Turik's fleet made the first move.

Fourteen shuttle-shaped warships fired simultaneously, with more than a hundred silver-gray beams converging on the front of the mothership.

The beam of light penetrated the outer membrane, burning a large section of the carapace to ashes.

The mothership's surface was blasted open with more than a dozen large holes, and dark red tissue fluid gushed out like a fountain, then rapidly cooled into a black, hard lump in the vacuum.

The escort fleet around the mothership reacted extremely quickly, with hundreds of bio-ships scattering like a startled swarm of bees, encircling Turik's fleet.

Turik remained calm and ordered the fleet to maintain its formation, with the two flank escort ships moving forward to form a crossfire network.

Psionic beams and bio-acid crisscrossed between the fleets, like two schools of glowing fish tearing at each other in the starry sky.

Karen led her elite squad into the right flank, her entire being moving like a white lightning bolt, weaving back and forth among the enemy fleet.

Her first strike cracked a coral-shaped auxiliary spaceship in the middle, and her second strike shattered a seventh-tier Blood Erosion that had just pounced out.

The seven team members behind her coordinated extremely well; some used long-range psionic guns to pick off any stray enemies, while others used short swords to protect her flanks.

The entire squad was like a white dagger, plunging straight into the densest part of the enemy group on the right flank.

Song Chen also made his move, appearing first in the middle of the front row of enemy ships on the left flank.

The ships of those affiliated civilizations were arranged very closely together, with only a few hundred meters between them.

When Song Chen appeared, he was standing right in the middle of the two coral-shaped spaceships.

He swung his sword horizontally, and the blade's light spread out to the left and right simultaneously, like a river flowing across the starry sky.

The two coral-shaped spaceships were struck by the blade's edge and split in the middle, with the upper and lower halves sliding out out of place, green smoke rising from the broken ends.

Song Chen didn't stop. He disappeared again and reappeared 500 kilometers away in the middle of a cluster of small biological ships.

Those bio-ships were originally rushing towards the Turik fleet when Song Chen suddenly emerged from the void and landed in the very center of them like a ghost.

He swung the Meteor Blade, its momentum transforming into a black whirlwind that swept outwards from him.

The three small bio-ships were directly shredded by the blade's edge. The combat beings inside didn't even have time to escape before being cut into minced meat by the spatial rifts that followed them in.

The system notification sound started playing again.

Song Chen didn't even look at the prompts and continued killing.

The left wing has too many enemies, like a pot of boiling blood.

After he killed one group, another surged up.

Those lower-level creatures felt no fear, nor did they know how to retreat; they only knew how to pounce on all living things.

Among them are sixth-tier swift scouts with thin and brittle carapaces that shatter at the slightest touch of a blade.

There was a seventh-tier heavily armored destroyer, covered in thick armor, but Song Chen's sword was completely different from a year ago.

The Star-Splitting Slash, powered by the Star Source Force, carries an almost tangible cutting force with each strike. Before the blade even touches the carapace, the blade energy has already torn it open.

Before those heavily armored destroyers could even see where Song Chen was, their bodies had already been severed in two, with their upper bodies still crawling forward while their lower bodies drifted far away.

"What's the background of this new Star Crown-class?" a team member whispered in Kallen's team channel.

"Look at his left wing, he's killing faster than our whole team."

"Don't get distracted," Kallen's voice came out, but she started glancing towards the left flank during a lull in the fighting.

Song Chen killed them too fast. She had only cleared out a small group of enemies on the right flank in half a day, but on the left flank, Song Chen had already torn the enemy's escort formation in half from the middle.

Upon seeing the scan data aboard the flagship, Turik immediately cursed, "Holy crap, that's the damage count for one person?!"

"The people of the Azure Star Alliance are indeed monsters," the staff officer said from the side.

"Stop talking nonsense, charge straight at them."

Turik roared and ordered all naval guns to concentrate their fire on the midsection of the mothership.

More than a dozen shuttle-shaped warships simultaneously adjusted their cannons, and silver-gray beams of light, like long spears, continuously pierced the mothership.

The mothership's surface was riddled with holes, and large pieces of its armor had fallen off, revealing the still-pulsating red tissue beneath.

Song Chen ignored them; he was having a great time killing them.

The low-level life forms pouring out of the mothership were like rice sacks that had leaked out of their bottoms.

Wherever he appears, a large area becomes empty.

His sword flashes had created a visible storm on the left flank, and wherever the storm passed, enemies fell in droves like harvested wheat.

Just then, a violent aura burst forth from the depths of the mothership.

"Where did these bugs come from!"

Suddenly, an eighth-tier Blood Erosion Clan member blocked his way.

This creature was over five meters tall, resembling a beetle standing upright, covered in a purplish-black carapace, with four transparent wings on its back, all covered in barbs.

Song Chen stopped in place and looked him up and down.

This person's star source energy fluctuations were extremely strong, at least 1,500 points or more. But

The Star Source Power within Song Chen's body was scorching hot. He had just broken through and needed a tough battle to test himself.

The eighth-tier being chuckled and said, "Just you? With so little Star Origin Power, you dare stand before me?"

Song Chen raised the knife and pointed it at it: "Why don't you try and see?"

The eighth-ranked being said no more. With a flicker of his body, he transformed into a streak of purple light and charged towards Song Chen.

All four wings vibrated simultaneously at an extremely high speed, creating ripples of pale purple in the air wherever they passed.

He slashed down with both front claws at the same time, the claw blades glowing with a dense, corrosive psionic energy.

With a thought, Song Chen activated the Void Shuttle.

He vanished the instant before the eighth-tier claw blade fell.

The eighth-tier claw cleaved through the air, leaving two long trails of purple corrosive light in the vacuum.

Before he could regain his footing, Song Chen appeared behind him, the Meteor Blade imbued with the power of the Star-Splitting Slash, slashing down from above and striking his shoulder armor squarely.

The blade exploded with a deafening roar, sending the eighth-tier warrior flying forward, its back armor shattering in three places.

"Your knife..."

The purple light blade detached from the claw and flew out like a crescent moon, aiming straight for Song Chen's throat.

Song Chen disappeared again, and the purple light blade passed through the spot where he had just stood, striking a biological ship in the distance and splitting it in two.

Then he instantly reappeared on the right side of the eighth rank and slashed in with his second sword.

The blade grazed the soft seam between his carapace, severing the roots of his two right wings.

The eighth-tier creature roared in pain, and countless tiny purple light spots burst forth from its body, shooting out in all directions like a torrential rain.
