The two of them making up was completely inexplicable.

Hermione didn't know what Draco said to Landric after chasing after him, but after that class, Draco was able to openly follow Landric around again.

Although the ending was good, Hermione still felt that something was not quite right.

When they rushed to Lupin's first Defense Against the Dark Arts class, Professor Lupin had not yet arrived in the classroom.

The two of them breathed a huge sigh of relief.

Landric stood in the corner, while Draco in front of him held up a croissant and asked Landric if he wanted to eat it.

Only after his brother explicitly said "no" did the man finally behave himself.

Draco shrank the croissant and stuffed it into his mouth.

Why does it seem like his brother isn't very enthusiastic?

Professor Lu Ping arrived late, after almost everyone had arrived.

He still had a faint smile on his face, his clothes were still tattered, but he was carrying a rather unusual-looking box in his hand.

"Good afternoon, students," he said. "Please put your textbooks away. Our first class is a practical class, and the only item you will need is a magic wand."

The students put away their wands, looking at each other with a mixture of curiosity and bewilderment.

They still vividly remember Hagrid's practical lesson, and now they're having another one?

Someone secretly set their sights on Draco.

His bandaged hand still hung loosely in front of him.

None of them had ever taken a practical lesson in Defense Against the Dark Arts before, so this was their first time. Even with Hagrid's example before them, they still couldn't suppress their curiosity.

Of course, don't include the cage of Pokémon from Lockhart's festival last year.

"Alright, I know you're all curious, please follow me now."

Everyone was in high spirits and stood up to follow Professor Lu Ping out of the classroom.

The group walked through corridor after corridor, and then around a corner, where they immediately spotted the mischievous Pikachu, hanging upside down in mid-air, stuffing chewing gum into a keyhole.

When Professor Lu Ping was only about two steps away from him, he raised his head and took a step back, his facial features contorted in a daze.

"Hey, Professor Lupin, you can't scare me to death just because I'm a ghost and I don't die from it!"

Lu Ping couldn't help but smile. "After all these years, you're still the same. You haven't improved at all."

"Don't give me that Lupin thing. Your reputation at school wasn't much better than mine."

Lupin gave an awkward smile, and to prevent Pippi from continuing, he immediately took the chewing gum out of the keyhole and changed the subject.

"Mischievous, I saw Mr. Filch on my way here."

Upon hearing Filch's name, Pippi Ghost instantly forgot everything else and immediately inquired about his location, intending to go and cause trouble for Filch.

Filch is the caretaker of Hogwarts, a grumpy and incompetent wizard, though whether he is a true wizard remains to be verified.

He was always picking on his students, perhaps because it gave him a sense of power.

Pee-Pee was naturally deeply persecuted by him, and the two became enemies, so they immediately went to find Filch in a fit of rage.

After drifting back a short distance, Pikachu stopped again, chanting, "Lupin is a crazy idiot, Lupin is a crazy idiot, Lupin is a crazy idiot..."

Lupin the fool wouldn't think that this would distract Peeves, would he? It's true that he has a conflict with Filch, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a grudge against those four bastards.

Lupin watched Peeves's swiftly moving figure, his smile remaining unchanged, and said, "Well then, students, before class begins, shall we learn a harmless little spell?"

"Wadiwasi"

The wand, raised high to the shoulder, instantly emitted a beam of white light and landed lightly yet with incredible speed on Peeves. The sticky gum that popped out of the spell flipped Peeves over and over countless times before finally stopping amidst Peeves' pleas for mercy.

"That's fantastic, Professor," Dean Thomas exclaimed involuntarily.

"Thank you, Dean."

Looking at the bewildered Pippi, Landric suddenly thought that stalkers should be indestructible chaotic spirits, right?

As far as I remember, there weren't any spells in the book that could cause real damage to stalkers, right?

Landric's mind was somewhat blank, and he temporarily relinquished control of his body to Draco, letting him lead him onward.

As they set off again, the students looked at Professor Lu Ping, who was dressed in tattered clothes, with deep respect.

Lupin led them through the second corridor and stopped in front of the faculty lounge.

"Let's go in," Lupin said.

The faculty lounge is a long room filled with various items, and many old chairs creak and groan when the door is opened.

But what's infuriating is, why is Snape here too??

He sat on a low stool in the middle, looking at everyone with a cold smile, as if he were looking at a group of giants who had not yet developed intelligence.

The crowd retreated and retreated, forming a long queue, making sure to squeeze themselves behind the student in front of them, leaving only the young wizard at the front of the line to endure the pressure of Snape's cold aura.

"Open Lupin; I don't want to stay here and clean up your mess."

Snape stood up and strode towards the door, his long black robes billowing behind him like giant waves.

A series of exhalations involuntarily filled the room.

"Lupin, I must warn you, there's a guy in this class named Neville Longbottom, and I advise you not to let him use anything difficult. Otherwise, Miss Granger will be like a telegram that won't stop beside him."

Neville's face turned bright red.

Harry and Hermione whispered to each other, "Snape is as awful as ever, talking badly about his own students in front of other professors."

Professor Lupin raised his eyebrows.

"I hope Neville can assist me as my assistant in the first phase, and I believe that we young Neville wizards are capable of completing my task."

Neville's face turned even redder, and Snape turned back with a cold laugh, slamming the door shut with the force that seemed to be cursing Lupin as an idiot.

Landric had also come to his senses by now, finding the drama unfolding before him quite amusing.

Weren't Slytherins supposed to be a bunch of shrewd and calculating people? How come Lupin got the good guy role this time?

However, considering Snape's personality, this is quite normal.

"Now then," Lupin waved, signaling the class to follow him.

A large group of people walked to the back of the room, where there was nothing but an old wardrobe used by the teachers to store their extra robes.

When Lupin stood in front of it, the wardrobe suddenly began to shake violently, hitting the wall with a loud bang.

P.S.: It's another day of asking for book title and cover ideas from everyone. Please comment enthusiastically, my little ones!
