He is the benevolent Yellow Heaven spoken of by the Great Teacher of Sages, the recluse of Penglai whom Li Bai sought but could not find, and the Shangqing True Cultivator who ascended to heaven in broad daylight through Xie Ziran… Many years later, a national archaeological team, following ancient texts, arrived seeking the Dao. Encountering a torrential downpour, they sought shelter at the foot of a mountain. Suddenly, they saw a precious sword flying through the thunderclouds, followed by a colossal Dharma image rising from the mountains amidst the thunder. The immense Dharma image ascended into the thunderclouds, surrounded by radiant light, its voice like a great bell, "Today, your merits are complete; you shall ascend to immortality through the thunder!"
