Chapter 491 I am the Nine-Headed Hydra

Chapter 491 I am the Hydra (Part 3) (Second Update)

At this moment, two assault transport ships are flying at low altitude and high speed near the sea surface, rapidly approaching a secret S.H.I.E.L.D. base using their superior maneuverability and stealth technology. This base was once used to store fragments of the Destroyer armor belonging to the Allfathers and was subsequently bombarded by the Bifrost. Salomon, who orchestrated this event, knows all the bases that have stored the Destroyer armor; the foreshadowing planted in 2012 is now coming into play. [Events from Thor 1]

"Commander, we are approaching the target," the android piloting the assault transport vessel reported to Tita. Tita nodded, turned, and strode towards the transport compartment. Her crimson robe billowed like a rose amidst the smoke of battle, while her jet-black armor adorned with silver skulls symbolized her mission. Tita's voice was transmitted to each android's ears through the command system within their helmets. The airtight and shock-absorbing armor blocked the sound, making it sound to outsiders only a dense hum of electricity.

The air in the transport pod smelled of engine oil and rose oil ointment. Tita felt the air had been heated to an unbearable level by the cooling system emanating from the power backpack. She activated the air filtration system inside her armor, blocking out the engine oil smell, but the scent of rose oil ointment remained. Tita remembered that she had also applied rose oil ointment; it was a cosmetic given to her by her master, one for every android. She pursed her lips in annoyance at her carelessness, then remembered that she had applied black lipstick.

Many of the sisters' steel wings fluttered slightly, revealing their eagerness. Others bowed their heads in prayer, reciting the sacred texts written by their master's personal servant, Ms. Dinah.

"The Hydra list has been sent to your terminals. The server system will help you mark hostile targets." With the mission at hand, Tita ignored the different reactions between the sisters. "Eliminate all hostile targets and rescue our objective. Coulson Team and Agent Victoria Hand. The mission requires us to take Agent Victoria Hand away."

Meanwhile, several assault transport ships were heading to different locations, including but not limited to S.H.I.E.L.D. sandboxes, cold storage bases, and aircraft carriers adrift at sea. The Sorority's manpower was currently insufficient, so each member had to exert all their strength, using portals and multiple operations to achieve their objectives—each squad leader carried a portal scroll personally written by Salomon. Once a squad's operation was complete, they would rendezvous with other squads to continue the next mission.

All of this depended on Wakanda's satellite communication system, and Tita deeply felt the helplessness of her master.

"Prepare for action." The transport hatch slowly opened, and the sea air swept away the sweltering heat inside the assault transport ship, giving Tita a refreshing coolness. She led the way, leaping off the transport ship, her steel wings spewing flames as she soared toward the S.H.I.E.L.D. base. Behind her, the androids carrying demolition tools and responsible for firepower followed suit; their task was to breach S.H.I.E.L.D.'s defenses so the other sisters could enter.

"I wish we had a tank; that would make things much easier," Catherine muttered as she jumped down. Last in line was the assault team she was in charge of, armed with chainsaw swords and explosive pistols; she would be at the forefront of the battle. Tita didn't respond to the complaint, because although Stephanie had arranged the details of the operation, it had received Salomon and her permission. The cumbersome macro cannons couldn't be used in this rescue mission, so the few tanks with their superior firepower had to be used where it mattered most.

The numerous secret documents about S.H.I.E.L.D. provided by Gideon Malik are now under Stephanie's control, and Salomon has tacitly approved of the power shift within the Malik family. He particularly admires Stephanie's ruthless approach to purging factions within the family. Now that Stephanie has consolidated power, her use of the Malik family's resources to support this operation signifies the Malik family's complete alignment with Salomon. Therefore, before the operation began, all the androids originally stationed at the Malik family estate were taken away by Tita.

Tita knew the full picture of the mission; this operation was only a small part of the whole plan.

They needed to complete this mission before the other smugglers realized Alexander Pierce's failure and began devouring S.H.I.E.L.D.'s forces, thus completely seizing that portion of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s power. But not all; there was something particularly noteworthy that Salomon reluctantly discarded. He intended to leave those things out in the open for the other smugglers to fight over, using them as bait to lure out the venomous snakes lurking beneath the sand.

His appetite was enormous; he wanted both Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D. Stephanie was nearly delirious with excitement upon learning of the plan. The mad pursuit of unparalleled power and wealth excited her far more than any sexual climax, so much so that Salomon immediately detected the feminine scent and hormones emanating from her. If Salomon hadn't sternly refused her, Stephanie would have unhesitatingly stripped naked and engaged in a wild party with him on the spot.

Salomon wouldn't tell Agent Romanov and Steve Rogers his current plans.

"What are you planning to do?" Natasha Romanov asked.

"Nick Fury is my friend. Although we often argue and disagree on many things, we're still good friends." Salomon lied through his teeth, as if his past plan to kill Nick Fury had never happened. Agent Romanoff didn't entirely believe him, but Steve Rogers patted him on the shoulder, seemingly trying to comfort the young man who had never lost a friend.

He winked at Agent Romanov.

"We're on the run," Captain Rogers said frankly. "It's dangerous."

"I am a magician, Captain Rogers," Salomon still addressed him with respect. "I can do many things that mortals cannot."

"We have a USB drive that needs to be hacked," Natasha stated bluntly. "Someone will try to kill us unless..."

"Leave it to me," Salomon said confidently. "I've studied computer technology for a semester; cracking a USB drive is a piece of cake. Besides, I have other support. Hello, I'm an undergraduate at Oxford. Although I haven't received my first-class degree yet, I will graduate with degrees in physics, computer science, mathematics, history, classical literature, philosophy..."

Agent Romanov tilted her head. "Are you looking for Tony Stark?" she asked. "I know you have a portal."

“No, I have an AI, although it doesn’t really like doing work,” Salomon said with a smile. “The reason you’re not being tracked right now is because our faces have been blurred.” He looked up at a camera in the distance. “Even if S.H.I.E.L.D.’s facial recognition system starts working, we still have a little time to use it.”

"Very good." Captain Rogers felt he could finally understand some of what was being said. He happily placed his hand on Salomon's chest. "Let's get moving. The contents of that USB drive will definitely be of help to us."
