iron and Bronze levels have already perished there."

"No one has cleared it yet? This is definitely at the level 2 dungeon difficulty!"

"Sigh, my mining paradise... how could it just disappear like that?"

"Quack! No! [Dorn Dungeon], how can I live without you!"

Amid the discussion, half of the participants sighed and complained.

Most of these people are adventurers who have been lingering in the Iron level for many years. Their daily work is just to get by in the less dangerous level 1 dungeons. They don't think about training themselves to become stronger and then exploring higher-level dungeons with greater rewards.

As for the other half of the adventurers, who are ambitious, capable, and adventurous, they have already begun to recruit teammates and prepare exploration plans.

Changes in dungeons, especially those that increase in difficulty, often mean the appearance of more precious treasures.

There was once a level 2 dungeon whose difficulty jumped to level 3 after a new lord came along, and even many silver-level adventurers failed in it.

In the end, a team of all Gold-level adventurers stepped in and easily cleared the dungeon, obtaining an extremely valuable scroll of a high-level learning spell.

That scroll was sold at an auction for a staggering 100,000 gold coins, instantly making the entire adventure team financially independent.

Even if the goal isn't to clear the dungeon, the aim is simply to gather as much important information as possible about the dungeon's trap layout and monster types before dying.

You can then sell it to the Adventurers' Guild or privately to other teams for a considerable reward.

Some people have made this plan and have already put it into action.

Elisa, Joel, and Grace, who had been resurrected, rushed into the Adventurers' Guild Hall in a great hurry.

Elisa and Joel shouted at the top of their lungs, "Intelligence! We have the latest intelligence on the Dorne Dungeons!"

Grace, however, lacked the shamelessness and simply followed silently behind the two.

Squeezing through the crowd to the reception window, Elisa repeated herself: "We have new information about the [Dorn Dungeon], including its layout, new monster types and their weaknesses, and information on rare treasures..."

Immediately, many adventurers turned their gazes toward the three of them.

The receptionist was a blonde woman with a friendly, smiling face.

"May I ask your names, professions, and adventurer rank?"

"Elisa Ashcroft, Bronze level."

"Joel Miller, Bronze level."

Elisa and Joel quickly gave their names.

After a moment's hesitation, Grace also revealed her full name.

"Grace, Grace Ashford, Iron-class adventurer."

Some adventurers found it strange and whispered among themselves.

"Ashford? Isn't that the surname of that border lord?"

"What a coincidence! Why would someone from the Earl's family personally come to be an adventurer? Wouldn't that be a waste of their time?"

"That's true..."

Only Elisa and Joel, her teammates, knew that Grace was probably, possibly, perhaps, indeed the daughter of that border count...

However, now is not the time to dwell on their true identities.

Once the three adventurers' identities were verified, Elisa immediately took out several sheets of paper filled with information from her bosom.

Some cunning onlookers immediately cast "Eagle Eye" on themselves.

However, before they could even see the contents of the paper, the receptionist took the information and stuffed it under the counter.

Don't get me wrong, this is to prevent impatient adventurers from seeing the information and immediately rushing to explore the dungeon.

As an official organization, the Adventurers' Guild must verify the authenticity of information before releasing it, so as to facilitate joint exploration by all adventurers.

"The Association has dispatched a team of Black Iron-rank official adventurers to explore the dungeon. Please wait patiently." The receptionist smiled and said, "If the information is accurate, all three of you will receive a reward from the Association."

The official team's goal was not to clear the dungeon, but to verify the authenticity of the intelligence.

"Perfect, I don't want to die a third time." Elisa nodded, then left the association with the other two.

As soon as they stepped out of the association's gate, a team of five adventurers, all of whom were bronze-level, approached the three of them.

The team's captain was a muscular berserker who spoke in a booming, low voice.

"Could the three of you sell us information about the Dorne Dungeon? The price is absolutely fair."

Upon hearing this, Elisa stopped in her tracks.

"Aren't you afraid that the information we sell you is wrong?"

"Hey." The berserker burly man rubbed his bald head. "We're all in Leman City, no one would deliberately sell false information."

"We need to talk about this," Elisa said, pulling Grace aside and walking Joel to the side.

"What do you mean? Are we going to sell them the information?"

Joel didn't care: "Sell them then. They're willing to take the risk anyway, so why not make some money?"

For a level 1 dungeon, it takes about half a day from the time the association sends an official team to verify the information to the time it is released.

It is currently noon, and after half a day when the news is announced, night will fall, and a storm will sweep across the Katachon wasteland.

No adventurer would venture into a dungeon under a storm that could be fatal; that would only be a waste of their resurrection spell.

In other words, once the storm dissipates early tomorrow morning, a large number of eager adventurers will rush to explore the [Dorn Dungeon].

There is no doubt that the competition will be fierce.

This group of muscle berserkers clearly wanted to get intelligence immediately so they could clear the dungeon before the night storm arrived.

Elisa glanced at the berserker in the distance and whispered, "That's what I think too. I mainly feel that even if these guys have the information, they might not be able to clear the [Dorn Dungeon]. That bell should still be there."

Elisa still longs for the Soul Bell that can summon the Knight of the Lost Land; for a fragile mage, the Knight of the Lost Land is the best front-line tank.

As long as she can obtain that bell, even as a low-level mage, her combat power will not be inferior to those silver-level adventurers!

"Forget about that bell. You died twice in one day; you can't enter the dungeon for at least three days." Joel's face was serious. "You were lucky this time you didn't experience amnesia, but what about next time? Who can guarantee that?"

"Okay, okay." Although she was unwilling, Elisa finally gave up her fantasy about the Summoning Bell.

Rather, after being eaten and resurrected by the mimic, Elisa knew that she had probably missed the chance to obtain the Summoning Bell.

The changes to the Dorne Dungeon cannot be kept secret any longer. More and more adventurer teams will soon be able to clear it, and the Summoning Bell will likely fall into the hands of more powerful and better-prepared adventurers.

That's why, after discussing it with her two teammates, Elisa decided to sell the information she had to the Adventurers' Guild.

"Grace, what do you think?" Elisa and Joel looked at the healer priestess in the group.

Although the two of them already held the majority opinion, they still wanted to hear Grace's opinion.

After all, if it weren't for Grace, they wouldn't have been able to break into the second level of the underground catacombs, and the information they sold wouldn't be as valuable as it is now.

"I……"

Grace looked at Elisa, and after a moment, as if she had made up her mind, she closed her eyes and said loudly.

"I want to help Miss Elisa get that bell!"

"Huh?" Elisa looked completely bewildered.
