Chapter 483 The Girls' Adventure (Second Update)

Although Tita and the other androids didn't set up any security measures near the Sorority's training base, their imposing presence acted like an invisible rope binding every girl. This imposing presence stemmed from the flames and bombs, swords and explosions that accompanied their first encounter, enough to make any girl trying to escape to the base think twice.

Tatiana and Vera were somewhat disappointed because they had risked being discovered by the ladies by sneaking out before their morning exercise, only to find that they hadn't seen the god they worshipped, which was truly disheartening. However, they encountered a kind man who knew the surrounding paths far better than they did. He led the two girls back to the sorority via a shortcut, promising not to tell anyone.

So neither Tatiana nor Vera thought that letting that handsome guy pat their head was a big deal.

On their way back to their dormitory from the base, Tatiana and Vera were extremely nervous, terrified of being seen. Especially if the androids saw them, it would mean their training would definitely double, and there would be even more brutal training. Fortunately, they weren't seen by anyone, and no one pointed at them or loudly denounced their actions.

Tatiana agreed, and the two of them concurred that today's actions were utterly foolish. They had been frantically scurrying through the streets and alleys of the Immortal City like two phototactic insects, constantly running towards the light, simply because Vera believed she shone. Tatiana wanted to cover her face—Vera, usually so excessively shy, was surprisingly bold, and she hadn't expected to be led astray by her into doing something so stupid.

This girl's personality is as unpredictable as a cat's. But the ladies say cats have fewer neurons than dogs, so maybe Vera is just a simpleton?

"Morning training is about to start, and we missed breakfast!" Tatiana jumped out of bed, grabbed a loaf of bread, and stuffed it into Vera's mouth. "Hurry, hurry! If we don't get to the training ground soon, the ladies might find out what we've been doing!"

"Mmm! (Yes!)" Vera mumbled through her bread.

"I'm really looking forward to the sword training," Tatiana said slyly. "The ladies will definitely go to see Him, and then we'll figure something out!"

"Mmm-hmm! (That's right!)" Vera raised a hand in agreement.

Not only were the trainees learning, but the androids were also learning things they had never learned before. Given Salomon's next objective, the androids focused on vehicle piloting and airborne operations, simulating attacks on aircraft carriers and moving supersonic aircraft. The simulated objectives were to capture the aircraft carrier, force the supersonic aircraft to slow down, and, if the enemy refused, forcibly board the aircraft for armed confrontation.

With the protection of powered armor, this is not impossible, but even with powered armor, not everyone can do it, so training is necessary. The training targets are provided by S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier and Quinjet, and Salomon indicated that the next battle will take place on them.

Wakanda provided comprehensive simulation training equipment, allowing androids to use VR devices to practice emergency response to unexpected events in the training program. This training was aimed at commander-level androids, but most androids participated in the training at Tita's request. She required all androids to master the operational procedures because Salomon revealed that the upcoming mission would be divided into several small teams, and Tita had to ensure that there was at least one skilled commander on each battlefield.

"Tatiana, step forward!"

The blonde girl, chest puffed out, stepped forward from the neatly arranged ranks, just as she had always practiced. Her long blonde hair, braided into the thick, short braids common among girls in her hometown, was proudly slung over one shoulder with a charm unique to Slavic women. When Tita called her name, Tatiana's excessively pale face flushed red, as if she were ashamed of what she had done that day.

This overly endearing demeanor was also the reason she escaped unscathed from the brothel; the pimps didn't want their money needlessly damaged. And before she faced an even more tragic fate, the sorority saved her.

The trainees' uniforms feature three black, adjustable nylon straps at the chest area, identical to the uniform itself, to restrain girls who are developing prematurely. One is at the top, one at the bottom, and one in the middle, effectively securing and compressing the breasts to prevent unnecessary errors during training due to their body shape or unnecessary pain caused by inertia. Even after they have their own protective gear, these three nylon straps will remain with them, never retiring.

Tatiana's chest strap was loosely and haphazardly fastened, which was why Tita had stopped her. "This is the first time your attire has been out of order." The armored android used its steel-encased fingers to pull on her nylon strap, helping Tatiana fasten the Velcro. After confirming that Tatiana's pistol and dagger were properly concealed within her clothing according to combat protocol, Tita then allowed her to return to the group.

"Be more careful next time."

Tatiana lowered her head, inhaling the smell of steel and the ozone emanating from the power backpack. She was always a perfect trainee; this was the first time she'd been caught making a mistake. She glared fiercely at the murmurs of laughter that rose from the group. The laughter ceased immediately when Tita looked towards the source of the noise, and all the girls maintained serious expressions.

"Today we will learn the swordsmanship bestowed by a great king." Tita put on her helmet, her voice amplified through the helmet's megaphone to each girl's ears, "But before that, I want to see your faith. Have you prayed to Him? Have you thanked Him? Have you praised Him?"

"Yes! Yes! Yes!" The girls stood with their hands behind their backs and their legs apart.

"Who saved you!"

"Who saved you from your miserable fate!"

"Who gave meaning to your lives!"

"Who gave you the right to use violence!"

Tita conducted her daily training prayers as usual, which the girls recited flawlessly. She was pleased with their performance; they were much stronger than those who couldn't train. Tita believed that some of these trainees were capable of donning power armor and engaging in combat ahead of time.

Tatiana, Vera, Dalia, Ekaterina...

She will pay special attention to these girls.
