Chapter 105 A breach of etiquette

Chapter 105 A breach of etiquette

Chu Sheng tapped her drum lightly.

Mrs. Mira looked in the direction of his gaze, then realized who was standing in the doorway.

Her expression changed, and she suddenly came to her senses.

She rolled out from under Chu Sheng with incredible speed, causing his massive breasts to sway in a stunning arc under the moonlight. She grabbed the crumpled, water-stained sheet, spread it out in the air, and wrapped it around herself like a cloak.

Then she bent her knees.

Just hours earlier, Lady Mira had used the same starting move to leap from outside the city back into the castle's backyard.

"boom!!!"

The French windows shattered into pieces, and Mrs. Mira's figure, wrapped in a white sheet, flew through the air like a cannonball, tracing an arc.

The hem of the bed sheet fluttered behind her in the night wind.

The sound of a maid being startled awake echoed down the corridor, accompanied by her exclamation: "What's that noise? Is it an enemy attack? Quickly, call the guards!"

Chu Sheng slowly lowered his hand, which was raised in mid-air, and chuckled.

"Would you believe me if I said she initiated it?"

Arthur ignored him and glanced around the room.

Holy light emanated from her palms, and then she turned and walked step by step toward the balcony.

"Arthur!" Chu Sheng jumped off the bed, frantically grabbing his pants and pulling them up to his legs. "Let me explain—"

"Damn, which leg is that?"

Arthur paused, trying to determine her direction. A powerful energy fluctuation lingered in the air, left behind by Lady Mira when she was launched.

She confirmed the direction, then slightly bent her knees.

"boom!"

Golden holy light exploded from beneath her feet, causing the entire room to vibrate and hum. Her figure transformed into a golden streak of light, shooting directly out of the window and tracing a straight golden trajectory through the air.

Chu Sheng finally put his pants on, and he ran barefoot into the corridor, where he bumped into a maid who was carrying a candlestick and running up to check on the situation.

The maid was young, wearing a white nightgown, and her hair was messy.

"M-Master!" The maid saw Chu Sheng rush out of the room, her expression changing from fear to confusion: "Just now—was there an explosion? I heard it from among the servants—and the window shattered, was there another assassin—"

"There was no assassin." Chu Sheng said as he pulled his shirt on and walked out. "It was your lord who was in my room discussing some political matters with me. We had some disagreements, and the discussion got too heated, which made her leave in anger."

The maid suddenly understood and felt a surge of admiration. The lord was indeed working tirelessly, toiling late into the night for the sake of the territory.

"You," Chu Sheng said, walking to the top of the stairs, then glancing back at her, "have someone come and fix the window and door of my room. Also, don't talk about what happened tonight; your lord is very angry."

The maid immediately stood at attention and replied, "Yes, sir!"

Chu Sheng rushed down the stairs, his mind racing.

[Saint Grandson] is still active, but it's unclear how long this skill will last. He needs to find Arthur and Lady Mira before it expires.

The guards at the castle gate were startled when he rushed out of the main gate.

"grown ups----"

"It's alright, we came out to admire the moon." Chu Sheng imitated Mrs. Mira's posture from earlier, slightly bending his knees and concentrating his strength on the soles of his feet.

"boom!"

He jumped up, and the stone slab beneath his feet was cracked in a spiderweb pattern, sending pebbles flying.

His body soared into the air, skimming over the low wall surrounding the castle, and then he suddenly realized something in mid-air.

He didn't know how he landed.

Chu Sheng hurriedly adjusted his posture, barely managing to touch the edge of a building's roof with his toes, and wobbled a couple of times before regaining his balance.

He stomped on several roof tiles, breaking them with a crisp cracking sound as they fell into the alley below.

An angry meow came from the alley.

"I'm sorry, you're so old."

He continued to leap forward, each landing accompanied by minor damage to buildings and cries of alarm from residents who were awakened.

He trampled and destroyed a bakery's awning, collapsed a chicken coop, and while using a winged person's clothes rack for leverage, he kicked the clothes rack off the wall, scattering clothes all over the ground like petals falling from the sky.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it, damn it—" Chu Sheng gritted his teeth to maintain his balance, no longer caring about the extent of the property damage he had caused.

On the other side, Mrs. Mira, wrapped in a white sheet, sped through the night sky.

Just now in the room, she was lying on the bed, her buttocks burning from Chu Sheng's slaps, but the pain made her scream with excitement all over her body.

However, before she could even savor the moment, she was interrupted by that damned local knight.

The lord of Tianma Territory, the most powerful woman in the northern part of the empire, has actually been reduced to fleeing through the night sky wrapped in a bed sheet!

Her feelings were extremely complicated. Although she felt a little ashamed, she felt more of an inexplicable sense of grievance and anger.

She had finally gotten her chance, so she prepared meticulously, choosing the most beautiful lingerie, using the most expensive aphrodisiac aromatherapy, and even secretly adding something extracted from a certain plant to Chu Sheng's water glass.

That stuff can make people's senses extremely sensitive, amplifying even the slightest touch many times over, but it's completely harmless.

She just wanted to make Chu Sheng more comfortable.

She had originally planned to be gentler and more restrained tonight, to bite him once first, and then take it slowly, so that he would feel that everything was going naturally.

As a result, this guy turned the tables and took control, pinning her to the bed and slapping her like a drum!

He slapped her, but the slap left her weak and powerless. Then the knight caught her in the act. She had never been so embarrassed in her life.

Mira gritted her teeth, adjusted her direction, and flew towards her private villa in the east of the city.

She was the only one who knew about that villa; even the deceased old steward didn't know its exact location. She could hide there for a while, change her clothes, and then reappear at the lord's manor as if nothing had happened, telling everyone that tonight's events were the work of the shapeshifter.

Her toes had just touched the edge of the rooftop of the villa when she suddenly stopped.

Because she saw someone.

Amber stood in the center of the rooftop, her platinum dress fluttering gently in the night breeze. Moonlight shone on her stunning profile, making her emerald-gold eyes appear like two warm, lustrous gems.

Her posture remained dignified and graceful, with her hands folded in front of her lower abdomen, her expression as calm as if she were admiring the moon.

"Good evening, Lady Mira." Amber's voice was gentle and soft. "The moonlight is indeed lovely tonight, perfect for a walk. But with your attire, wouldn't you feel a bit chilly?"

Mrs. Mira's lips parted slightly, and for a moment she didn't know what to say.

Amber took a neatly folded garment from her arms and handed it to her.

A pale gold velvet bathrobe, a change of clothes provided for VIPs in the lord's manor guest room, was clearly a large size.

Amber folded it neatly, without any wrinkles, and placed a belt of the same color on top.

"Put them on," Amber said softly. "It's impolite to wander around like this at night. We don't want other people to see us, or our little man will get jealous."
